    Prepaid plan- not able to make calls to 1860 numbers

    I have a prepaid unlimited call plan on my airtel number. Whenever I am trying to call any customer care number starting with 1860 for any company/bank, it says that YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE THIS CALL. what does this mean? I have paid money in advance and the company says unlimited calling, then why not connecting this call....

    Despite repeated request for last three months, no action has been taken by AIRTEL. It appears all appointments in AIRTEL has been sleeping and forcing customer to do large number of exercises like send documents, proofs and repeated requests, as well forcing to visit the AIRTEL STORE, despite having running mobile numbers for last 9 years. . It is high time for Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and Mr. Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO (India and South Asia) to WAKE UP FOR HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS, SINCE ONE OPTION STILL EXISTS TO PORT TO JIO.

    Now a new trend of threatening calls are been received from AIRTEL OFFICE MOBILE NO -[protected] for which I will filing the complaint.

    You will appreciate that due to non-response from Airtel, despite my effort of connecting with Airtel customer care and through email for last three months, I will be forced to port or close the connection. The due non-responsiveness of Airtel I had to lose my telephone bill reimbursement for last five months. If such is the experience is met to serving Army Officers.

    Infact in my last three mail I had informed that there is no Airtel Store in Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh. The airtel shopkeepers in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand had refused to help on change of billing address. If such is lethargy in doing small and official requests, then god shall save this company. The damage for not changing billing address shall be claimed from Airtel through legal process.

      My mobile number was disabled suddenly one morning on 31.07.2020 by airtel.. There was an active Internet pack of Rs. 598 recharged on 13.06.2020 having validity of 84 days and another data pack of Rs. 399 which was recharged on 31.07.2020 which was unused.. My mobile number got activated after visiting the store for 5-6times and now on being asking for recrediting of my data packs airtel is not giving reply.. Please help me getting back these packs..

        I have mistakenly recharged another number which belongs to my grandmother instead of my number through Google pay. I have contacted both google pay and airtel and both of them are denying to help me. Google pay gave me reason telling that the amount have already reached airtel and they are not able to do anything.
        Airtel is denying my refund by stating that I have used 3rd party app to recharge.

        I have seen many people telling that they have got refund but why is Airtel denying my refund

          I, S.Radhakrishna, have paid for airtel broadband installation an amount of Rs.2828 on 06/10/2020, they have approached me after 4 days of booking the request. Now after taking the money and all my aadhar details and copy, there is no response from him .Everyday whenever I call him he used to say that he will come tomorrow and tomorrow, but that tomorrow has never come.Now today he is saying that installation can't be done, when I asked him for proper communication and refund he said go and complaint to anyone. His contact number is [protected]. For collection of money when they speak well versed and we ask for our rightful service they are not even responding. One issue is the way they are behaving and the second is I want my money back immediately.My contact number is [protected] .

                    Internet/ landline is down since last 25.09.10 and technician named naren (Mob [[protected]]) vinoth ([protected]), yogesh ([protected]) neither contacted me nor visited my office.
                    I am almost calling them daily to understand what's really wrong, but every time they will provide different eta and will assure me that they will rectify it next 5-6 working hours.
                    Today i called the technician but he just cut me off after listening to me.
                    Tired with the pathetic service of airtel i am going for disconnection. Please don't choose airtel.
                    Post my airtel broadband i will port my airtel number as well.
                    I had raised a complaint with customer care several times and escalated it but every-time get some excuse that the back-end team is working on the issue and it would be resolved in 24hrs. But the 24hr gets extended every day
                    I need the connection for my business and am denied the service. While taking connection i was promised that any connectivity issues would be resolved in 24hrs after the complaint is raised but in my case all the limits are crossed.

                        Dear sir,

                        I would like to bring to your notice that airtel has setup mobile tower adjacent to my home which is less than 10 mtr from by bedroom, they have not even tried to get no objection certificate from neghibouring houses. Our locality is a housing colony and the tower errected is not safe for adjacent buldings especially mine as it is errected in 2 story building top and adjacent to it is my bulding which is 4 story and my bedroom is almost adjacent to the tower head.

