My mobile no is [protected] and I completely agree. I also have similar experience. Additionally, I got a reward (yes you read it correct...I got a reward from AIRTEL in terms of sudden disconnection of my mobile number. On Checking I find the call centre rep telling me that " Despite warnings, my phone was receiving ad SMSs and Spam ad calls" - so the phone has been disconnected. ... Can you believe it... The customer care people. are clueless and were only fumbling while trying to give me some satisfactory reply... Similar condition were noticed when emai response was received from nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in as well as [protected]@airtel.in. They promise me to give an explanation in two hours... and then shy away... Patrhetic bunch of jokers!!!

    I get unsolisited calls & sms on my airtel service phone No [protected]. These callscreate lot of inconviniene . If these calls and SMSs could be stopped with immidiate effect.

    Airtel — Unsolicited SMS/Calls

    Dear Sir,

    My mobile No. [protected]. I am getting unsolicited value added sms and in spite of my complaints, Airtel is sending the same and for that purpose they are regularly charging/deducting my balance money also. Everyday Funpack, Movie pack etc.etc., which I never needed, are sending and deducting my balance.

    What can I do? I am going to stop using Airtel usage and will be throwing my sim card. Who will prefer if Airtel is providing such cheapest service.

      I have taken airtel prepaid sim on 21st March for GPRS services.I applied for GPRS. On 23 rd March this company reduced my balance by Rs.250 which is the monthly rental for GPRS. But still today till 2nd April I have not received settings for GPRS despite of may balance more than Rs.100.

      I have sent email to "121airtelindia.com" and sent many queries to 121 but with no avail.

      Airtel is a big THUG and CHOR and it has looted my money.

      Dear Service Provider,
      I was too eager to have Air Tel network.
      I have got the SIM of Prepaid of its no is [protected], and i am still using this about 11 months. I was curious to see the balance amont when ever i used this. What a surprise! that i have topup the card of Rs.50 and immediately the balance shows that Rs.39.50/- in the late evening(10:43pm) yesterday. I did not use this mobile till 10:40Am of next day. After that the balance went to Rs.6.69. It is a big surprise and shock too.
      This was happened during 2 weeks back also.
      I have talked with AIRTEL customer care, .... the reply from the AIRTEL staff was that i used to browse the website and download the Porn sites about 30mins every day from 15/02 ~ 18/02 between 12:30midnight to 1:00MIDNIGHT.
      It was a great shock and i used to get deep sleep at this time and i never use this mobile for the said purpose, indeed that time.
      It was observed that it was a great cheat by AIRTEL and the staff was managed to provide the escape answer.
      How the network is getting connected without my knowledge, that to particularly 12:30 ~ 1:00 MDNIGHT regularly?
      I have several questions?
      How the reliabilty and security of AIRTEL network?
      Will it not cause national security threat by this type of Cheating the customer..
      Is this the way to deduct the Money from hard-earnded people?
      Is this sensible to this Nation? developing country aswell?

      IT was the Greatest cheat i never had before and experienced.
      Air tel has to restore this activity and the Money too.,
      or this will be caustioned and notice to media and Customer cell for legal proceedings....
      Let us not activate or waste our brain for rediculous think rather useful to country to integrate and develop.

      To the concern,
      Pl take up this matter at all possible means to restore and deactivate my "dalive" any more. Restore the LOSES soon.
      Pl intimate me results thro mail or SMS.
      Pl do not popup any thing on this mobile no for any reasons.

      Airtel Network is automatically gettings disconnected at Fort / Egmore /Nungabakkam / Mambalam Railway stations while i travel from Chennai Beach Stn to Guindy.
      This is happeneing very regularly to mint money to have more calls. Is it Not???

      I hope that AIRTEL to provide the solution and serve people in the poistive way.

      Yesterday (13/06/08) evening my balance was 340 Rs but by night it becomes zero.I cant able to call any one including customer care.I called Customer care from my friend's no. your executive is telling us it will corrected within 24 hrs and he also added if i want to make a call (within the mentioned 24 hrs) i have to topup my mobile, This is highly unacceptable how can u tell ur customer to do so.why no prior information regarding this and also u people giving unnecessary SMS but necessary things also to be reflected .

