I am using Airtel connection for the past 15 years. For the past months I am experiencing too much of cross connection and cross talk. When I am speaking with someone they are hearing another person talking in between . This is happening several times. This is very much disturbing and not feeling secured . It makes me feel so in-secured of keeping the data and conversing important things over phone.

    I did a recharge of ₹98 of 12 GB data pack and my money was deducted from my bank accounts but my number wasn't recharge! Please fix it! I had to recharge twice

        Hi,
        I Requested to close my airtel postpaid number on 30th july, 2020, which was done within 15 days. But issue is i keep receiving ebill messages and emails even i paid all my dues the same day.
        These messages and emails are irritating.
        kindly look into this issue.

          Hi,
          On 3rd Sep, today, my number - [protected] got successfully ported to Airtel (from Vodafone).On the Airtel Thanks app, I initiated the recharge of Rs. 279 (as an FRC) using payment method as Paytm Wallet.The amount of Rs. 279/- got debited from my Paytm account/wallet the number did not get recharged and I am unable to see the same in Transaction History.
          Paytm passbook shows Money 279 successfully paid on 3-Sep-2020. 10:56:13 AM with Transaction id: [protected].I tried raising an issue with Paytm but it says "Your transaction of Rs. 279 to Bharti Airtel Limited under order id[protected] was successful.Kindly coordinate with Bharti Airtel Limited for confirmation of services/product delivery."Find attached screenshot.
          Please advise.

            Since 9/2/2020 my mobile internet speed became slow, I have 12 GB of data left in my account. Why the sudden slow in the internet connection. Since, the COVID19 I am working from home if network slow I can not work only. Please resolve it as soon as possible. There is no way to speak to customer care person also.

              I ported from jio to airtel after jio network take back the service i didnt receive airtel signal hence i call to the customer care from another number as her request i called from another airtel number to 59059 but there is no activation process there is only subscription ads for more than 5 minutes after that i called for customer service they asked me to meet the retailer and ask to make my network activated. For that i told before that i viewed mnp that gets activated than how i can go to the retailer immediately solve the issues from your side. But still i didnt receive any signal from airtel. My number gets no signal for two days this is very irresponsible service. My alternate number [protected]

                I worked 7 yrs with IT corporate using airtel mobile number. applied for conversion to personal the same number as was spread among customers, friends. NOC given from corporate to convert and same submitted on 31st July 2020. Rigorous follow up from my side only and no response from center manager where I submitted KYC docs for conversion. Got verification call on KYC docs and confirmation mail on reactivation of my number received. But finally my number got deactivated on 01st Sep2020 after lapse of almost a month. No response even from Nodal Offr or Applete authorities too. all emails and numbers given are hopeless and non-responsive. Great and Worst experience with Airtel and lost credibility of customer service. Such a irresponsible manager I have ever seen in my life time.

                    Hello, I did a recharge in my Airtel thanks app of [protected] and made payment through Amazon pay. Payment deducted from my account but recharge unsuccessful. I am attaching my screenshot.

                    I contacted same with Amazon they told to contact airtell.

                      I tried recharging my prepaid Airtel mobile with 558 amount, and it charged me twice, and money got deducted from my account twice, but only one recharge was successful, while the other was a failed one.

                      I demand a refund of the duplicate amount charged to my bank.

                          I'm getting unsolicited voice mail calls from Airtel for reactivating the broadband which I've terminated months ago. The calls are coming from multiple numbers starting from 080 3760 xxxx. Airtel customer care promised that no such calls would be made. But it is irritating and stressful to receive such calls many times in a day...My number is [protected]

                            Today (1/9/2020) I recharged my number with the amount of 251, by mistake i typed my phone number as [protected] instead of [protected] on amazon. Airtel customer service people are saying to contact amazon and amazon people are saying to contact airtel. Dont know what to do, kindly help in this regard.

                              They are deducting around rs.800 in every 2-3 days. When i call and fight, they return it and again deducted it for activating some package which i do not want and never approve. This time when it got deducted, they are not refunding, neither responding to my emails.

                                      I am using the mobile no [protected] with airtel network for the last so many years,

                                      On 3 july the company converted my no from prepaid to postpaid without my consent and notice.

                                      When i approached them they donot give any reason of the confirmation.

                                      Also the recharge done by my side has been closed by the company.

                                      They have activated the plan of rs 1000 + gst on the number

                                      Now they are not allowing me for the the porting of my number because of the outstanding

                                        I am Twinkle kumar and i am using airtel postpaid and in the company giving offer for damage protection plain, and i raised the claim on 10 Aug 2020 and upload all the documents according to there requirement and on 15 Aug mobile pickup by the company and given time to wait 48 haurs but now from the date of claim raised 21 days gone but when i am calling to airtel they said call to one assist and when I am called to one assist they said call to airtel on 121 they are not giving information that where my mobile gone and is my repaired or not.. so please help to repair my phone as soon as possible...
