Dear Sir / Madam,
I have paid my airtel bill of Rs.1532 by my credit card on June 25th at airtel outlet in Jayanagar,Bangalore, and it is not credited in my account, and i have complained atleast 50 times, and i have also faxed the charge slip of credit card and finally they asked me to fax the credit card statement which i have again faxed, but till date no response from any one, i am being cheated ,,would request to responsible authorities to look into it & help me. I am having a broadband connection from Airtel - Home 999 in Noida.
As per this plan I can use unlimited internet @384 KBS for a month.

In the month of February 2009, airtel has included an extra charge
of Rs 199 (+ service Tax) in the name of some "DSL Usage Charge".
When I looked into the details of the bill, it says that it's been charge
for some "Gaming" service.

I checked with customer care, and they told me that I have used some Game-On-Demand
service on 2nd Feb 2009. I told them that I have no idea whatsoever about this
service and there is not even a slightest possibility that I would have used
this stupid service of Airtel.

They have taken my complaint and I am waiting for this thing to be resolved this
and revert the charges in my bill.

This is pure from Airtel causing too much harrasment to customers.

I request you all to please check your mobile/telephone bills from Airtel
every month so that companies like these can not screw the customers like us.

AirTel — fraud by airtel

Dear Sir, I am using Airtel connection since 3 years (my Mobile number is: [protected]) . Recently i have faced a problem with the service provider. In the month of march I received an incorrect bill amounting to Rs. 2549. In the bill there were some number which I never dialed. Numbers that are reflecting that I never dialed are: 5664469, 5664464. The amount reflecting against these number in the bill is Rs. 1548.

I have already complained twice to the service provider but there is no positive response from there - Complaint numbers: 21077206 and 21169953.

Please provide a solution and resolve it because its fourth time and i am not getting any reply from your side.i am still waiting for your reply.

AirTel — Fraud from Airtel

My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. I occasionally receive SMSes asking me to "accept" and view latest wallpapers of girls. I have always been ignoring such smses and deleting them immediately, but on one occasion (and last), last time I ended up actually accepting the message. Next Rs 75 is deducted in my mobile along with the message that I have downloaded a game from gclub.in . Truth is that I didn't download anything nor did anything get downloaded automatically. In other words, my money was deducted for nothing. This is fraud from airtel and I am very furious. I want my balance back as soon as possible. Really disgusting how Airtel could stoop to such low levels in order to suck people's money.

I am planning to switch to Aircel instead, but still want my balance back!!!

As a side note, I browsed through similar cases of Airtel cheating people and deducting their balance for nothing in this and other consumer forums. I guess, all o[censored]s, who have been duped of our money, should come together and publicly raise our voices against this fraud of Airtel in various media.

And the worst thing is that the staff that takes care of customers in Airtel service centers are nothing short of thugs and rowdies. We need to create a facebook page or something against Airtel.

    Hello ,

    I am using Airtel(Delhi) postpaid connection for past 1Year. Now I shifted my residance to Bangalore. so i want to Disconnect the Delhi connection.
    I called customer care so many times but still i can't disconnect it. Please communicate through my mail ID . I will give you the required details.

    how can i block the sim ... my mobile has been stolen and i need to block the sim now how can i do it
    Airtel - New Delhi I have been using AIR TEL Cell phone from 24.07.2006. The number being [protected]. I have been utilizing this number is connection with my business and for my private communications.

    But since 11.09.2008 I am not receiving incoming calls or I am not able to send out going calls from this number. Itis reliably learnt that the number allotted to me has been migrated without my knowledge or consent and it is being used by S.J.COMMUNICATIONS, Manavalakurichy. ([protected]).

    It has caused much hardship and great mental agony to me apart from financial loss which is irrespirable.It is a clear case of deficiency in service.

    Hence I request that my Cell Phone No.[protected] may be restored to me immediately failing which I will be constrained to move appropriate forum and seek legal remedies to redress my grievances.

    The matter may be treated very urgent and I am anticipating your reply in seven days.