      We, Raghava Estates Limited had nearly 60 connections. We are facing some problems since 3 months. As we approached customer care, the service is not good. Our problems are not yet rectified.

      In our connections, we are using 2 types of connections i.e., Level 1 & Level 2 (outgoing only within our group). Recently we have taken some connections.

      We are facing some problems with the below numbers, they are in the group but the services are not in our CUG group. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
      Please provide the services which are applicable to our CUG group. The problem with the above numbers is: when we are calling from the mobile of Level 2, the calls are not going to the above numbers. Since three months we are not getting the bills.

      All these problems were brought to the notice of the concerned persons including you, several times. The complaint ref:No. were mention above. But no clear respose is received from you. Lastly I have contacted to customer care manager in charge yesterday for solving this problem. But her response was very rude. She informed that Airtel is nor responsible for not getting calls from cellone Sims. Totally contradictiory to what she said earlier.

      In my first complaint I had informed that if you can not solve this problem you have to refund the Rs.500/- charged extra for the fancy number.

      Due to this problem, I have suffered a lot of problems and monitary losses. It is a clear cheat from your part and you will have to answer for this. If you don't solve my problem within 24 hours I will have to complaint to the consumer court and TRAI.

      An Urgent action in this regard is expected.

      At the moment I am feeling that this is the my biggest mistake to choose your network to me as service provider, because from last one year I am facing Bill related problem. Every month I told to your executive to correct my bill regarding unwanted SMS (Other SMS), GPRS charges whereas from my side there is no GPRS activation request is generated. Whenever I make call to your Cusomer Care at 121 your call is automatically disconnect when press the 9 number after your computerise instruction. When luckily my call is connect to your customer care executive then according to your executive your server is not working properly. Due to this cause my problem is again pending.
      I am very frustated to Bill related problem and I assure you that when you correct my bill and in future from your side these types of problems like unwanted SMS which is chargable, GPRS charges without activation is not repeat then I will pay the bill.

        i just wanna to complain that it does not cover all areas in new delhi.i live in dilshad colony near dilshad garden and airtel broadband connection not available in this area. please do something on this manner
        there is a poor service of airtel broadband connection. After my continuous complaints also noone is responding. The data enters cannot read the things they go on blindly and type the things what ever they get on mind. no executive is ready for giving the answers to us. It has been horrible to have this broadband connection.moreover what for they charge the amount iam not able to get because i dont have received the bill till now and i dont know i receive it or not. But they send daily 7 to 8 messages for prompt payment. There should some authority to this and finalize any one thing.

          Hi,

          Last week I got a message from Airtel saying that they have introduced a new Combo Booster of Rs.97, in which one can talk From Local Airtel to Airtel mobile at 10p per minute in day time and at 5p per minute from (10 pm to 8 am).

          This was the message I got and I too recharged with that Combo Booster. But to my surprise I found they are taking .20 paise per minute every time I call. When I enquired this with customer care they said that offer is only for 60 minutes per day.

          This they should have clearly mentioned in the message itself. But they didnt do that. Atleast they should have said that offer is based upon some conditions. But they didnt do that also.

          I request you to enquire about this and ask them not to cheat customers by introducing new offers.

          :D No point in blaming the service providers. All the service providers wants their customers to spend money indirectly with these types of offers, since the call and message tariff being low.

          It’s understood that none will give such damn cheap offers. Also you can see with the number of complaints made. :)... Whenever such offers are sent, customers should ask the shopkeepers (If the top up is not online) or should seek customer care's assistance in this.

            I have taken caller tunes from past one months my choice song is not places i have given 03 SMS which cost me Rs. 9.00 for the same but till now i did not get my choice song i have talk to your Customer Care ample of time indeed i did not get good and favourable response sir please look into the matter money is not a criteria but choice is criteria when you AIRTEL HAI TU MAGIC HAI than do prove this

              i had made a call to my friend who is staying at Melbourne-Australia. According to Airtel i should be charged 6.40 rs for a single call....but my friend didnt received a single call not a single ring also ..whereas 6.40 rs has been deducted from my account...after that when i made a call to customer care department(Gujarat, complain id:
              [protected])....respected agents had denied with the problem without giving any resolution for ther same. i am facing the same probelem from last 2 months and customer care is doing nothing for the same.

