I recently brought up a new phone so when I changed my sim from old phone to new all my contacts were deleted.The contacts in sim were not backed up.kindly do the needful for further communication contact me on dipping.[protected]@gmail.com

    If i call airtel executives they are telling that it is government problem...
    Please try to resolve my issue ASAP

      I add submitted a request to update email Id in my prepaid no. [protected] dated 18/10/2020, I also received a call from airtel side regarding confirmation o[censored]pdation of e-mail but still it is not updated, kindly resolve the issue.

        Last month mistakenly I did recharge for Rs. 550 via paytm on postpaid no. (which is prepaid no. now) and It has been around a month since i have received my refund.

        please refund my amount ASAP.

          Dear Sir,

          Till date there is no response from Airtel Customer Care received. Their bad IVR system does not even allow a customer to speak to a human being.

          I am loosing a lot because of the poor network and call dropping issues.

            I had ordered for a broadband connection the broadband executive called me and sent me the link for the payment after the payment the executive cancelled the order as there was no DSL connection in my area the executive said the refund has been initiated you will be refunded in 7 days it has been 10 days since he said this and there has been no refund the executive has blocked my calls

              Hi I recharged my prepaid AirTel number with Rs. 49. The amount got deducted from my bank account yet the transaction failed. I cannot even receive OTPs to sign in on airtel.in!

                lagbhag 2.5 month baad msg aata hai ki aapke yaha previous operater ka 477.44 rs baki h usko clear kare
                mujhe payment karne me thora time laga
                sabse pahle mere number ka outgoing band kar diya fir 8 din ke baad incoming call bhi band kar di gaee
                tab maine outstanding amount paid kar diya haj www.airtel.in pe jake fir v dues hi bata raha hai jiske karan mera no active nh ho pa raha h

                  There is very poor internet connectivity in Kolkata - 700078. Upload speed is 0.18 MBPS and upload speed is 0.68 MBPS in 4G network.Customer service has no answer when the the matter will be resolved. The Airtel registered number is [protected].

                        I did a prepaid recharge of ₹399 on number [protected] from myAirtel app on 18th October, 2020 12:26AM. My myAirtel app is linked with number [protected]. Recharge is unsuccessful. I got messages like:

                        Airtel Payments Bank a/c update: transaction requested on[protected] has failed. Temporary block of ₹399.00 has been released.
                        Before doing that recharge I have ₹456.80 in my wallet.
                        But myAirtel app shows airtel money balance of ₹57.80 only.

                          On 12 October 2020 I tried to recharge my number for 399.its a prepaid plan. Amount debited from my bank account but later they said recharge failed and money will be refunded. Till now I have not received my refund and there is no proper communication too.

                            Hello sir /madam,
                            I have done a recharge of ₹251 for data pack for my friend on date[protected] from my Airtel app my payment got deducted via Airtel money I got the message of of successful recharge. But it's been a whole day she didn't received any benefit on her number .kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible this recharge is on urgency for my friend upcoming tests .a screenshot of recharge details are attached with the mail. Please resolve this issue and reply with satisfactory solution.

                              I have been a part of airtel network for more than a decade... as I am having my dth, postpaid, broadband, landline numbers, associated with the company.. as there was a new plan which was launched recently one airtel n as my connections r all from airtel I have opted for one airtel 1999 plan ...but the broadband providers did not replace my dsl cable which is supposed to be replaced with fiber cable and am I supposed to be given free dual band wifi router for the plan and this was not replaced... I waited for 3 months and they just updated my package and charged me for a fiber plan 999 charges... so I have decided to come out of the 1999 plan as there was no resolution given to me by the service provider..
                              During my migration all my prepaid 3 phone numbers were converted to postpaid connections and are bundled together...and due to broadband issue I thought I would change to other jio network... so I requested to unbundle my phone numbers so that I can port into jio network... but they are not doing that.. also I have made all dues and also paid advance till the date I raised a service request..

                              They are not allowing me to unbundle from my end within the app and are generating bill even after requesting to stop billing for my connection.. in Order to port in to other network I am first supposed to get my numbers unbundled to get the UPC codes.. but they are not responding to my request and allowing me to generate UPC code...

                                I had taken the Airtel xstream fiber connection no[protected]dsl under their plan Rs 999/-Entertainment on 10th Sept 2020 with A/C no [protected]. with the assurance that I will be provided internet speed of 200mbps with six months advance payment vide txn ID[protected].
                                Airtel xstream ID is[protected]{tele.NO}and digita ltv connection no [protected]_001.
                                Instead of giving me internet speed of 200mbbs I am being given speed from 30 to 40 mbps only.
                                I lodged complaints to the [protected]@in.airtel.com under Service requests no{1}[protected] {2}[protected] and {3}[protected] to either give me speed as per my plan and payment or reduce/downgrade my plan to 40mbps, the speed being ACTUALLY given to me.
                                Regularly complaining and requesting gave no results except that they have closed my service requests without any fruitful results.
                                The AIRTEL is neither downgrading my plan, nor are they improving the speed of the internet. They have also kept silence on refunding my money.
                                I am a senior citizen of the age around 74 years and such type of action on the part of the AIRTEL is really painful to me.
                                Airtel has no effect on my threat to go to you.
                                Should a quick and humble action be taken from your side, I shall feel very grateful.

                                  I have an Airtel postpaid connection. There is a correction in my name. In all bills my name is written as Archana Rani whereas my actual name is Archana V. So please get it corrected at the earliest.

                                        This is to inform you that I have recharged an amount of 219/-(1 gb per day) plan on 16th of October. The money was debited from my bank account but the amount was not recharged to my airtel number. The number to which I have attempted to recharge is [protected]. It has been more than 48 hrs and I didn't get my amount refunded either.
                                        So I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