    I already call the customer care and longed the complaint but no action

Madan lal, I have completed my father voter card and rashan card proof,

    25 January in the evening my sim activated but after 3 days it had deactivated, I told shopkeeper it call ur airtel activation employ Mr. Manish his mobile no is :--[protected] and second person is abhay(his name is not conform) mobile no is :----[protected], it is also ur company employ, I have called Mr. Manish 10 time in a day, Every Day he says me that after 10minutes ur sim will be activate, Saturday I called in airtel customer care they told me ur id proof is not submit, I was shocked what happened with Me after that I called Mr. Manish he told me that they are lying that I have submitted all Documents and he told me that he will meet me after 30 minutes on tarun shop. But he did not come there .they are making completely fool the customer and they are looting The customer and for future customer would not purchase ur mobile sim

    I had deposted Internet Modem and Telephone insturment bearing connection No. [protected] on 20.10.2009 vide receipt No. 156975. Till date the connection is not deactivated. Necessary action may be taken to deactivate the connection. Proportionate bill for the period upto 20.10.2009 may be sent for payment. Early action is reguired.

    My land line no[protected] and we recived bill made made cheque in the name of airtel.And same communicted to service provider to collect the cheque, but till date nobody comes from the service provided side.Due to this today my connection cut down and due to this my outlet is facing problem to prepare the bill because we are also using net facility through this line also.Today service provider person visit our office at nehru place and collect the same cheque for our supermart side.

    You are requested to please take action against this delay.And start our connection today it self.so that person at outlet can work.

      I reside in Trichur My Air Tel prepaid mobile no is [protected]
      Recently on two occasions they have activated hello tunes without my consent, making my callers embracing with the tunes they keep and to best of knowledge they have cut the user charges. Very recently they have activated and cut the money for the missed call alerts. I feel that forcing the services without request is deplorable. If the matter is not addressed I wish to discontinue services.

          Account No 10005682. Landline Tele No[protected] Location U23/22 DLF Phase-III, Pink Town Houses, Gurgaon-122002

          1. It is is intimated that billing address noted by the customer care executive was wrong which resulted in the bills for the month of Aug 07 and Sep 07 not reaching the correct address.
          2. The rectification was done but in the meantime the bill amount of Rs 807/-pending was cleared vide Cheque No 128505 dt 01 Oct of Bank of America.
          3. The restoration took 2 days after another complaint with reference No 1755116 and the facility of outgoing calls was thankfully restored.
          4. Now, again on 09 Oct 07 the outgoing call facility has been taken off without any intimation.
          5. A bill amount of Rs 948/- (refer your invoice No[protected] dt 06/10/2007 which includes the previous amount of Rs 807/- has been sent with due date of 25/10/07. The actual amount due and not before 25/10/07 is Rs 90.62p only
          6. A complaint has been made to customer care tele executive by the name of Mamata on 09 Oct 07 and we have received reference No 1838502.
          7. This indicates sheer laxity and inability of the so called executives to comprehend the matter.
          8. In the meantime I'am paying the rentals for nothing which tantamount to taking payment and not providing the services. This speaks very low of customer care reputation and service inefficiency of the service provider.
          9. In any case, they are taking money for the service to be provided and that also is not being adhered which is against corporate ethics.

          Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Outgoing Barred without Intimation.

          I have two airtel connections out of which there is some amount outstanding in [protected] which I had intimated about settlement by 22nd Oct & also was agreed by Airtel.The outstanding amount also doesnt pertain to any usage of services.

          Suddenly they have stopped outgoing facility in the present no [protected] wherein the payment has never been delayed.

          This kind o[censored]ninformed stoppage of services has resulted in substantial loss to me.

          Kindly advice what can be done mby us in this matter.

My balance was Rs.384 on 9th october'07 but on 10th oct. when I checked my balance it was MINUS 30 rupees. how come I myself dont know. I havnt made any call during that period.             AirTel — Excess deduction of balance!

            i lost my mobile its nos is [protected]

            i have recharge my mobile no [protected] on 1 feb 2010 by Rs 333/- and next day it was deducted approx 300/- Rs why I don`t know if it will not cleared till 3 feb i will stop my 11 nos of Airtel service.

            AirTel — EXCESS DEDUCTION

            MY MOBILE NO: [protected] it have excess deduction made through during the call. It will be extra burden on my Pocket.

            If i call less then a minute. the deduction made more then 2/- RS.
            KIND TO PROVIDE ME CALL DETAIL.
            My mobile no is [protected], all the money has been deducted @the rate of RSI 5 per message and very unfortunately all these unwanted bakwas. messages are being sent by none other than the prestigious company whose connection I am using.the great airtel . The only little request I can forward is that all my money should be refunded ASAP.