              Always awaiting your favour otherwise i have to take other action.

                Whenever i try to make some ISD calls from Gujarat(Gujarat is my home network), sometimes randomly i an being charged for listening ringing of the callee or for the blanck line.

                This is the problem i am facing from last 2 month, even after approaching customer care or said nodal officers who are there to serve you all the time i have to listen that callee/your party is receiving the calls and that is the only reason you are being charged.

                You all are kindly requested to make some action for the same thing because even after making pay in advance how they can charge us for the misscalls and say us that we are wrong from our end.

                Being one of the oldest customer if we have to listen such things then i think You consumer care people can only be ray of hope.

                For the first attempt i was not given any of the complain id.
                the second attempt when i tried to call customer care i got the complain id of : [protected].

                My all calls to the nodal officers, customer care and all explaination have seem gone to vain.
                Refund is what i am asking and which is totally legal but problem resolution is not even taking place.

                This thing must be come to light.

                Kindly take this issue seriously.

                am your customer for the last 6 years & my mobile no is [protected]. Yesterday i have done a recharge of rs. 60 & when i got up today in the morning my balance was just rs 10. Directly Rs 50 was deducted from my account. I called up the customer care at 121 the executive name was mahesh i told him regarding this he told me that it was dedeucted because you have activate cricket match score services on 13 september. I told him i have not activate the service & i was receiving the message of cricket yesterday he told sir we cannot do anything regarding this i told him to give to his senior than a lady took the call her name was jyoti. she also said the same thing & gave me a no. of some nodal officer of airtel the no. was [protected] when i was calling on this no. it was coming busy & my balance was getting deducted. The same thing happened last week Rs. 4 was deducted & when i called customer care Rs. 4 was given back & they said it was mistakenly done. I think you people are making fool of your customer by deducting such amounts either refund my amount or i will surely be going for a legal case against airtel in the consumer court. I need your reply in next 24 Hours. Hope i will get my money back.

                    Airtel has sent me the message regarding withdrawl of the said scheme w.e.f. dated 10/11/2007.

                    They have also told me to charge both the mobile nos. seperately.

                    This withdrawl is against the law and the scheme they had offered to thier customers..

                    I request the company to look into the matter or else the matter will be forwarded to the TRAI for necessary action

                      I want to urge that on friday 12 oct. 2007 I recieved a call from SUNDER ( no. [protected]) . he told me about a post paid plan for rental Rs. 199/month.I agreed to have it. and he sent an executive to me, I have filled a form given by him , application no is A 088449, executive name is Satish([protected]) and also I paid him Rs 600/- SIX HUNDREDS for the plan.

                      But till now they dont me post paid SIM. I tried to contact to sunder but he does'nt recieve my call. He doesn't have time to talk to me.
                      You tell me what should I do.

                        I'm using ur connection from last so many years. From that days I don't have any complain for airtel. but from last 1 year I'm facing lots of problems. I made so many complain for my this problem, bt every time from ur side just a single call that says "We are sorry for inconvenience, We are trying to solve your problem soon." but after one year I'm getting more & more problems. From last 15 days I'm nt able to speak from my residence. compulsory I have to go out of my house & speak.

                        I'm trying to speak to your customer care executive bt they are not responding me very well. Even I try to call your senior person Paras Bhavsar bt this guy i wost then ur junior person. He says "Sir aap muje badmai phone kijie mai aapko problem kya hai jan ke batata hu." Is this a way to respond ur customer.

                            i[censored] r using airtel my friend then be ready to face these type of problems, because after ur balance is been deducted then i[censored]r calling customer care 100 times then also u r problem is not going to be solved. The standard answer u will get is u r problem will be solved within 48 hrs. and forget abt u r balance dont waste u r more energy and time in debating with the cust care executives bcoz they are used to it and pls do not abuse them r they can activate any service from their system without ur consent for which more bal will be deducted .The best way of getting rid of this is take the benefit of no. portability and change ur operator service.Because using AIRTEL is a crime.I would like to suggest airtel instead of increasing and fighting for spectrum pls pay attention to ur customer services first.

