I tried to recharge my number with smart pack through airtel website. However the money has been deducted from my account for which i've message from my bank, but recharge is unsuccessful. It's been 3 days yet there has been no refund

      I did a recharge of 558 rs on airtel which did not got reflected and got cancelled and the money has to be refunded but not got refunded back

        Removal of airtel junction box

        Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is an airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. Please note we are planning to demolish and reconstruct the compound wall as it has cracked and may fall anytime soon and cause damage to property and people.         Most disgusting part is 'sim' quality, its very cheap quality that have been in the market when compared to other countries. I took my sim in 2019 october and now september 2020, in a short span of 10 months there is need to replace sim, because of sim quality isn't working.
        While i m using the mobile data my mobile suddenly stop working, then i went to mobile store, shopkeeper said mobile is perfect your sim isn't working and suggest me to change.
        Plz suggest them to maintain absolute quality for some products

          I am the user of airtel service i was very satisfied about the network speed before lockdown but after lockdown my network speed is very low and most of the time switches to 2g from 4g i am facing very much problem in my studies so please help me because o[censored] i cant attend my online exam so please fix these problem thanks for listening to me and i hope u will solve my problem as soon as possible and i am living near a airtel network tower but i cant get 4g network what should i do now thanks once again

            Wifi installation

            I have already paid for my wifi installation
            till now no installation at my place
            all verification was done and was told that same day wifi will be installed
            no one picks my call and when they do they make excuses by saying tomorrow and making fool o[censored]s
            i want the internet facility badly and they are making fool o[censored]s
            please look into this matter and try to reach me asap....

            I have done recharge from airtel app. The recharge get failed but i received a transition message from bank
            My number is [protected]. And number did not recharge or don't receive a message of refund. Please can i get refund because i have don't recharge again it get success. But i did get the money back from the first fail recharge. Please solve my problem i did get refund

              I ordered fastag from airtel on 06th sep 2020. Till date i haven't received my fastag. I want to ask airtel who is responsible for this query. Its my mistake that i have ordered it from airtel. I need urgent action against my complaint.
              They never be transparent. I want my money back please help me.

                  Hi,

                  We had raised a request for broad band services with application number - [protected] for new fibernet connections. The application was requested on thursday 3rd of september 2020 and i made payment on the same day for a fibernet connection. Till now the application has not been addressed. I have visited a nearby airtel office (Uttarahalli) and have escalated this to the salesperson manager, no information has been provided on the same yet.
                  The sales person stopped picking up query call. Airtel nodal officer never picks up calls. All we have to do is wait for their email confirmation and again drop an email.

                  I was promised connection in 48 hours, its been 20 days where i am still waiting for refund. Pathetic customer serivce and i regret going to airtel as first priority now

                      I paid rs. 598 rupees on amazon for my airtel recharge number 27 august2020. But payment was decline on amazon and recharge has been cancelled. Today is 22 september 2020 still my amount not refund from airtel payment bank.

                        I had submitted an mnp request from bsnl to airtel and the required kyc documents on 18/09/20. I have received the following message
                        "dear adithya null, validations of your documents for porting your mobile no. 82xxxxxx86 could not be completed successfully. For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest airtel store."please help me through the process as i have paid money at my local store for this. Four days have passed and no response from airtel. Please help asap.

                          This is with utmost pain I am writing to Airtel that since last 6 days my issues are not being handled by AIRTEL team properly.

                          I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in May month. Mobile number is [protected]. Every thing was going on fine. But I got message that Rs 454 is pending for payment at Vodafone.

                          I went to Vodafone store in CP and made the payment. The outstanding due there shown was Rs 150 which I paid immediately on 8th September 2020. Payment receipt attached for your reference.

                          However on 16th September my phone got disconnected without any call or reasoning. On enquiring with Airtel they said payment at Vodafone I'd pending. Which I checked at Vodafone and nothing is pending

                          Your staff at Pusa road Karol bagh especially Saurabh jain and Manish Mishra gave me sim yesterday saying it will start in 4 hours which didn't happen till today.

                          On asking they were mis handling my parents and talking to them disrespectfully.

                          I am absolutely gutted and made biggest mistake of my life to change to AIRTEL.

                          I have been asking if there are any dues I am ready to pay but where do I pay?? No one has that answer too.

                          Please get my phone number activated or else I will escalate to TRAI and DOT.

                              The engineer who was to setup airtel broadband in our home said that he can't setup due to non availability. They should have informed about this earlier before we made a payment. Daily we have to call the engineer whether he would visit us or not that day. He is so reckless about our setup and sometimes he doesn't even pick our call. We are so weary of calling the engineer. Look into this matter as soon as possible.                                   The company executive call me and ask to pay 160 rs online without any reason. I deny to pay and ask why i give money to you. His reason is superflous. After some time i got call from the person who ask me to otp which is send by airtel. I give the otp to person after 3 min i got a reschedule message to[protected]. I can connect call ti customer service. But they not respond to me. Plese help me and sort my problem shortly