              Hi

              I am using my airtel No. for las 3 years, I have taken life time
              scheme for the same, earlier i was paying Rs. 45 per month to reduce my local call charges. one day i got masg that If i recharge my cell by Rs. 37 , My sms charges will 20 Paise per/sms, I have done that & my local call chages again increased.
              If company launhes new scheme, they should have inform to their customer that only one scheme will be applicale at a time.
              Now I would like to redeuce my local call & STD call charges.
              I[censored] have any running scheme, please let me know, otherwise i will take some other number.

                  This complaint regarding network coverage. I have been complaining to Airtel people for last six months that network coverage is bad in my home. Every time they have been saying will install system in home but till now never happened. But I don’t know how come they say they have connection...

                  I completely agree with the complaint mentioned above. The network coverage issue is existing for the last 1 year but no action has been taken in the issue. I am not able to use my mobile at home and I am really going through a mental torture. I dont know when this is going to be sorted out......!

That person whose got my cell phone n sim used my no till 2day (i.e.11th n 12th )so i can know whose that person? I filed my complain to police n requist airtell to give information bout my no coz its a postpaid so they can help me ? But all woek was in hell . They didnt give me thats no n say till new bill i cant find it ? So ,i wann know why we used postpaid only for paying bill ,we cant know bout our number used by other ?
                  This is the first time I'm posting a complaint because of my frustration. I did not have any problem till now with Airtel but now I've. My outgoing was blocked and I made the payment immediately. I also paid some extra amount for future but it has been two days they have unblocked by connection. I was not able to make any outbound calls for the past 2 days. When I try to call the stupid Customer service, they will play an automated recorded message, stating that my service was disconnected due to non-payment and till now I was not able to speak to a Customer service agent. What a poor and bad Customer service from Airtel.....

                  i have been using airtel for the last two ywars and i have 3 connections my complaint is that airtel is taking away rs 10/month as subcription to ring tone club from my no [protected] and i have complained a thousand times but still it comes .more over i am un able to sent or retrive multimedia mssg the customer service is very very bad i am unable to receive in comming calls when i am roaming and i can do out going calls while on roaming but able to receive text mssg i have complained a thousand times and i get back is several resollution nos stating as ur problemwill be solved in 24 hours even after two years airtel or its customer service havent made any attempt in resolving this matter and i havent seen a connection other than airtel to which incomming calls are not received while on roaming more and more complaints the way of billing is very very very bad as it confusing for commen people airtel may kindly check out how mant times that i have complained regarding several matters and ur response to the complaints airtel even prepaid a bill and send to me for the calls i made to complaint that i am unable to receive incomming calls while on roaming they even admitted that they tried to call but we r helpless in contacting u what a shame for such a reputed company very very shame
                  This complaint regarding Airtel Customer care People and Airtel Dealer.My out going Call are Disconneted before 3 day without my notice. when i called to The Customer care number, Iwas told that its disconnected because at the time of Verification Recidency address is not Able to Found (ERROR Address) After Finnishing the call I Got A Refernce number, I Person whom i had spoken told me it will be Activated But when i had cross check at home and with the my neibhoughts regarding the same there said no bo day has turned up at time when i was taken a sim i told a per son call satayanaraya(Sale Execuitve) from SVAP Links located at Ameerpet Divya Shakti Complex.Opp Lal Banglow.

                  It was a shocking and humiliating experience when I yesterday on 25-04-08 went to take an add on connection at your sector 35 Chandigarh outlet near gopal sweets. First the counter staff was very rude and discourteous and initially did not advise that security/activation charges shall have to be paid for an add on connection but when everything was finalized they advised that security deposit and activation charges will have to be paid not withstanding the fact that I am holding 2 corporate connections in my name ([protected], [protected]) for the last two years and have been very good pay master. The staff was told that other companies are ready to waive security deposit and activation charges on producing the bill of the above mobile telephone and it was again very disheartening to note their reply “ our companies policy is to loot the customers and we are not interested in retaining the customer as other companies may allure our customers “ .