                            In airtel without any information and usage they were deducting the amount from my account. I was faced this problem 4 times in six months. When I called the customer care they will simply saying that they don’t have the account details so they doesn’t no how the amount was deducted. When I was asking my friends regarding this issue they said that they also faced this problem for several times. Please solve this problem I was lodging this case not only for myself, to all the person whoever facing this problem.
                            i am running std/isd /pco no.[protected] my distributer ms pds cominication scausing inconviniance in harasement my putting my sim block again and again. earlier compaint was sent your resional manager and duty his afferts my pco comes in work model but again 29/04/08 my phone is blocked and sunning message change sim. please take nessesary in this reguard.

                            on 8th may 2008, without any information, my balance of Rs.30/ has been cut. Now I am facing the problem in my refund. I have called at 121 and 198 for the recovery of my balance. But they are giving me confusing answers. I got answers like "Sir you have activated Radio FM on your mobile" another answer is "Sir you have downloaded the game by using Airtel Live". I give 100% guarantee that neither I have downloaded nor started Radio FM. Custumer Care is helpless to give me the solution. My argue to them was I have already Built in Radio in my mobile and I am not interested in Game Downloading. I am fully informed about my mobile that it is not used by any other person. In that case no operator believed my truth and told me that refund can't be granted. What should I do? These kind of balance cutting happeded with me 5 to 6 times in Airtel. I got my money back in previous cases but this time again I am suffering by lost of the money. My mobile number is [protected]. Please solve this problem to me and please take care these kind of things don't happen in future again. Waiting for your soon positive reply of giving me refund money.                             i activated 1 years hello tune rental pack for 200/- per year...normal monthly pack is 30/- ...
                            i got a sms regarding sucessfull activation...after that the real problems crept in...despite of my yearly subscription i was charged evry month. for the first month i called customer care at 121 and the helped me get my refund back...the next month same thing happened...this continue for six months...every month i used to call 121 to get my refund...the real airtel magic started after the sixth month ...when i started calling 121 the customer care guy told me "sorry sir our system is showing u are a monthly subscriber and not as a yearly subscriber" i was shocked.
                            i visited they ARC and finally got my refund back...next month same thing happned...no i got really fed up i worte letters to nodal officer ...and guess what he had to write to me..."the hello tune pack of rs 200 is not active on ur mentioned number"...hence no rental is applicable to the account...i then wrote a letter to the appellate authority and what he had to say is "we wish to inform that wavier of rs 60/- has been provided to ur number". am i a begger?...these guys deducted 2hundred from my account ...i went thru all this trouble becoz of thier system errors, they shud compensate for all this plus the correspondance...just giving 60 rupees?...that also was a lie, ...i did not receive even single rupee...i wrote a letter to the apeallate authority that 6o is not acceptable to me and i need u to pay me for everything...the wrong charges...my time wasted...the correspondance charges...my visits to arc's...the trouble i went thorugh...wrong deductions for evry month...all that ...but no use
                            one thing the cheaters will deduct quickly but when it comes to refund they are like beggers
                            i challenge each one o[censored] to try thier office number in malad which will never be answered in ur whole life time even i[censored] keep trying it.
                            it is +[protected] just try it and see the AIRTEL MAGIC

                            even MTNL is better than airtel...buy any other simm but dont buy airtel

                            problem no 2:
                            my problem no 2 is in the month of august airtel charged me 15 rupees for miss call alerts service ...the date was 10 august...not a issue...then again on 19th august my 15 rupees got deducted...i wanna question airtel guys "IS UR CALENDER MONTH OF NINE DAYS"...i dont know which world they are living in?...i called the customer care @ 121 (i guess i am the customer who calls 121 the most...coz i have to get my refund every now and then)...guess what they said..."sir plz call after 24 hrs...our systems are under upgradations"...wow that answer was so satisfying...deduction take place so quickly and upgradtion so slowly...thats a matter of a high class service airtel provides its customers with ...in a city like mumbai. i havent got my refund yet

                            problem no 3:
                            once my 200 rupees got deducted from my account just for no reason and on calling customer care i got a refund of 175...i donno where the remaining 25 went...anyways i got something...i had to keep myself happy with that.







