I'm a postpaid user of plan 499 and since the first day I'm facing the problem of slow internet connectivity. Even after several complains the problem is not resolved. Everytime I complain to customer care they give me a time limit of 8days. I urge for help because I cannot do my regular tasks even.

    I had a corporate connection with airtel in my previous company. I visited airtel store to put sim on my name. Store guys in hisar (Haryana) dabra chowk said they need a letter head. We got the letter head on soft copy as agreed by the store person. But when we went with that store guy kept on persisting on getting the printout. I was strictly against it as the covid scare is still on and i didn’t wanted to waste paper so that he can waste paper. Later on turns store ot self has color printer they did not wanted to use it. After one hour o[censored]npleasant waiting the guy said “ this letter head was not required. I was shocked i was without my phone number just because his colleague misinformed. Somehow. We got another sim from him. On 5 th september my sim lost the network. So we inserted new sim provided bu store.

    Mow there is mo network on this. Really airtel worst customer service. On top of that this guy threatened is before even providing the sim that it won’t works. Looks like airtel people can mess customers easily.

      I have accidentally recharged my mobile no, rather than recharging my dads no.
      I tried contacting the customer service, its messy to reach out to them.
      The text services returned this message - "you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator."

        Hi had booked a new connection for airtel broad brand and it deducted 2 times of my money like 28282+2828. The promised for giving a connection about 40 to 50 mbps but after that they said your internet speed will be 16 mbps, and when i visit the airtel office they said we don't have connections for that area give a mail to airtelnvs. [protected]@airtel.com and 121.[protected]@airtel.in. I dont know what should i do!!! Is airtel is brand???.
        I had a terrible expering with that

          Airtel is not able to provide phone connectivity in my area which is very much in prime location in city and am unable to use mobile inside my phone. I escalated this issue multiple times and even wrote to CEO of Airtel but nobody is bothered to respond from them. I have been facing intermittent connectivity issues since 2016 and this was my corporate connection but then in 2020 I decided to convert corporate connection to individual connection and porting to other service provider. But now Airtel says I need to wait for 90 days to move connection to other provider. First they can provide me basic phone connectivity and then they are stopping me to change the provider. Why should only customrt suffer and pay them monthly for a connection which doesn't work. I am shocked at ignorance of Airtel for not able to resolve this issue for so long. Therefore I am writing to consumer court to seek help.

            We have issues of airtel internet not working at all here. We spend 500-600 per month and the service that we get is a total waste. Whenever i try to call the tsm and customer service, they always say that work is going on and will be completed within 10-15 days. I have been hearing this since 1-2 years. All our money is going waste here. I request you sir to take strict action on this company

              I. P narasi haha nayak sim number [protected] from bangalore presently staying in madikeri, coorg using airtel sim in my ipad.
              All of a sudden the sim stopped the data network and “no service” displayed on my ipad.
              There is no airtel customer service center in my present location,

                I had e-recharge done [protected] for rs.549/- with 40rs. Discount through airtel app under rc599 scheme of airtel on[protected] and i got the deducted message from bank and google upi under transaction id [[protected]] ;. But to my surprise till to-day i am not able to utilise the facility. Though charged. I am unable to understand whether it is their technical snag, or intentional fraud with the customer. None of their customer care nos. Given in their website of airtel is having connection to their customer care executives and even toll free airtel no. Given as.in their website is false since a message is heard whenever i ring up as there is no such no. Available.

                Please sort out this issue and get the needful done besides giving me their actual toll free airtel customer care no. With which i can also contact their executives

                  Hi, it's been more than 6 months now, i am unable to make calls to specific numbers. Both numbers r my mom and dad's number. I have raised this issue n number of times with airtel but they did not even considered about it.

                  Note: i am able to receive calls from those numbers but unable to make calls from my number to those numbers.

                    I turned off my mobile data in night before 12 am midnight. When I check my balance mobile data in morning I got less data, around 1.9 GB or 1.8 Gb, sometimes 1.7 GB.

                      I have recently purchased new sim card with number +[protected]. The sim card issued to me was recycled one means it is already used by somebody else. Due to this i am getting unwanted sms and calls. I requested to issue fresh sim card and number. The request refused by airtel store stating new number are only assigned to to postpaid customers (This was not informed while purchasing sim card). Escalation was done via email with nodal office to resolve issue was also rejected. This is discrimination with customer. Requesting your support for getting fresh number

                        We are having 3 landline connection at 67/69, bhagwan bhuvan, bazargate street, fort, mumbai-40000. The numbers are 40028991, 40028995 and 40043021.
                        Since we have shifted our office to vashi we want to shift landline 40028991 and cancel 40028995 and 40043021.
                        We are not able to get any proper guidance from the customer care ivr as there is no physical voice interaction.
                        Please guide us how we can make the above process.

                          The issue is: my subscribed channels are not visible all of sudden while watching the tv set top box issue.                               I recharged my mobile from amazon by airtel. The status on amazon showed as recharge done. The money also got deducted from my bank but I did not receive any sms regarding confirmation on my mobile . The recharge was also not done.

                                I Paid money for 365 days plan on 27th September 2019 (12:11pm) so according to that my Plan should expire on 26th September 2020... But My plan expired on 27th August 2020.

                                    I Nagaraj and my airtel postpaid number has deactivated due to I got Major accident and I was completely in bedrest for 1year.

                                      I have requested to port my Rajasthan prepaid sim to pre on post sim Jammu and kashmir on[protected] in Salathia chowk, Udhampur, J &K. First of all they took around 40 days to port my sim. On 3rd September, at 22:00 hrs, my new sim got signals. I have done the necessary verification call and call got verified and the executive told me to wait for half an hour for sim activation. Now my sim is blocked. The office took Rs 450 for one month unlimited usage. I have also done one Rs 100 recharge which is also not reflecting. I am not able to use my sim and it had hampered my work a lot.
                                      I want my money back and just start my sim. I will port my sim to some other subscriber. I am very annoyed with the service of airtel.

                                        Dongle Speed is Slow and disconnecting often

                                        I have recently purchased a Dongle from the Airtel outlet . They promised the speed of the Upto 100Mbps Speed. I can understand that much speed is not possible in a Dongle. But still the speed is very slow to a Download speed of 2 Mbps and Upload Speed of 0.8 Mbps. This level is too low.
