I have this number [protected] And it shows No service.. Please check and resolve my problem my sim is airtel prepaid, I have tried a lots to fixed but no success.

    List of issues.

    1. I am trying to port my 3 numbers with Airtel, 2 are done with delay. Remaining 1 still not ported more than month now.

    2. Internet speed is less than 1 mbps, multiple complain are raised, those are closed without any details.

    3. Call drop frequently.

      I applied for new broadband connection online on 29 Sep 2020 and they promised to give connection and asked to pay the Sum of Rs.2828/- online. When I tried to pay the money online the payment was failed and tried again and again it was failed and the money got debited twice (Rs.5656/-). After 10 minutes I received confirmation sms from Airtel stating that the transaction is successful. I didn't receive payment receipt in mail since the payment is failed. I contacted the Airtel person named Anjali regarding this issue and she said that the amount will be refunded after 10 days of activation the new connection or we can adjust the amount in upcoming bills. The very next day they said the connection will be provided due to long distance and the money will be refunded. I called the same person and she didn't attend my call. I called many times and she is purposely denying the call. I mailed the customer care mail ([protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com). They keep asking my bank details and I sent the details twice and still there is no action taken from their side and they are not properly responding me. There is no option to call and talk with the customer care executive. Now I need the entire Rs.5656/- to be refunded. Since the connection is not provided and the excess amount is not refunded yet.

      I attached the screenshot of the payment confirmation message received from Airtel.

      I noticed similar complaints from the consumers of Airtel in many sites. So I am raising the complaint at the earliest.

        I am fed up of the internt after got changing to the fibrenet. No satisfactory
        answer from your end.

        If possible cancel my airtel one bill pland refund the money at the earliest.

          Sir, I am s.purushothama, residing at 453/C, 22nd, Mahadevan street, GKM colony, Chennai 600082. In front of my house, the Airtel junction box was laid, which creates lot of disturbances like dumping of garbage, rat problems, public urination etc. I want to remove or relocate the junction box as early as possible. Thanking you.

            I have ported one of my number to airtel 7 to 8 months ago. Recently they blocked the number saying I have to clear of my old dues form previous service provider. After clearing of the dues my number is not activated. When I call customer care they are telling they dont have any details of the customer with my number. This number is active since its ported and even I have validity during the block period as well.
            When they dont even maintain a customer details with a number which is pathetic and also dangerous( What happens if we lost that number and someone misuses).
            Need a strict action against this. Airtel has failed to provide a basic service of maintain the details of customer

              Last few days, am getting interrupted with airtel dth ads. While am focused and watching my interesting show on a channel, suddenly dth creates a pause saying 'loading' and continues the ad. I intentionally left as it is to watch, how long the ads goes, and it was continuous with multiple ads of their own products. So airtel wants to promote their business by interrupting customer needs?

                  Hi,

                  In last 20 days I have made more than a dozen calls and same number of online new airtel broadband connecation request (in Konark Exotica, Kesnand Road, Wagholi, Pune) . I was said that it would be provided in 12 hours. However, I haven't gotten any call even.
                  When I tried to post on the Airtel Broadband facebook page they deleted my post (4 times).
                  Since there are already several connection in my building also so connectivity can't be an issue.
                  Looks like their pre-sales, customer services, and customer grievance redressal system is very bad.

                  There are so many problems I am facing because of work from home and without proper internet connection. Had they told me earlier that they will not provide I would have gone to some other service provider.
                  Really pathetic.

                    I recharged my airtel mobile no. ([protected]) from Airtel app through gateway Phonepe UPI. It was successful in both airtel and Phonepe, even got the message from airtel saying that the transaction is successful and i got reference no. Which is [[protected]]. But the mobile no. Didn't get the benefits for the recharge. I contacted airtel first, they asked me to contact phonepe. So i contacted and they said it is successful and they gave me the same transaction id which i got from the airtel message. Then i contacted airtel and said that it is successful from phonepe and i gave them the transaction id. Then they checked it and said that the payment is successful but not the benefits. But i got the message from airtel itself. So please help.

                      I had Book my Airtel fastag on 11 September 2020 from airtel payment bank app, on 17th September 2020 I received a text message on my mobile number your fastag is delivered, but till date almost after 20 days, I have not received I had even call them numerous time mail them but there are no reply from them.

                        I have taken Rs.799 scheme during Jun 20 and it got over by Sep 04, 2020.
                        I got a second bill again for 3 months which i don't want as i wanted to move to 499 scheme.

                        So far i have contacted 5 of Airtel customer care representatives each giving various options
                        Option 1: Pay directly Rs.588 and scheme will be updated
                        Option 2: Pay outstanding Rs.1652 and then go for Rs.499 schene
                        Option 3: CS rep will stop auto renewal and outstanding amount will be changed accordingly then i can go for scheme change.

                        For the past 10 days my internet got cut 3 times that too at the middle of my office meeting.

                        It is clear that they dont want me to move to 499 scheme and forcing me to pay for another 3 months with 799 plan.

                        I have been shuttled by Airtel for the past 10 days and atleast i have raised service complaints for more than 10 times.

                          I'm getting cross talks for a month ago.Customer care people is totally waste .They can't able to fix it.They simple say raise the complaints in Airtel thanks app .They are just promoting their product.No more support for customers . I really don't know how to fix this issue . Frustrating network .

                            on 4th October 2020 i have recharged Rs.598 plan to my new (MNP) airtel SIM via Phonepay. the amount got deducted from my account. but plan didnt get recharge. Please look into the same and assist.

                              I am a postpaid customer and currently having 5 connections, airtel unable to provide good network at my location. I raised compliant several time but no result.

                              I am paying 1000 rupees per month bill unnecessarily.

                                I have recharged my phone with Airtel pack of 84 days validity through " Airtel Thanks APP. The recharge was unsuccessful, but the amount got deducted from my account.

                                My phone is not yet recharged. The amount is to be refunded back or the phone should be recharged immediately.

                                    I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for Rs. 599 on 5th Oct 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[[protected]] of Rs. 599. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                    Would appreciate if response is provided asap.

                                      I have recharged on my mobile number - [protected] of rs 248. Money was deducted from my account, but from airtel i got message about

                                      "we are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience."

                                      Now 9 hours have been completed, but still i didn't received any recharge amount or there is any recharge active on my mobile now
                                      Airtel customer care not giving me any response regarding to that.

                                        I booked for Airtel xsrtream fibre new connection 799 plan on 29th sept 2020
                                        In my premises at Raman street, T Nagar Chennai
                                        On 30 th sep Airtel person came and said that DP box has to be provided and it is not his department
                                        Since then nothing has happened till today
                                        On complaining to customer care, but they are sending repair team to rectify the fault in the connection which is yet to be provided. are sendingand also to support team of Airtel they are sending proof of payment made by me
                                        On talking to various Airtel officials I am only getting evading replies,
                                        No one is providing higher official’s contact number
                                        I have exahusted all avenues and landed nowhere and my money is stuck up
                                        They do not pickup the phone and when they pick up they get irritated
                                        I donot know what to do to resolve the problem