                  The matter was taken up with helpline at 121 on 25-04-08 at around 7:45 pm when one Mr. amarinder customer care executive repeated the same above lines leaving a message that we are not interested in retaining the customers as per the policy of the company and no complaint can be registered on this issue and I may write to anybody regarding this

                  If this is the policy of the company and such treatment continues from the airtel staff the customers may like to switch over to other companies where the customers are being treated like kings and even I would think of switching to other company in case I do not et suitable reply within 24 hours from this mail I request that being an old customer add on connection may be given under the tariff plan rs 150 per month (gupshup plan) without any security / activation charge

                  Rudra11 company (Himachal Pradesh. SHIMLA) doing work airtel prepiad and postpaid audit, Scanning and Data Entry. Rudra11 working not properly. I want visit rudra11 and audit.                   i m ur postpaid costumer my no. is [protected]. in last month i paid my bill through the my another mobiles account; but i dont know why my account was expired and my phone was disconnected but after that i paid again; but from payment date romming fassiliti of my phone is not working so plz do some thing and make it on as eairly as possible because i am staying in suburbe and i m working in mumbai. so it create lots of problems. plz activate my romming faciliti; beacuase of this i even cant call u from my work place.

                  I complained this to customer care many times and every time they assured me that it will be done within next few hours.

                  i too face the same problem that is i don't receive any network coverage at my home.i stay near powai, kanjurmarg(w).i have suffered a lot by this .can any 1 suggest me how to complaint regarding this to the airtel company.
                  On dated 4/06/2008 i paid 600 Rs. at the cash counter of Airtel Office in Akurdi's "Jay Tower" with Recipt no.:148459 still i had not received any SMS or amount is not updated on my Account and i'm worried that my wife is out of station and service may not delay and here is my phone number for which i had paid the amount=[protected]
                  i am a post paid user of airtel no [protected], and due to some transactional issue and issue with the billed amount with my bill, i dint pay the outstandings, i received a call from some person mr Alok from airtel and he listened to my complaint regarding the billing amount and also converting my postpaid no to prepaid no and setteled the bill from rs 1783 to rs 1000 and he assured me that i would receive the call the next morning for confirmation of the bill payment, i received the call and updated the receipt no:[protected], and then mr alok accured he would send a executive with the prepaid sim, but its more than 4 days, i havent received any update, i called airtel customer care on [protected] and spoken with mr raj and then mr ram, both the executives were not only rude, and said we dont have any update, we dont know who had called u and u will have to make the complete payment, i requested to transfer the call to some one senior, both kept the line on hold and then disconnected, please help or else i will be forced to contact consumer court

I can’t receive incoming call but outgoing facility has no problem then I tried call to customer care but call was disconnect Then I tried to land line to customer care he told me that you go to setting & Select menu then setting then select manual. After that, your service will activate but same problem happen and other guy told me that our service won’t activate more than one month.

                  I request you kindly activate my service because I received important call in a day more than 10 to 15 but last 5 day I unable to received call.

                  airtel/postpaid — Network Issue

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a postpaid subsriber of Airtel from the past 9 months and I have been facing a problem with the network i.e several time the network quality is that poor that i can't hear from the other side and i have a huge number of call drops and I have even given the Airtel the authorization to check my call stats and there will not be a single call without a call drop and it doesn't last for 20-30 seconds and I have been calling Airtel customer care from the past 4 months and everytime I am calling they will say that they are arranging a call back and honestly if there is any provision to check my inbound calls, I don't have a single call from them regarding call backs, I was also informed that the network signal in My office that is in Kakkanad CSEZ which is a IT area, is having signal problem. I still can't believe that if they don't provide a better service why they are having the permission to trade in Kerala.

                  I am residing in Delhi, even I am also facing problem with Airtel, the customer service that it provides is very bad. I dont understand how one customer service executive can speak language like "batao aap ki pareshaani kya hai".First of all the calls to customer service dept will not go, because they are mostly disconnected by the customer service executives only, I have observed it many times. Like after the call passed to them they lift the phone and disconnect it. I requested them for many times pls dont disconnect it as we have to wait for long time to get connected with your dept. Still there is no change. I dont what sort of training they are giving to their customer service executives.

                  Their attitude is very harsh with the customers. We are the poor fellows still we have to bear with that it is their attitude and the monthly bills we get are very high I dont know how we get it. The include unnccessary services to us. They activate those services without our confirmation. When we try to talk to the Customer service they behave like the way I said earlier. Its our bad fate that we are still customers with Airtel.

