Dear sir/ma'am,
I have recharged in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app via amazon upi app on 24th August, 2020. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no. The bank reference ID is[protected].
I have tried to contact airtel customer care cell but there is no human contact there and all the prerecorded options do not satisfy my query. I also tried finding a solution via the airtel thanks app but apart from the constant notification that my phone needs recharge, I could not find anything useful.
In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.