                            problem no 4:
                            airtel customer service at 121 is the worst customer service i have ever seen for the following reason:
                            reason 1: the customer care at 121 the people are not qualified and not trained what i feel

                            reason 2: u ask something to them and they answer something else (not all...some of them)

                            reason 3; they dont understand what to look for in the system and how to get the rquired data (not all the guys... but some)

                            reason 4: the dont have manners and disicipline to talk with customers...have u ever noticed some one answering ur call and talking to other person and then talking to u after 2- 3 mins. I am that luucky person. Once i got to see that at 121(exceptional personality no 1)

                            Airtel GSM and Broadband Connection — Exceptional Delay in Connection Installation

                            I shifted from Delhi to Chennai in October 2009 and applied for a new GSM connection from Airtel. I was given a number 09600043AAA and it took three days to get activated. As for the first few days I was staying in a guest house I was told that the address verification will be done at the very same place. After a few days I got a letter from Airtel confirming the plan I had subscribed to at the guest house address itself. Few days later I got a call from the Airtel call center saying that since my address could not be verified my number will be disconnected in 24 hours. I could avoid the disconnection by paying Rs 500 (I am amazed to know that Rs 500 can substitute for an address verification)!!!. Their agent did not come to collect the money and my phone was disconnected. When I contacted the officer who had got me this number, he told me that I will have to pay me outstanding till that day (Rs 800) and deposit Rs 500 and I will get a new connection. Luckily I got the same number but had to give the entire documentation all over again. My phone got activated 36 hours after the process got completed.
                            Then on 12/11/2009 I applied for a broadband connection and an executive came at my place to collect all the docs. I gave him a cheque of Rs 2000 to install a wireless connection at my place. He confirmed that that connection will up and running at my place by 14/11/2009 and that some will come to install the connection at 9PM. No one turned up and when I called up the executive he did not take my calls. On calling up the call center, no one had a clue what was happening and I was told that my application had reached them on 15/11/2009. I am being told that the connection will happen by 25/11 (i.e. 11 days after my paying the money and having done other formalities).
                            I have had a long association with Airtel in Delhi. Both my cell phone and broadband were provided by Airtel. Chennai has been a pathetic experience when it comes to Airtel. I would really want them to expedite the process to install Broadband at my place.
                            Now days, most of Airtel revenue comes by Fraud.They trick you into clicking ads and then start deducting your balance daily. Almost all my friends using airtel have complained that Airtel has cut their money by some fraud at one or other time.As a result most o[censored]s have thrown our airtel sim.

                            Airtel — magic deduction from my account

                            i have written to airtel, who has deducted rs 30 without providing any service and without any consent. i reproduce the letter here for your ready reference and necessary action.


                            Dear sir and all smiling madams,
                            This fine morning i discover that your efficient department smoothly deducted a sum of rupees 30 from my account. after recharging of 222 rupees.

                            please explain reason behind such magic deduction.

                            please note i have not activated for any service.

                            if my deducted amount repaid back to me i shall change over to TATA DOCOMO services with immediate effect.

                              I hold a air tel broadband connection with user id av sreekanth and phone no [protected]
                              My usual bill monthly comes to 700-8-- but last month for the billing period 25-6-07 to 24-7-07 it came to 6032 though I have not used the service to that extent and disputing bill I asked for log files to examine their fictitous claim.
                              however they were not supplied to me and on consultation with the executive concerned, we reached a understanding that my plan 549 would be migrated to 999 unlimited and I would have to pay 1300 towards change of plan and other service charges.
                              I have been informed telephonic ally that a waiver was issued to that effect and approval was awaited which would take about 3 days max.
                              This happened on 16 th of this month and in spite of my request to collect the same with remarks to that effect is though being promised would be attended every day , none of the rep. are calling to finalize the transaction. I have been repeatedly phoning from one dept,. to other and I must have requested to finalize the transaction at least 150 to 200 times but being met with lame and false promises to attend the same, the reasons though I can fathom, I am being subjected to unwarranted mental agony due to this intentional lethargy ness and lack of co ordination by air tel. I have even written to nodal officer at Hyderabad followed it with appellate nodal officer at Bangalore but even they failed to redress this delay and even failed to maintain the eticacy of apprising the customer of action being taken
                              Will the air tel immediately address this minor issue? or is it beyond the scope of their capability? will somebody answer?

