    Please refer tele-conversation with customer executives of airtel on 30/08/2020 at 10.00 & 10.06 pm & 31/08/2020 11.20 am, under which i have already requested for disconnection of airtel broadband id : [protected]_dsl, customer relationship no. [protected]. Customer executives have convinced the reason for disconnection and accepted my request. Afterwards i also received a couple of calls regarding the reason for disconnection and i have explained them in detail but i have not received any confirmation of disconnection either through mail or sms. I again repeat the reason that i have shifted my residence to government quarters at sector-12, r k puram, delhi where there is no feasibility of airtel fixed landline or any fibre connection. So i have no choice except disconnection of fixed landline or broadband connection. Therefore, i am again requesting that please confirm the disconnection of airtel landline no. [protected] and broadband id_[protected]_dsl wef 30/08/2020. I have already paid the last bill upto 01/09/2020 for rs 771.60 on 09/09/2020 through online payment of sbi portal vide payment reference no.[protected]igajjdwah1. Please help to get the confirmation of disconnection of my broadband connection as stated above.

      Airtel internet connectivity is very poor in my town due to your employee. As long as light stays, airtel network/internet work excellent but when the light was gone so then there all network goes. The person who has been given the responsibility of running the tower, he steals the oil on daily basis and sells it at the local oil shop. He never runs the generator to manage the light connectivity, whenever we asked them why the network is not coming, he says it airtel server issue. Due tocovid 19, my company allow me to do the work from home but due to your poor internet connectivity might be i lost my job and projects. He keeps doing this for 4 months.         Hi,
        Recently my mobile network failed on its own, nothing was disturbed.
        I went to airtel store and they told me to replace the sim card by paying 25rs as fees.

        My questions :
        1. If the sim is not physically damaged, why should customer bear the charges
        2. They take 25rs while sim mrp is 5rs.
        3. They won't issue gst invoice for the same

        Airtel has converted this as source by deactivating the sim from backend and promoting customer to pay for it without his fault. I could see number of customers in queue for the same issue.

          I'd requested for an airtel broadband connection, for which the executive sent by airtel asked me to pay the installation fee of ₹1000 + gst and monthly rental of ₹499 + gst, a total of ₹1768/- in total and have never heard from them again. I was given a technician's contact number. I call him and he asks me to wait until he finds a nearby port to provide internet connection to me. After two days when i call him, he says there is no feasibility. If there is no feasibility, why should the airtel executive come and receive my money when he clearly knows he can't provide me the broadband connection. During receiving the amount, he said there was no fiber connection available, but copper wire connection was available.

            Hello,

            My airtel broadband (Account : airtel fixedline/broadband no[protected]_dsl)
            Is not working from 12th september and till now no one has resolved my services. I have done my bill payment for 3 months advance.

            I am fed up with the services and want my refund back of adv payment rs 2948.

            Kindly help!

                I have ported mi idea number [protected] to airtel on 29 jun 2020. I got the airtel sim after 4 days of the port request. I have been trying to dial 59059 for airtel sim tele verification and action but it automatically gets disconnected. The sim shows either roaming signal or emergency calls.

                I tried to call airtel operators at my location but they are not helping me to resolve the issue.

                Please help me get my number activated it's been 3 months now.

                I had complained about this on 12 jul 2020 but it's not yet resolved.

                I'm surprised that airtel is not at all listening to customer problems.

                      On sept 10th, i requested for fibernet broadband connection in bangalore and a person named shiv shinde coordinated and got me to pay for 3 months.

                      I have paid rs. 2828.

                      Airtel hasn’t processed the request since. Customer care is not approachable at all. I have sent mails and tried calling shiv shinde. There is no answer. I believe they have deactivated my request without any communication.. I understand this is a common practice and they will not give your money till you go after them. I wish i knew before i paid the amount.

                      I need my refund of rs 2828.

                        I have applied for new connection many times in airtel broadband but they always denied the request and that too without doing a physical check at my location, a broadband connection is already in my area just opposite my house (BS Convent School). how come this school got a connection by airtel and i am denied. someone said the line is choked then how come whole peoples campus enjoy airtel services from so many years, why Airtel hasn't fixed the line yet, someone has to do it so why are they not doing it, Airtel values it's customers but here it's employees are just denying the request from over a year, they just dont wanna do the fixing work maybe. It's not like my area is too far to reach when they have whole campus just in 200 meters from my house having broadband lines. And since they are denying my connection other customers are also not able to enjoy Airtel services, someone from airtel said give us 8-10 connections and we will get you a connection, we cannot do it just for one connection. it felt like AIRTEL DOESN'T CARE! I hope this complaint spread like a troll and someone at higher authority know how airtel services are getting ruined by people at lower grounds.

                        I have been getting calls and now one of them said that they will need permission from airtel to cover my area as there is no line here, old line is not fiber, they would need to lay a new fiber line for me and to do that they need permission, now what am i supposed to do, since who will take permission and last year also same problem, looks like airtel is not expanding, and I am not living in any village, the main road is just 400 meters away...I think they always have a fiber line on the main road.

                              I recharged rupees 149 on 12/9/2020 online, the amount was deducted from my bank and also recieved a message confirming the recharge, but i am unable to make calls, why? this is ridiculous i intend switching to vodafone.

                                    This is with regards to my visit to the basveshwarnagar airtel office for a replacement sim card ([protected]) i would like to raise a complaint against the manager by the name of raghav.
                                    I
                                    I was asked to provide an alternative number for getting an otp n i said i don't have an alternative number.. When he was not willing to help me i said the airtel service was third class s and he says to me i am third class. There is no mention of a customer to have a replacement sim customer needs to provide an alternate number : as per your procedure it says :
                                    What should i do when i see the words 'sim card rejected' or 'blocked card' or 'check operator services'?
                                    In any such scenario, please visit one of our airtel outlets with a copy of your photo id proof, proof of address and passport size photo. You will be provided a new sim on submission of these documents. Your new sim will be activated within 4 hours..
