I've recharged a same pack of 1699 of 1 yr twice on 1/11/2019. So does the pack continues for 2 yrs or can i have the refund?...

I feel airtel has quite good network but it has no option of customizing mobile number. This should be available....

Dear airtel team,

I have made payment of inr 2474 for airtel broadband connection 40 mbps 699/month plan to be installed at my home location. Its been 9 days since my payment has been submitted and no one came for the installation. The airtel guy who i contacted for the connection is not receiving my call. My neighbour is already using the same plan which i applied for, what is the reason for not yet installing it at my location.br...

This is to bring into your notice that i have applied for airtel fibernet connection on 12th of july, 2020 in gorakhpur, uttar pradesh. After waiting for a week, i called mr amit sahu ([protected]) who is the area manager told me it will be delayed and connection will be done till the 15th of august.
As a working professional, i needed a fibernet connection on an immediate basis, therefore i requested them to refund my amount back into...

I'm confused on some points regarding airtel xstream. Could you please clarify the following questions.
1. I have an airtel dth setup box, which is in active state with 0 balance. Is that possible to use airtel xstream without active dth setup box?
2. Does it cost anything other than airtel xstream box? Kind of yearly/monthly bills?

It would be great if you clarify me on this questions as i already tried to contact...

I have been using Airtel services since 2011. However, since the last one and half year, I'm unable to use 4G services on my phone. Even though the signal shows up as 4G, I'm not being able to even perform a google search, let alone watching videos and surfing internet. I have raised multiple complaints with the customer care but to no avail. I'm paying for my internet charges which completely goes down the drain. I want a refund for my recharges...

I was using airtel mobile app for recharge. When i requested for recharge to be done the transaction failed but money got deducted from my gpay account. I got the message from company that i will get the refund but it has not been refunded yet....

I had tried to recharge airtel mobile number [protected] for rs 399 on 16/07/2020 through sbi internet banking with reference no ihn0450177. Due to some technical error the amount rs 399 was deducted from my sbi account no.[protected] but mobile recharge failed.in this connection i had lodged compliant in sbi customer care vide compliant case no.21445020 they traced and informed me that transaction of amount to merchant (Airtel) successful....