                  Very very bad network yet seen in airtel. As the company growing day by day the network is failing to fullfil the needs such as coverage in rooms at home, call drop facility is indeed provided by the company for our convenience.I couldn't understand what the next person who is calling me says anything most of the times the next person acts as quarrellsome character as my voice is not reched to him. The moto of the company is Express Yourself but we are unable to Express Ourself, the moto of company should be Depress Yourself by joining with company, by purchasing a connection, in the middle the No.1 Network was provided by the company but now I think all the members of the company and other Airtel People has gone on a long Sleep as if like "KUMBHAKARAN" most of the times complained about the network problem but no one looks after it they says within few days the problem will be solved.We were very proud that we've got airtel connection because the network provided by the company was very good as compared to all the companies at that time, before 2 yrs. In the whole NAGPUR (MAHARASHTRA), whereever we go the network does not follow us. The handsets shows full network at the same time the next person complain about my network and says "how many times should i call u your phone is everytime out of coverage area. I think this problem is not going to be resolved but may increase as day by days passing the connections are increasing but the service not increasing.

                  I am ready and decided to close my postpaid number [protected] with all my dues by paying end of this month September.
                  The reason is due to many failures from the customer service point of view and management of admin regarding courier.
                  Though I gave many written statements and on call also complaints to customer care people, am not able to get the problem solved
                  From the one half year i.e. of not receiving bills to my billing address even I changed my address from 2 months still am facing this issue.


                  Finally waste of my time to track this issue and to wake up you airtel service people every month is decided to better close the account.

                  My bill for the month os September was not delivered by Airtel
                  to my address so received the bill late i:e both the earlier & curremt bill .Inspite of Airtels mistake their csu 's kept on calling

                  i get the bills can make the paument once i disburse it from my
                  office .Suddenly after sending the duplicate bills last week people
                  started calling for settlement .Writer was in hospital last week so not able to hand over the bills to my office which was explained to Airtels customer care but then too you people started calling
                  every hour for the settlement .Today you have disconnected my both in coming & out going calls where in have told that will make the settlement till this week end .This is really riduculous service & u people only call when u want otherwise customer is
                  always kept on stake .Airtel is slightly loosing peoples faith because of their bad service & bad customer care .I will ask my office to make the payment till this week end so I WANT U TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY & CONNECT MY LINES AGAIN .OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO GO TO CUSTOMER COURT .

I got transferred from Andhra Pradesh to Madhya Pradesh, with airtel post paid plan which was asked to relocate in new circle... Inspite they gave me new numbers with other harreshments...
                  Now when I went to pay my first bill the person sitting there was able to see my outstanding bill on computer but still asked me to dial 121 and ask them I asked WHY he replied it is our rule... Please put only 121 dial telephone no there in the office and ask all the employees to search new job elsewhere as anyone whoso ever comes there is being asked to dial 121 and get there details clarified then what is the use of those 4 -5 persons recruited from your side there just for collection of money ... you can better out source this service and spend less than you are spending now. I have also seen they saying line is down line is down many times then what AIRTEL is doing earning huge profits and cannot have good services for customers... SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL PROVIDERS... IF YOU PEOPLE CANNOT HAVE SERVICES BETTER CLOSE DOWN YOUR AIRTEL... One month back I got a call from a person called SAHIL and insisted me to go for postpaid from prepaid & convinced me to agree.Then he sent a person called RAMESH, I submitted all my documents and 250rs. The advertisement of our institute should carry my number and each ad costs us Rs.90, 000/-.

                  I have used another number in the ad which had definitely affected the inflow of students and created a chaos. We have already released 3 advertisements and the cost is approximately Rs. 2, 80, 000/-

                  I shall take a legal action if I am further not clarified about the same and reminder about my bill payment till the problem is solved. Do note that, my number is existing since 3 years, my bills are paid regularly. I have also made detailed recording of my verbal complaints.

                  I totally agree that customer care is a very pathetic service that AIRTEL provide to their customer, instead of serving customer by this service they make customer miserable .                   airtel postpaid corporate connection — no network for long time and now harrasment for settlement

                  I had airtel corporate connection in Pune for more than 1 year, and the network from my home used to vanish for 2-3 weeks at a stretch. When I went to their outlet near my home they use to say server is down n customer care just offered to waive off rent. Once this happened the third time for ever a month, I decided to move to a new connection and asked them to settle my account & include the rental waiver they had promised and the deposit they had taken. Their agent said they shall inform once it is confirmed with billing dept. And raised a complaint for me. They never Got back and are now are harrasing me to pay full amount. Please help and suggest what I can do!