                              While taking connection i have asked for "Night surfing free" plan, but they have billed me without considering my plan properly. So my has come like 8900/-. I went to a branch and told the person finally he agreed it and recalculated the bill and found it is 1440/-. I paid that amount. But now my Telephone line outgoing is disconnected. If I ask they are saying 240/- balance you have to pay in the last month. I don't know how they are billing. Because o[censored]rgency of phone requirement I paid that amount on that spot and called call center, they told that your phone line will be released with in 4 hours. But they did not do that, again if I ask for it just they are saying sorry. Unnecessarily I spent 200/- to make that call even I have 600 calls free... I really suffered much with this billing... even call center is not a toll free number, they put us in hold for around 8 minutes. Having Airtel connection means poring money in the water.
                              I also got the message form britesh intermnational lottery than i have won the lottery vut it was fraud
                              we are from symphony software pvt ltd and we have 512 broad band connectivity.
                              we are not getting internet yesterday onwards. please look on it issue and resolve it ASAP.

                                Ooops I am in a real agony with airtel pre–paid connection which I bought 10 days back, I am totally depressed with such kind of a connection and such a response from a leading network of kerala I also own a connection which is 4 years old,so that’s y I preferred to go for a connection from airtel,but all in vain, I bought it on 1st of September and produced the so called identity proof on 2nd in the morning I bought it from a retailer called hallmark whose dealer id is ID5298747. I produced my licence and a photograph as identity.

                                On 9 th evening I got a message that my out going calls are barred. Then I contacted customer care on 121 and the response was so cruel!!! They asked me to wait until Monday since nothing can happen on Sunday, I agreed and I called up in the noon and the response again... wait... now again I called up they say my request is processed but my outgoing are still barred.

                                I contacted with customer care executives on the following days after disconnection

                                I am fed up with the customer care offered by these guys!... Either the call never gets connected to the customer care executive... Or the guy/gal doesn't even pick it up!

                                How would we know about the offers if they aren't even attending our call!

                                I can see why people are shifting themselves to other prepaid services!
                                I recharged Airtel GPRS easy charge paid 274 Rs. After 4 day I received a push message "Airtel live" by mistake I did not saved the that message. There after I am unable to access internet.When I tried to access internet I got the message "Remote server is not responding".

                                  Airtel Landline — Wrong billing for last two months

                                  I have been charged wrongly for the months May & Jun. I am complaining the same since May'31, complaint nos. 1028892,1055378 . I got a call from Airtel that my May bill has been reversed, but when I got my Jun bill not only the May was not reversed but the same error continued in Jun. I have called them more than 50 times with long waits and and recd. standard answers.

                                    I am airtel customers with Airtell data card (No. [protected]- ccount
                                    Number[protected], since last five months.

                                    Background

                                    I am an airtel data-card customer since last five months. Since the time of connection only I am facing issues with the speed & vailability of connection and the services as a whole.

                                    I have logged several complaints and have spoken with customer care infinite number of times but have not been heard so-far. I am paying INR 1124 /month(infinite download-No Cap service) as the services charges for the services availed by me but till now, I have not been able to get the transmitted volume more than 0.75 GB.

                                    Please note that I have this airtel number as data card so, I am reachable on my alternate number but these tickets have been closed without even talking to me. [I checked and found that they were generally calling on my data-card number and close the ticket(I do not have any clue, how can some-one try on data card number)

                                    Actions Taken by me:

                                    1. Speaking to Airtel data card services several number of times.

                                    2. Follow-up on the complaints raised by me. As I mentioned most of them got closed without speaking to me)

                                    I am airtel customers with Airtell data card (No. [protected]- Account Number[protected], since last five months.

