I raised a complaint because the static public ip they provided me, had some issues. I configured a mail server for which i am paying airtel tele bharti media & in return when i asked for a technical help for more than 15 days they kept on telling me, someone will call you. No one has that professionalism to interact with customers. It's a simple issue,!! I took this static ip so that my mail server could work, & i am using it for a relay purpose, where internet spammers, website like spamhaus, barracuda, blocked my ip as they believe its not legitimate & only isp could whitelist the ip as they can make some changes in their dns server /firewall. Someone named ranjith, who is lead engineer told me sir this will be resolved, it's one week now & no one is even bothered to help me.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Neil Sarkar I want this issue to get highlighted to the topmost Level, or else i will have to throw away Airtel Garbage.
I am receiving calls every 2 days from a different representatives asking the same issue again and again and promise resolutions in 48 hours - Since July 2020.
So simply notifying them of this complaint is not going to work as they already have 10 Service Requests numbers generated which they promptly closed without a resolution and no longer generating any more requests.
