Airtel SIM not responding

Hi..

There is no network showing on my airtel mobile phone from the last 90 days. I am currently in UAE and using the same phone for the last eleven years and paying the bill amount well in advance. An excess credit of Rs 591 can be seen on my airtel relationship number.

After highlighting the issue to various Airtel social media platform/s and further telephonic discussion with them, there is no proper response...

UPC code not generating

I am an airtel postpaid customer with mobile no. [protected]. I have been trying to generate UPC code but not able to do so. Then I sent a complaint through email and twitter to Airtel India and they told me to pay a one-month advance rental to generate the UPC. My farther excited 3 years back, and I was using his sim card, but recently the sim got physically damaged and I am unable to use it, and Airtel store team telling that they can't issue the sim card, even though I do have the death certificate and other legal documents too....

recharge my device but didn't get recharge and my money has been deducted

I've recharged my airtel number using airtel app, i selected pay via upi, i payed using google pay, my amount has been deducted from my google pay account but due to server issue airtel app stop working and didn't give me any transaction id neither my recharge was done. No network coverage and internet services

I have airtel prepaid connection, there is no indoor network from 3years in this.... I. Complained several times to airtel customer care and they say, there is network upgradation in your area taking place and network will ne up by next month... They are doing timepass of customers... They have to build airtelmoney, do social ad on facebook, build airtel platinum plans etc # but no time for building network tower... Their fb team airtel india...

active data packs never worked.

I have a prepaid plan of daily 1.5gb of data on my mobile. But due to work from home policy 1.5gb is not sufficient and have recharged using ₹98/- and ₹251/- data packs which comes with data validity of existing prepaid base plan which is 365 days. But as soon as my daily limit completes my speed reduces to 64kbps even i have active data packs with 12gb and 50gb. They are never applied/available to use. I have recharged for rs398 3 gb per day 4g data plan with unlimited calls 4 days back but airtel is unable to provide 4g service and i am getting 3g network coverage only that too quite poor. Netework requested airtel nodal and senior escalation desk to refund the money in case they can not provide the service. Airtel Secure - scam

Hi,

I opted for airtel secure believing, i will only be in need to pay 10% of the charging amount for repair of the mobile, but now i got a mail stating that i need to pay an excess amount of inr 2500 to process the claim i need a clarification on the same.

Unavailable network

Iam not having the network for the past 8- 10 day's for the second time. I request u to fix the issue as soon as possible as iam having only one sim card and all my works are pending due to this and also request to compensate the lost data of these many days.
