At 14 oct 2020 I just entry the airtel broadband new connection. At 15 oct One person came from airtel and they send the link for payment of 1768 for installation I just pay the installation fees and get the confirmation of payment from airtel at 15 oct and the person sad that installation is done with in 48 hrs. But today is 17 oct 2020 no one come for the installation of airtel wif and the payment proof is uploaded below
Plz help me for this situation

    I have recharged for RS.449 for airtel mobile no.[protected] online by internet banking on 16.10.20. amount was deducted but recharge wasn't done. Please verify and credit to my account.

      15.10.2020 7.26 AM my mobile number [protected] through www. airtel.in website by using net banking . The payment is successfully transfered and amount debited from account. but not my mobile is recharged. txn id:[protected].

        My concern is that Airtel sales team sold me an airtel xstream box with Wrong information. They said that all google play store apps are available in xstream box too & you can download and watch it.
        But sir right now im checking many apps are missing in xstream set up box's play store, some are Jio TV, VI movies and TV, idea movies and tv ext.

        I want to return this xstream box and refund my cash of Rs-2250/-. and re-install my old setup box.

        i have voice recording of that.

        Airtel Xtream box Sold by lying. i have voice recording of that and you can check.

          My airtel sim suddenly stopped working in my dongle showing the error message usim/sim is invalid.The sim works fine in my feature phone.It happened from last week.I tried to unlock the dongle, but still the problem is persisting.How can your company resolve this problem.I suffered because of this problem and my services were affected.

                My airtel number is [protected]. I have done the online recharge of rs 249 unlimited pack via airtel thanks app. After the amount deducted from my bank account airtel didn't updated my number with new pack and it still shows no recharge. My transaction I'd is[protected]

                If my problem didn't resolve in next 5 days, I'll port my number from Airtel to jio...

                  Attaching the details in the snapshots.
                  - Intitiated a request for installation of Airtel Fibre Internet plan on 23rd Sep- Paid the amount of 9617 as well
                  - No one turned up till 27th Sep - so initiated the refund process
                  - Was informed that by 7 days the process will be completed
                  - On followup on 6th Oct - I was told account was still active (when no one had even come to do the installation)
                  - So a disconnection request was raised to initiate the refund
                  - was again given 7 more days for refund
                  - On 13th Oct, i am told the process is not initiated and will take more time
                  - No time mentioned when the refund will be credited

                          I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12/10/2020 and made payment of 1700 too.The person said it will installed within 72 hours, but now it's been 4 days and no response from Airtel.Pathetic service.

                            In my area, Paltan Bazar, Dibrugarh, PIN 786005, the internet service of Airtel goes down whenever there is electricity outage in the area. I have been using Airtel for long but now, it is a headache because i have my siblings who does online classes through the internet service of Airtel but such a problem is causing us a lot of loss. Please look into the matter.

                              Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹1768 on oct 14th 2020. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.airtel customer care ref no is #[protected].

                                  I have charged 298 from airtel thanks app
                                  but it showed it failed, and later when i charged again it got successful

                                  But two times it credited 298 from my bank account

                                  I want my 298rupees which was not successfuly transacted back.

                                      This is to caution everyone not to buy fasttag from Airtel ever.
                                      Kindly buy one from any e-commerce platform like Amazon etc. as they deliver the tag within 3 working days.

                                      I have had the most gruesome time dealing with Airtel customer dare inspite of being a so called platinum member.

                                      Porting your number is the safest bet to a Jio or any other operator where a high bill paying customer is valued.

                                      Not AIRTEL!!!

                                        I have opted for fasttag through Airtel and successfully all details and also pay the required amount for fasttag and on 28th Sept I got message you fast has been shipped you will received in 6-8 working days. But already 15 days has been passed till no fast tag received other one like paytm or bank deliver in 7 days time.
                                        I also raise query to Airtel but they didn't respond and just you have to wait till it is received.
