Email id not getting updated in airtel thanks app

my email id is entered misspelled by airtel executive at the time of new sim now its not getting updated and because of that airtel not accepting my email
weird rules of airtel that it wont accept mails from non registered mail
sometimes i wonder have i made a mistake by porting from idea to airtel
as its impossible to connect with a customer care executive...

I have recharged my mobile number through upi for Rs209 on 9 Sep 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction ref of Rs. 209. Bank tnx was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged

    Hi team. I have paid 3months of fee on 07/09/20 but still i have not received broadband connection and received one message as could not be progressed. After this am trying to do all possibilities to communicate with them but non of them are responding even the guy who came for collecting document n received payment via airtel link he is also not responding. If the connection is not possible at least refund my amount 2828rs.

      I made 2 payments towards my airtel one plan (Broadband + postpaid mobile) for the month of july immediately after the payment request came. The amount has been debited from my account in full. However, their systems are only recognising part of the payment. Rs. 1100 is shown outstanding somehow.

      I have been following up with them for 2 months on this but they have not resolved this. They also disconnected my mobile phone. I have paid the payment for the month of august in full as well.

      Till now no resolution has been given from their side. All their email ids and phone numbers say the same thing. It will be resolved in 48 working hours but it is never resolved till now.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have already reached out to customer support, nodal office, appellate office and the central office support. By email, phone calls and complaint numbers. I even went to their service centres to have my phone reactivated which Airtel disconnected even after making the full payment and having a credit balance outstanding.

      I am receiving calls every 2 days from a different representatives asking the same issue again and again and promise resolutions in 48 hours - Since July 2020.

      So simply notifying them of this complaint is not going to work as they already have 10 Service Requests numbers generated which they promptly closed without a resolution and no longer generating any more requests.

        I have a complaint to airtel customer care regarding my contact number [protected]. This number attached to my other number ([protected]). After call to airtel cc. I separated this number. He told me after 1 month you can port your number. After this when i was gone to airtel store near me gtb nagar, a female executive told me that in the store sim is not available at this time for postpaid to prepaid, you have a check after 2 days. Again went there after 2-3 days they told the same sim is not available due to covid19 it will take time 10- 15 days. And after went there again they told me the same. After that my health was not in good condition. I have to the operation of stone in the kidney on 15 aug. I was on bed rest for 22 days. Due to this, i have to left my job also. Now airtel ce called me for payment. How it is possible sir when i did not use that number and it was not my fault if your store hasn't sim. I am not able to pay 1400/- amount as per airtel ce told me for 3 months pending bill. I will pay only 1month as per my plan. I requested to you kindly give the right solution.

        6 day done but none call or email receive from the Bharti Airtel. My number is barred. I am unable to use that number . Kindly do the needful. It's attached from my Aadhaar and other channels.

          Initially i have booked airtel digital tv but installing not happened and they refused to install in my location and they said will refund the money but they didn't refund.

          Then i have sent email to Airtel requesting refund with in 3 months(06 Mar 2020) and they asked me to provide cancelled cheque and my communication details i have provided all those thing. but i didn't receive refund.

          Then i have sent another mail on 26/08/2020 now they are saying they can't refund after 90 days

          Ideally Request itself not required as the cancellation happened from Airtel end. but still i have raised request within the timeframe.
          Bcoz of their ignorance now they are saying the cant pay my Money.

            Airtel Support engineer took the installation request and charged an amount 5232/- on 13-Aug-2020 for 6 months v-fiber broadband connection (See attached receipts) and called me back on 19-Aug-2020 and mentioned in my area v-fiber connection is not available in my locality so i asked him to cancel the request and refund my amount. He said I will get my money back in 5-7 working days.
            I am continuously checking for my amount but no answer has been received since 2 weeks. Find Payment confirmation Receipts attached. Please help me get my money back.

              I have a airtel fixed landline -[protected]. I paid my land line bill through airtel money mobile app with support of google upi on 1st august 2020. After completing all the process, my payment is neither credited in my land line phone account and nor refunded in my sbi account. For this i have filled complaint on airtel customer service number[protected] but my amount has not been refunded till today, even after several communication via telephone & emails also. I have also shared my transaction screen shot while complaining.
              Kindly look into the matter and direct concerned official to resolve the matter as early as possible. Transaction screen shot is enclosed for needful and further action.

                I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through bhimupi for rs. 209 on 9th september 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 209. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                      Sir/madam,
                      as referred in the subject i want to register a complaint for my airtel registered number. sir yesterday, the 07th of September of the year 2020, i recharge my validity with a Rs 49 talktime with the validity of 28 days and i also recharge my internet data of Rs 98. though payments for both have been deducted from my bank account but i still could not make any calls or use internet. i checked the airtel thanks app in my mobile and its showing nil in my data indicator. please help me at the earliest.

                        I raised a complaint because the static public ip they provided me, had some issues. I configured a mail server for which i am paying airtel tele bharti media & in return when i asked for a technical help for more than 15 days they kept on telling me, someone will call you. No one has that professionalism to interact with customers. It's a simple issue,!! I took this static ip so that my mail server could work, & i am using it for a relay purpose, where internet spammers, website like spamhaus, barracuda, blocked my ip as they believe its not legitimate & only isp could whitelist the ip as they can make some changes in their dns server /firewall. Someone named ranjith, who is lead engineer told me sir this will be resolved, it's one week now & no one is even bothered to help me.

                          I did a recharge of rs 249 on airtel prepaid mobile number. The amount was deducted but the recharge did not reflect on my account and there is no record of this transaction in my recharge history. I tried reaching the customer care from both call as well as mail, but it gets connected to automated machines and not to any representative.

                            I have received payment bill for broadband for sept 2020. Please check and resolve your issue. I have not used the broad band from 6th aug 2020

                                Its been frustrating 2 weeks just to find a method to connect my email id to telephone no - though on the airtel thanks app it is verified. Only to apply for an esim.
                                The self online method does not allow, there is no way to connect to an airtel customer person on 121, there is no specific email id to put the matter forth, there is no specific option on the ivr menu, the airtel shops do not have the authority, local executives like...

                                I have ordered the fastag from airtel thanks app and got the product at start of september month and today is 7th september 2020 but in airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped because of this i'm not able to activate it and dtdc courier service mentioned it delivered in their tracking system.

                                Please help me as it is creating problem & customer care service is worst & the call gets end.

                                    Two weeks ago i came to know that Airtel fiber is available in my area so, i applied on the website link. The other day a guy came to visit my home to know the details and book the connection on the address, he demanded the payment right away, I agreed and paid the money on the generated link. I got the assurance that the connection will be installed within 72 hours. After 3 days with no follow up on their behalf i contacted the same person who came to visit the address and he said their is testing to be done and a fault came up and will be rectified in 2 days. I waited those three days including the weekends after that. I though i finally be getting the connection today but as, i contacted him he gave me other error has occurred while testing, I said i did not sign up for these excuses. I still wait for my new connection this is really a shame that a consumer is treated like a dirt on the ground.
