Last month i recharged my number of 100 rupees which was not of any validity. Means in app it doesn't show that this recharge also comes with any validity, but after 28 days they have deducted 45 rupees and there's a message that after another 28 days the remaining amount will also be deducted.
The point of complaint is if app is not showing any validate period of recharge then how come it deducted amount.
The only case is of misleading information.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Delivery of duplicate sim for prepaid connection
    W had harrowing experience we have at the hands of #bharti_airtel staff including nodal appellate authority mumbai, #avinash, #gowthami, #danish, #suresh, #saritha, #mazhar, #sangeetha, #shaik_shabaz_hussain advisor_customer_experience

    For more than 4 weeks, they bluffed & kept dishing out outright lies and did nothing to address our concerns.

    Even #nodal_appellate_officer_mumbai kept lying again and again for more than 19 days without moving at all in the matter.

    On 25th july we recharged our prepaid airtel number 9136829xxx, but it did not activate. We lodged a complaint on airtel_presence.

    On 28 july, #avinash asked for our address details for sending new sim.
    Gowthami asked for sim holders address proof. We sent the required proof.
    On 30 july we asked them for the status
    1 aug : our team is working on it #suresh
    2 aug :working on it #danish

    3 aug #sharmila_wankhede called and assured dilivery by 4th aug
    4 aug, #sharmila_wankhed called - could not deliver sim as staff was on leave.

    On 4 aug, we wrote to #airtel_nodal_appellate_officer_mumbai

    On 6 aug, #airtel_nodal_appellate_officer_mumbai: revert us with complete address details along with pin code
    On 7 aug, #airtel_nodal_appellate_officer_mumbai responded: team is working on your request on priority and will update status within 24-48 hs.
    On 12 aug, shaik shabaz hussain wrote on behalf of #airtel_nodal_appellate_officer_mumbai: your request is still in progress. Will revert to you very soon with a resolution.
    On 12 august 2020, we wrote: mr. Jain, i have appealed to you and request you to respond directly instead of your juniors. Pl do so at the earliest.
    On 16 aug nodal officer wrote: our team is working on this issue on priority and we will update you once it is done. we request your cooperation till such time.
    On 21 august 2020 nodal officer wrote:our team is working on this issue on priority and we will update you once it is done.
    The end result is that on 18 august 2020, despite being senior citizens, we went to the airtel gallery and obtained the duplicate sim.
    Still even as late as 21 august 2020, the nodal officer wrote to us that: “ our team is working on this issue on priority and we will update you once it is done”.

    wonder what #nodal_appellate _authority_mumbai, #avinash, #gowthami, #danish, #suresh, #saritha #mazhar #sangeetha, #shaik_shabaz_hussain have been doing for all the previous 4 weeks since 25th july 2020.

    and how much money has been spent on their salary for not working on this issue. Will #bharti_aitel enquire into their #non_working, #incompetence, #inefficiency, #unethical_behaviour #false_assurances and #bluffing_customer and tarnishing the image and reputation of the company in the eyes of its more than 32 crore subscribers.

    i wonder what type of training #bharti_airtel has imparted to its field staff that without doing anything in the matter they keep on shelling out heaps o[censored]ntruth repeatedly to hapless customers.

    they do not seem to have any consumer service protocol in place, no escalation of pending complaints, no staff accountability and no surveillance at senior level.

    wonder how they handle bulk of the complaints they receive or whether the customers keep suffering due to false promises and assurances.

    i think, the senior management is not at all involved in the management of customer experience delivery or quality by its middle and lower rung staff.
    Trai may conduct a special customer service audit of telcos to arrive at the pathetic condition of indifference, couldnt-care-less attitude of telcos and their senior management.

    We lost rs.171 of prepaid amount without using it. We are senior citizens and as per covid conditions are advised to move out in hired transport.

      1. I borrow a new sim from my adhar number than why airtel service center told me that sim is not in my name?
      2. I use this sim from last 1yr and after getting recharge for 3 months on july i still unable to use it. So from where & when i getting my sim or network & my balance?
      3. This number is linked with all my important services ie, bank, office etc. So when i get reply?

        Since 1 1/2 month I m suffering from low single and I have given complaint but they have responded and they took till 24 Aug but it's 28th Aug now but no proper signal and 4g is too poor I cnt even able use proper internet connection I have online exams and classes but I m unable to use this connection it's really poor now since 2 months And that to I m in city pin code is 585105 gubbi colony Gulbarga Karnataka

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Am struggling a lot due to presence of Airtel blue junction box, present in front my house.
          My house is only 17ft frontage & this junction box about 3 ft placed exactly in front of my house.
          Due to this obstacle, am unable to do construction with CAR parking & proper entrance gate.