                  This is the first time I'm posting a complaint because of my frustration. Everytime I have problem with Airtel but now it's cross the limit. My outgoing was blocked due to some changes of docummentation(change of address) .I have already deposited the necessary documents related to that issue. After that I was not able to make any outbound calls for the past 10 days.                   I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had airtel connection under my wife’s name Dr Anita, Mobile no [protected]. We sent the request for disconnection and the number was discontinued on 27 March 2009 which was confirmed by telephonic call from airtel office. Now after 3 months airtel people have called my mother and spoke very rudely and told to pay outstanding amount by today otherwise a legal notice would be sent. On enquiry from airtel office, I was shocked to hear that the airtel number was reactivated after 3 days and the outstanding amount has been doubled because I had not paid my outstanding dues !!!. My dear fellow I have heard for the first time the company is reactivating the number because of failure to the outstanding amount and that too without informing the customer !!!. Who is responsible if that number is misused by anti-social elements. I[censored] can inform the customer about the deactivation, then why can’t u inform about the reactivation and payment of the outstanding amount in certain period of time, when I had already given my alternative phone number to the company. I have checked that the number is still deactivated only. Also at the time of connection, security charges were taken but now they are telling that they were activation charges and not security charges !!!
                  I hope you to send me the details of my bill and the calls made from that number. Inform me if the number is still activated as told to me by your officials. In that case I should file an FIR at the earliest possible in police department.
                  If the above matter is not solved urgently, I would definitely file a case against your company about the breach of trust, rude behaviour and harassment of customer without any proper information under consumer protection and right to information act. I have a long relation with airtel but I didn’t expect this kind of behaviour and attitude from a company like airtel ….

On the same date of payment of Rs 1000 my outgoing call from said number was barred. Then i stop using the number and get new number. From some sources i start getting call from Ashok Mobile Number -[protected], & Rajender Mobile Number-[protected].I told them that i will pay the amount soonest.But due to some anavoidable reason, i was not able to deposit the amount.Than Ashok start calling on my relatives number from [protected] and talked with them using abusive language.                     I got a call from your company for a landline connection at my place on 9th May 2008, and a representative(Mr Rajeev) from your company from B-38/C1, sector 57, Noida office came to my residence for the formalities .I had given him the documents required by him for a new landline connection with a cheque of Rs 500/-(Ch No 674854-Std.Chartered Bank dated 10/5/2008), and assured me that the landline connection will be provided me positively with in two days.

                    After 2 days when I had contacted the customer care no[protected] and informed that ths connection is still not done at my residence, got a reply that it will take 6 working days

                    After 6 days when I went to your showroom situated at sector 25 market at Noida and requested to update me on the status, Mr Vikram ignored me and told me that they are not able to solve my problem as they dont deal with the Landline connections of AIRTEL.(not mentioned anywhere at showroom)

                    Now, after 13 days somehow I am able to contact at your sector 57 office at Noida on tel no 4444121, spoken to your customer care executive and got a reply that they are not able to provide me the connectionas they do not have the availiblity of TAG near my house.

                    just want to know :

                    1) if the availablity of TAG is not there why I was not informed on priority .

                    2)If you are not able to give me the connection why you had deducted Rs 500/-from my bank account.

                    3)Are u able to give me some alternative or not.(except refund of Rs 500/-)

                    I have made acall to U S for 29 minutes on 12 th july 2008 from an Airtell telephone booth at trivandrum kerala (Booth tele No:[protected]) I got a surprising bill for Rs. 597/- . According to Airtell the rate for US is @6.40/min. So the actual billing should be for around Rs.189.50 including service charge.

                    1-Marketing Executive didnt reached at my home on given time to verify as i waited till extra two hrs also.

