Dear sir/mam,

I have recharged to my number [protected] by mistake instead of recharging my father's number with amount 379 today morning and my transaction id is[protected]. I have recharged again my father's number but i don't want recharge on my number as i already have recharge for the next two months. Kindly help me out and refund my money back. I have recharged through paytm app.

Attaching my invoice, paytm has asked me to share my invoice and orn, they have instructed me to contact the service provider as they will be only able to help me. So, airtel only can refund my money. Kindly help me in refunding my amount (379 rupees)

Dear Sir/Madam,

During recharge to my mobile [protected], I also recharged another mobile number [protected] which number is of JIO and selected the plan related to the JIO mobile. As the mobile number [protected] was MNP from airtel to JIO, it automatically selected the Airtel and the amount transferred to airtel account.

Please provide me with the method to get back the amount as the number is not related to Airtel. The amount is Rs. 2999/-

    I tried using airtel 121/198 and airtel thanks app but it does not allow me to get to a live agent. I bought an airtel prepaid sim 2 days back and paid rs 350. The same day it showed insufficient balance and i recharged again rs 250. It still said low balance so i submitted a request to convert to postpaid. Airtel is saying that the rs 350 + rs 250 = rs 600 i paid is gone. This is fraud and stealing. I tried calling customer support multiple times but not able to reach a representative. On top of that it does not allow me to call any toll free number (1800/1866)

      I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message on 17 sep 2020 my fast tag id shipped. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
      This is very frustrating. And whenever i called to airtel customer care number there is no option for fast tag. Simply making fool and harrashing people everyfay i am wasting 10 minute on toll plaza.

        I have recharged on my mobile number - ([protected]) of rs 599. Money was deducted from my account, but from airtel i got message about

        "we are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience."

        Now two days have been completed, but still i didn't received any recharge amount or there is any recharge active on my mobile now
        Airtel customer care not giving me any response regarding to that.

        I have tried a lot on their official mail id called on 121 and 198 but they are just ignoring me and passing my valuable time.

        This is the worst experience i ever experience in my life.

        This is my request to airtel after two recharge of 599 still i am unable to get the service of airtel.

        Please airtel look into this and try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Try to make refund whole money in to my account. The account where i have transferred recharge payment.

        This is really annoying for customers like me

        I have recharged on my mobile number - [protected] of rs 248. Money was deducted from my account, but from airtel i got message about

          Sub: not providing download or upload speed as per plan paid for
          Ref: landline number [protected] and registered mobile number: [protected] in my name - anirudh

          I have been using this broadband connection since may 2020 with plan of 40mbps. However, i have never got more than 22mbps download speed till date and the upload speed is mere 0.3 or 0.5 mbps.

          This is highly pathetic. The upload speed is not in 1:8 ratio with download speed and moreover the download speed is not even close to 40mbps. But i am in plan of 40mbps.

          Inspite of numerous complaints repeatedly, local service engineers raghu - prutvi - chandan get assigned and they put false / fake comments and close the complaint repeatedly.

          I call the customer care to report that my issue is not resolved and they simply take up another complaint rather than resolving it which again gets closed by the local service engineers who give fake/false updates.

          This is clearly fraud being committed by the airtel to its customers. Being a user since 12 yrs of various services such as tv, postpaid, broadband, i demand you provide me 40mbps at once

            Due to outstanding amount of previous operator idea, airtel closed my number. Now i paid that amount, but till now airtel not restoring my mobile number, i request them many times but till now, there is no response from airtel. There is more than 3 moths, to my problem, but no resolve.

              The issue pertains to excessive and unfair billing by Airtel Broadband. I have subscribed to 40MBPS plan of Airtel which was priced at Rs.699. Recently there has been a price cut for 40mbps plan and the price got reduced to Rs.499/month. Thus monthly Rs.499 plan has replaced the monthly Rs.699 Plan on the Airtel Website. But when it comes to Billing (for Sept2020) they are still charging the higher price of Rs.699+Taxes, which in my view is unfair. Airtel executives argue that they are not going to give the benefit of pricecut unless a customer finds it himself on the website and asks for this benefit!. In my view since plan price has been reduced and older higher price plan being replaced with new plan (without reducing the Connection Speed), existing customers under this plan should automatically be provided this benefit. Instead Airtel is cheating the customer by
              1. Not informing the customers price cut (atleast by group Email/SMS)
              2. Continuing to charge older, higher price
              3. Refusing to charge pro-rata after taking price cut into account.

                why digital sim swap not available in my mitra app?

                Dear sir, sim swap option in airtel mitra app is not showing, i tried with uninstall & again new version install but still not the option is showing. Everyday my customers returned from my shop, they came for sim replacement, but i can't help them. I also contacted airtel customer care but they not helped me. My lapu no. [protected].                 I had ordered an fastag on my airtel thanks app on 19th july 2020. On 24th july 2020 they said that the fastag request for so and so vehicle has been validated and the fastag will be delivered in 12 working days. But till today the fastag is not delivered.

                I have written repeated multiple mails stating that the fastag is not delivered to me. They end up saying that in their system it is showing that the fastag is delivered. Ok, if the fastag is delivered then why don’t you give me the courier details? Even after asking so many times to give me the courier details, where i can at least track where is the courier, you have never given the courier details. I doubt if you have even couriered the fastag.

                I asked to cancel the progress/deactivate the fastag and refund me the amount. Neither your returning my amount nor your giving me the fastag nor your giving me the courier details. Then what do you finally want to do???

                I have written multiple mails, like non-sense every time you keep telling the only one thing that it will be resolved in 2 days. Damid, it has been 2 months!!! What’s wrong with you?? Useless people useless manager. No one knows how to even work. Are you people even working seriously?? Or just getting paid with out even working??? Idiotic people!!!

                Such worst service by Airtel. They don’t have a number for Airtel Payment Bank where we can reach them nor they give a call back.

                    No airtel sxtream services is activated or no live channel activated by airtel even after 12 days of payment which are supposed to be activated immediately after payment.

                    Writing this after completely fed up with continuous following up but no response.
                    Your local representatives are making us fool every time. And now not lifting the calls
                    I have taken plan of rs 999 for airtel xstream fibre for internet and live channels
                    No response by local representatives
                    Pl resolve the issue on immediate basis, can you pl call me once for further elaboration, my family is suffering because of non response & casual approach of your team

                                  I ported my idea number to airtel on 24/09/20. And on 27/09 my idea sim was inactive and i put the airtel sim and it worked fine. Then i checked for the balance and i found only 5₹ and 300mb 2g.
                                  Then i called the store and they recharged.
                                  After that when i checked my airtel sim is dead.
                                  Now i dont have a sim.
                                  Im fkin frustrated now.
                                  Do something.

                                    In june month i have ordered fast tag from airtel payments bank.
                                    Still they have not delivered the fast tag.
                                    I have made about 20 complain e-mails. But they are only sharing consignment no. Which is return back to the sender address.
                                    Please take action if they are not able to deliver fast tag tell them to refund my amount.
                                    I will share my full detail on e-mail.

                                      Sir i have recharge online throught sbi account on 25/sept/2020 with amount rs 598, but after two days there is no still internet data service in my mobile number which i have recharged, i have tried to contact airtel customer but failed without proper guide!