          Kindly advise AIRTEL to remove this blue junction asap.

            I haven't got calls on my airtel no. It shows switch off, and not reachable issue and all time shows that no. Is busy... Please solve it as soon as possible.

              My airtel sim is showing access error
              Sim showing network
              But i am unable to call or message
              Why this??
              This is happening since two days
              I am not receiving any messages or calls
              The sim card is 4g
              I am unable to make calls
              And messages
              I tried reboot process but didn't work
              I tried using sim card in another handset
              Sim card showing disabled in other phone too
              Please sort out this?

                  I have tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile no of MPCG circle with PayZapp (HDFC Bank Payments App) and money was deducted and the transaction status was successful. But even after 12 hours the recharge is not reflecting in my airtel account.

                    The worst network I have ever experienced.
                    It's been two months I own this sim and it keeps on poor connection or reconnect my video calls
                    How am I supposed to work now!!!
                    This network really needs to be put down now.
                    Worst company, worst network.
                    I can't believe I invested my time and money in such worst network.

                        I have two airtel numbers [protected], [protected] in my home.I wanted to recharge pack of 298/- for the number [protected] .This number did not have an account in airtel payments bank.But the other number had an account in airtel payments bank.So I transactioned 298/- to my airtel payments bank wallet [[protected]]from my icici bank.And i tried to recharge for the number [protected] on 27 august 2020 but it is showing payment failed don't worry...amount & coupon will be refunded in 8 working hours.I tried again after 8 hours but it is showing the same.I tried to contact the customer care but they are not responding.There is no direct access for the airtel consumers to contact the customer care.so i kindly request you to refund the money back to my icici bank account or recharge for the number [protected].I'm really worried and ashamed for being an airtel consumer.

                          I use airtel sim but i unable to call and sms and internet. i complaint for it but customer care said plz port out i have no solution . now i want to port out my connection airtel to vodafone . but airtel has stopped my sms service and not provide me port no.. so what i do plz help

                            Sir, i have recharged airtel no: [protected]
                            Via amazon pay order id p[protected] for rupees 399, validity for 56 days, date of recharge 26 08 2020.
                            The recharge circle was automatically selected as delhi instead of tamilnadu for which the recharge was intended. (Which i found afterwards)
                            So, the recharge failed, till day the number is not recharged, but money taken.
                            So i kindly return the money.

                              See i took 399 postpaid plan from airel 2018. Till june 2020 i didnt face any problem but in july 17 to august 16 2020 bill they charged Rs.333 for an international sms charges. I didnt even sent any international sms. But they are saying i have sent and you have to pay it. so i asked them proof with content whatever i sent. For that they said no we dont have that, but If you want we will give the number, date and time. Are they mad? Its already there in ebill. They are cheating people and simply charging high. Airtel is fake. I want the resolution for this. Please help me with this

                                I am vipin kumar, just converted my pre-paid account to postpaid...
                                While taking the connection they said there was no activation fees.
                                But after getting my first bill, they charged 250rs in name of activation fees.
                                Either change update your website or stop charging extra fees from users.

                                      I am writing to complain about the insulting behavior of the airtel company's customer center at Saket Mandap, Durga Kund, Varanasi, UP. The incident happened today (27/08/2020).The executives there, particular a specific person GAURAV does not know how to behave with customers. There were no executives to serve the customers. Only this ill-behaved executive GAURAV was present to serve the customers. I had to wait for a long time before I could get an opportunity to this ill-behaved executive. I went there as my SIM card stopped working after changing it into a new phone. When I told him the problem, and asked him to perform a check, he straightforward told that the SIM has stopped working. The SIM was registered on my father's name who is 75 yrs old. I told him that it will be difficult to bring him as we fear the epidemic due to his age. This rogue Gaurav said thats not my problem. He was behaving as if he is some king and we customers are some low level people. I do not know how Airtel employs such people. There is no shortage of well behaved people. I would advise airtel to hire some people who know how to behave with their customers.There is no dearth of well behaved skilled people in India. I have very bad after returning from there. I live in abroad, mobile company executives talk very politely with their customers. Customers are given lot of respect. And here it looks like customers are beggars. I will never again purchase another Airtel SIM due to this behavior.

                                        Airtel sim everything was working fine until 26.08.2020 2pm ist. All of a sudden all tower signal fell. And refused to connect after that. Have tested the airtel sim in other phones also, but still the same issue continues. There is validity till 18.09.2020. So i don't see the reason for this to be deactivated. Then what could be the problem. Sim fault or week signal in the area.

                                        Please help.