                    After all this blunder i was very badly hurt by this issue because it made me stand in front of my management to anwer for the lossed caused by me in not communication to my clients.
                    On 6th jully i again took a post paid connection on my name and same address ie, [protected] and this is a plan of 250 Rs in which i get 500 min talk time also but on 15th-o7-08 this no, . was also barred becaue it crossed the credid limit which i understand was quite obvious also so i get in touch with customer care dept. and addressd my problem and they assured me that if i can p[ay Rs 1000 payment on this no then only the can be able to unbar my no. so i made the payment of Rs.1000 against this no. as the ebill id is [protected] and after making the payment also my no is not been unbard when i asked again to CC dept they told me this thing has been done because of my earlier connection is have certain O/s amount and for that i told them to handle this case properly and they should have send me the bill for my earlier connection [protected] and then only i woulsd come to know how much is the billing amount and then followed by this if incare i fail to make the payment they can take the action againg me what ever they feel correct. but really i am very pissed by this act of the depatment that they kept my payment of 1000 which i made through easybill payment on 16th july08 to unbard my current connection ie [protected]. please send me a proper bill and kindly allor a credit time to make the payment. and i think this is the limit to give me tension and let me down on my professional ground from airtel being a loyal customer to airtel i never though of being reuined like this.

                    for a legal step as well as I will escalate this issue to all media News
                    channel with a mail copy of complete discussion which i have been
                    communicating to your representative as well ur local offices as well as
                    local executives, against company for mis guiding customer, and asking for
                    bribe for Post to Pre forcefully, as well as for Menal & Financial
                    harresment which has been suffered due to illegal demand, / Policy of a such

                    I always write Cheque of correct amount on the due date as mention in ur invoice but u always send the cheque before the date mentioned on the cheque. This results in non payment from the bank, If it was presented on correct date there would have been no problem from Bank. This also causes problem for me in reconcilling my bank account.                     What, as a customer, am I to do in such a case where two employees from the same esteemed organisation give different statements?

                    We contacted 121 again on 19 January, 2009 (Reference number[protected] Mr. Rohit told that this scheme will be activated within 24 hours.

                    Can you please tell us our reaction now? How many times should we call at 121? This behaviour is ridiculous and irresponsible.

                    Moreover, some of your 121 call attendants are very impolite and unhelpful.
                    In these times of recession, when people are not getting jobs, don't you think such persons should understand their job responsibility and be thankful to God that they have a secured job?

                    This entire exercise has caused us lot of mental strain and stressed us too.

                    air tel mobile connection and mobile store — connection not working since two weeks

                    air tel pre paid connection was taken on 5.4.2009 the number of which is[protected]. connection worked for two but later incoming got discontinued. I contacted moble store from where I got new cell phone and air tel connection where I was assured that incoming will be activated by evening. I waited for two days and when not activated I again contact mobile store where I was told to cotact airtel office. I went there on 9th april and gave complaint for which I receied message of complaint vide its number/ref nu. [protected]. I was told that the number will working within 24 hcourt. I waited again for two days. Again I contacted airtel office sector 35 on 13/4 again I was told that the number will be working within 24 hcourt. To my surprise, now outgoing was also stopped. I again contacted mobile store and airtel office on 17.4.09 again same reply was given that your connection will be restored by evening/morning of 18.4.2009. Today When I contacted one of the representative of airtel office at his moble number [protected], Mr. Kultej working with airtel office sector 35 to whom I consuctively met 3 times with my complaint I was told to contact after some time. The way I have been dealt with by airtel is found shocking. The aforesaid shock has forced me to submit compliant whic I think can help me.

                    airtel is proving to be the worst service provider amongst its competitors. It's bosses are sleeping ignoring clients grievances. The day is not away when customer will not look at it. It is still not late for its bosses to wake up and look at after sale services. Following is the horrific experince I have also faced rather still facing:
                    I bougt a new mobile from mobile store and airtel connection (prepaid) for mobile store, sector-35, chandigarh on 6.4.2009 and connection activated after some time. After one day incoming got discontinued. I visited mobile store sector 35 and airtel office sector 34, cahndigarh number of times everytime they kept on telling that your sim will be activated with all services shortly. It is shocking to say that my outgoing was also barred after giving complaint. Since then I have visited number of times but my connection has not been restored when there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 324. Neither I am being refunded the amount due to me not my connection is being activated.