                                    Background

                                    I am an airtel data-card customer since last five months. Since the time of connection only I am facing issues with the speed & vailability of connection and the services as a whole.

                                    I have logged several complaints and have spoken with customer care infinite number of times but have not been heard so-far. I am paying INR 1124 /month(infinite download-No Cap service) as the services charges for the services availed by me but till now, I have not been able to get the transmitted volume more than 0.75 GB.

                                    Please note that I have this airtel number as data card so, I am reachable on my alternate number but these tickets have been closed without even talking to me. [I checked and found that they were generally calling on my data-card number and close the ticket(I do not have any clue, how can some-one try on data card number)

                                    Actions Taken by me:

                                    1. Speaking to Airtel data card services several number of times.

                                    2. Follow-up on the complaints raised by me. As I mentioned most of them got closed without speaking to me)

                                    3. Tried reaching you to Nodal office & Appellate in Mumbai (Nos.
                                    [protected] & [protected] - As given in website for grievance ) but no replies on the calls to these numbers also. [I am surprised].

                                    We are useing your 15 lines corporates connection [protected] to [protected] numbers to our office Since last two years, But now this time i am very much dissatified to your custmer care exe.
                                    I am losed my mobile no [protected] on 11 of july, & the same time i am call to your servuice center to block my sim with the immedate effect & please issued a new sim for the same number in the favour of mukut hotel & resort pvt ltd. Your c c e Mr Jitender said please mail these details & the airtel give you the new sim on 12 of july.
                                    on 12 july i am not reciveing any sim from your side & i am again call to youe service center & talk with your c c e by the name of varunesh. he ia told me your sim is not deliverd to because saturday & sunday, you are receving your sim on 14 july ( monday ), but you mail again will all details, i am mailed all things again to you on 12 july.
                                    till 14 july eveing we are not recevied any sim, i am agian called up & again your c c e said, you recive your sim on 15 july.
                                    Finely 15 july eveing i am recived sim from your side after that i called up to your service center & tell my new sim no to your c c e, than your c c e said your sim will activated another 1 hour.
                                    today is 15 july i am called 3 times in your center & talked with your ex at 11.30 i was talked with Mr Anubhav he said your sim is start near 12.30, secondly, i made a call again near about 1.00 Mr Ritesh he is told me again the same thing & give me the tme is 2.00 pm, Again i called up at this & Mr Imran is there & he give me one new thing your sim is not actived & he give me the resone please mail all these details, finaly i am very disapointed & dissatisfide with you c c e, why they are fooling the custmers, & not told the right thing custmers at one time, I said to imran all this thing & told please transfering my line to your seinor likr any shifft manager or fool manager but he simply refuse it that told me no body is there, so many times i am requesting them finaly he transfer my line to mr Navneet . i am told all these things to mr naveen he told me mail your sim nunber, finaly i mail all things. and call agnin to mr anaveen you had recived my mail, this time he said all mail o your company letter head, your all c c e is not give the right thing in one call & all your c c e are need training progrramm, they are not giving the proper thing to the custmer & the custmer face lot of the problems .

                                    please i requet as per your comittment, you are not give any sevices, & at this time i am not activaed my sim, due to that thing, i am lose so much bussiness its a help line of company, who are pay the compalsation this is you c c e s fault & my company was suffering for a big loss, you please activated my sim, i am not except this type of services like airtel, i am take a legal action againt your company. & mail this same copy to Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal.

                                    Please revert me back as soon as possible. with acitvited my sim number
                                    I have an Airtel data card bought in August 2007. In June of last year I began having problems with the connection frequently dropping out. I went to the customer care center in Bangalore, where I live and was told that this is a generic problem with all Airtel data cards and that it will be fixed shortly. No impovement ever happened.