                        We would like to bring to your notice that installation of mobile towers in residential area is not authorized by the deptt of telecom. As mobile tower emits rf radiations and is harmful for health. The dangers of people suffering from ill effects of radiation are many, such as cancer and brain tumor.                           This is barani here i have recharged 598rs for prepaid sim and i got 6 free 1gb coupon i have claimed on the spot and it showed redeemed but now 10 days over i did not get coupon 1 gb data and i have called 121 one guy told u may be used, one girl transferred my number twice to dth and last guy told it is technical issue it will get solved automatically and he told he will escalate but he have not gave me the complainant and he cut the call. The call center agent services are very poor and i am going to port from this network and i will tell to my friend and neibours to from airtel, the service is very bad.

                            Problem: no signal errors to almost 100 channels (Many of them are paid subscribed and charges are being deducted in daily basis)
                            Set-top box dvr with recording and hard drive

                            Service eng says fault in box and need to replace with new dvr (Charges 750, which agreed). He came with dvr with storage and after installation said it can not be activated and problem remains unresolved.

                            Complain escalated to 2 time to customer care and 1 time to noddle desk - no response on resolution

                              Muje apne airtel no. Login par jakar 598 ka mobile no. [protected] rechage karna tha. Mere account me pehele se rs. 20 the. Balance rs. 578 maine apne card se add kiye. Par mere card se paise to kat gaye par mere idea account me paise show nahi kar rahe. Paise katne ki receipt attach kar raha hu. Please solve my problem. Mere mobile se phone nahi lag raha hai. Mere 578 rs. Kaha chale gaye please bataiye

We likh rahe hai, pehele 121 par phone laga kar email id register karu uske baad check karenge, par call nahi lag raha to me kaha se email id registered karu, agar phir se me regarge kar or phir paise add na ho to kya hoga, isliye please meri problem solve karein.

                                On[protected] i have recharged mobile no. [protected] through airtel thanks app of rs. 451/- two times but no amount credited in my mobile no.

                                First time, i have received a sms from your end recharge not done deducted amount is refund.

                                Second time, i have received a sms from your end recharge recharge is done or refund the amount within two hours. I have received this sms yesterday at about 02:50 pm. But still no any progress from your end.

                                I do hereby requested to refund my whole amount or one recharge amount is credited to my above noted no. And another recharge amount is refund to my account.

                                  In december 2019, i started using the airtel sim card as my primary network. But right from the day of my first recharge (Around 400 rs), i started facing huge internet speed issues and i had filed my first complaint on the same day of the first quarterly recharge. The executive asked me to wait for 2-3 days but the problem persisted. I called again but the issue was not resolved. The average speed was too low to use even youtube. After 2 months speed was improved marginally and i made the second recharge and speed started deteriorating at the same day. I again called the customer care and some of them refused to acknowledge my issue, some filed my complaint but no development was done in 2 months. Again in the third month speed improved marginally (Highest speed i got was not more that 200 kbps). After that lockdown was enforced and i got a fair annual recharge deal in may 2020 and i made the recharge and on the same day indoor speed was reduced to 20-30 kbps and outdoor not more than 100 kbps. I complained again talked to senior executive, mailed them but they keep on giving funny suggestions to switch off my mobile, select sim 1 etc. I had already tried all of that and also reissued my sim from the store. I had also used the same sim in 4 different hansets but nothing worked. I complained again and they said that the site is upgrading. So the first time they told me about the site updradation was in the march month, but every time i call them they just increase the time o[censored]pdradation to month of june, july, august 2020.. I mailed the nodal officer and he replied that site will be upgraded by august 2020. Now it is october and i getting 5 kb speed. Even the internet is not connecting. Nodal officer is not picking the call and executives are not doing anything. Many a times they disconnect my call without filing my complaint and saying they cannot give me any definite time frame. Every time i call them they give me very confusing and different information.in total i have called them more than 70 time right from december 2019.
                                  So, i request you to look into the matter and ask them to refund my full rechage money as per as your rule. I also want compensation of 5 lakhs for mental pressure and the waste of my time because of the airtel.

                                      Hi, i would like to bring to your notice that i am facing network and data connectivity issue with my telecom operator i. E airtel from july 2019 and till now, they have not rectified the issue. I am having a plan of 499 and my data usage is 75 gb per month. But, i am not able to use it. Even, i cannot have a call with someone properly as there is no network in my area. I always have to come out of my house to attend a call and move 4km away to use data. I am facing this issue from past 1 year and after repeated complaints, they are just providing me with a new complaint number. The appellate authority never responds to my email, same is the case with the nodal officer. My recent complaint number is[protected].