                    I have tried to contact Nodal Officer and Appelate Officer for lat two month. The telephone is always engaged. I have installed a wifi aand paid one time additional charges of 1500. I was told no additional charges will be made, however inspite of three verbal and three mail complaints, i have had no action.                           This is about Airtel's unlimited plan for Rs 699 available in New Delhi. I just want to say that you guys are doing us too big a favor with this plan. I mean you are offering speeds up to 128 kbs for Rs. 699. Are you mad?? do you know that Idea mobile offers an unlimited plan for Rs. 5 a day with speeds upto 112 KBps. youre plan is almost 18 kbps FASTER than theirs. Are you sure youre not going into a loss with offering this to your consumers? I feel guilty about fleecing you gusy like this!. c'mon please please raise the price of this plan or decrease the speeds, this is like using Internet int the 25th century you guys are making me feel bad. seriously

                            I have been a customer of airtel prepaid for the last 5 years. My balance is getting debited unnecessarily everytime, i have complained to them many times, but they are still debited my balance unnecessarily. Till date, almost Rs.1000/- worth of balance in my account has been debited by them.

My Sim git deactivated without any message or calls. the same was told to your Bokaro franchise office , and they gave the plea that the form of me , might not have reached Patna, and they asked me to Fill up a new Set of Forms. The same was filled on 01/10/2007. But so far The sim has not been activated in spite of Contacting your Bokaro Office as well as Patna nodal Officer. Also i have spoken to your Customer care several Times. ,but withot any fail. No results are coming till date. I again spoke to customer care With MR. Sujit Kumar on 8/10/07, and he gave a Complain no.[protected]/ dtd 8/10/07. The disconnection is incurring heavy inconvenince to me. i have also requested Your Officer sri. VED PRAKASH AT Airtel Offuce Bokaro, but it has noyt yielded any positive results.

                              I request your goodselves to kindlty take immediate action for its restoration . The form no. which was again Signed is, having Serial no. F 447578 and submitted on 01/10/2007 at bokaro office.

Since I have bought this number, I have never been able to access net from my residence in Ghatkopar-west.Since I have been lodging complaints, none of the official ever tried to solve my problem and I have been getting continuous bills even after repeated complaints.No I am getting threatening calls from Some Advocate Siraj Choudhary (his number-[protected]) from some Delhi session court with regards to the pending bills.One thing I have been very clear that the Airtel does not have proper service in all the areas.They have a pathetic service and no heed at all towards the customer complaints.One thing they do very well sending the bills on time and regular and rigorous follow-up to the customers with regards to bill payment.I had also forwarded my request for cancellation of my number as I have never been able to access the internet through the datacard.Infact I have never used it since ever after i was confirmed that I would never get a connection .I think this is an unjust action taken against any customer and threatening dadagiri, they are doing towards people.Please tell me why should I pay when I have already paid the dongle charges and an amount approximate of Rs 800 or above to them while taking the datacard. I would seek a legal assistance to take these people to task and save the hard earned money of the people from draining into the mouth of such service companies who earn in crores from customers by way of charging extra services without even intimating customers.

I would seek a legal assistance to take these people to task and save the hard earned money of the people from draining into the mouth of such service companies who earn in crores from customers by way of charging extra services without even intimating customers.

                                    i have a pre paid connection with no.[protected] OF airtel bharti recentaly i have applied for a new post paid number in ohm enterprises in kanpur,uttar pradesh its a authorised web world of airtel bharti.where i told about a good number([protected]) they told me that this number was earliar with harjendar singh but this number has been blocked mr harjendra singh is fail to deposit his monthly bill from last 6 month and i[censored] want this particullar numbar u have to deposit his rest payment so i deposit the amount of rupee 1850 againest the collection reciept no A 153840 IN KANPUR and also given rupee 5000 as they told me that its a V.I.P number activation charges , but after three days i was alloted the number [protected] .so i am cheated by a renowned company kindly take my complain seriosly and solve my problem .

                                    I hav prepaid connection no [protected] with vodafone service " 3yrs . I port my number in airtel postpaid connection i submit my document . My number activate in 48 hours in airtel postpaid service .due to Its verification my outgoing call stoped. Now i cant call i hav suffring lot of prob... i call to custmer care but they says that ur verification is negitive nw ur no is disconnected bt i hav airtel postpaid no same id and add... solve my prob its so urgent pls do somthing its my business no all calls come this no solve my prob and reverification my no pls soon soo urgent for any detail contact ths no .[protected] pls solve .