                                    I am now in Chennai on a long term assignment and need the data card for internet work. I made a complaint about the service on 04/12/08 and did not receive a satisfactory reply for 2 weeks. I kept calling the customer service and was told either that it is a problem for all data cards or that it was a problem only with me and that the technical staff were working on it. After God knows how many calls to Airtel, I finally received a call from them to say that it is a problem will all data cards and they are being replaced with USB modems. When asked by when this would be done, I was not given a definite answer.

                                    I have now been in a strange city with no data card service for over 3 weeks and Airtel does not seem to be interested in doing anything about it.

                                    Since Airtel knew of the problem long ago, why was no action taken earlier? Why do they wait for a cutoemr to complain and then not respond? It seems that Aitel is too big to care about its customers.

                                    My data card number is [protected] and my complaint number is 19603942.
                                    Requesting to everyone, don't buy Airtel Data card, as they are looting the customer.

                                    AIrtel is big fraud orgainsation.

                                    And also alert everyone don't buy data card.

                                    This is Nitin diixt with airtel data card no [protected], i m not satisfy with this service, i had never seen this type of poor services, i m facing may problem with this card, i had called many time in customer care, but there is not service from that side, i[censored] r not able to give the services let me know...

                                    I have already told for unscribing the desi tashan by calling the c.c about three weeks back even then weekly Rs.20/-per weekis being deducted from my prepaid account, which is not fair, for doing SMS the link to 57775 was also blocked .this type of business will spoil the faith on AIRTELL service
                                    Kindly UNSUB desithasan immediately and also remit the deducted amount to my account

                                      Dear Airtel,



                                      Today i visited your airtel outlet at Lifestyle, Hyderabad.

                                      I am surprised to see the reaction of the executive who spoke to me.



                                      I had requested for "transfer of my ownership" number bearing[protected] that too one month before 17 of Sep, 2007and submitted all the documents they asked for.

                                      I was waiting for the response and confirmation from Airtel but i was disppointed .I repeatedly called up Customer Care and they promised me that the transfer will be done by 1st Oct and they gave me a Service request number 14070731. After that also my issue was not solved and i have called Customer care 4-5 times after that without missing.Everytime i called they said concerned person will call me back but no one has called me back.(they call me for some survey to know how is airtel service)

                                      Today that is on 18 Oct, 2007 i went to the same outlet and when i approached the executive named NARESH KAMUNI, he looked at me like a bakra and gave neglegent and rude answer.I faced the same type of answers when i visited on 17 Sep from the same guy.

                                      when i asked his name, as a Gunda he reacted and said i[censored] want take my mobile number also.(How strange airtel is recruiting such a type of Gundas).

                                      Other executive said my form is not yet submitted by the person who has taken it from me and they reacted as if that person is not from airtel and these people have nothing to do with her.

                                      Then someone came to me and said i need to submit printed matter on the letter head (they told me after i walk in ) and i had to run for it again .

                                      I thought Hyderabad is developed in technology but because of Airtel i take these thoughts back.The Airtel Outlet in lifestyle building , Hyderabad is worst than any Govt.office.

                                      I hope this mail will go to correct person and take proper action on Mr.Naresh Kamuni.

                                        Dear Mr.Sir,

                                        This is viji from Causewaybay working in Fashion Profiles in admin department.

                                        Actually we have shifted our office from No.17,Sarojini Street,Mahalingapuram, Chennai - 600 034 to the below mentioned address.

                                        NO.28, COASTAL ROAD,
                                        KALAKSHETRA COLONY,
                                        BESANT NAGAR
                                        CHENNAI - 600 090.

                                        In the above said address we are not getting the airtel signal properly inside the office. But in front office it is working very good. Due to this we are facing problems while talking over mobile (both incoming & outgoing) inside the premises. We have already complained this to customercare office before 3 months but still no action is taken. We have not received any good service from airtel.

                                        Then we have complained to Mr.Raveendran in Airtel who is the head for Corporate - Coll before 2 and a half months. After that also,we have not recd the repeater from Airtel till now.

                                        Actually, we are having 20 CUG numbers in our "TAIG Fashion profiles group" and we are paying more than 25000/- per month.

                                        Even though that Airtel people is not ready to give a repeater / booster to us to solve our problem. So we request you to kindly check into this matter and solve it asap.
