Some channels will not be available in airtel digital tv platform from 27 august 2020. For example channel 836 amrita malayalam channel, channel 868 safari malayalm channel etc. Keeping the trust, credibility, confidence and high expectations many subsribers opt for airtel to other competitors. The viewers want maximum satisfaction by getting maximum channnels especially of good, popular and free in nature. But contrary to the expectation so many channels of popular and good quality and free in nature will not be available in airtel digital platform. Taking in to consideration the maximum customer satisfaction and goodwill kindly request the top management of airtel to look in to matter so that no cut of channels and only add channels in future.

    When my phone is switched off and if someone tries to call me they get that my number is invalid/incorrect.how can this happen if my phone is off they need to receive a notification of phone switched off but its not happening.please try to resolve this issue.

      I almost exhausted my data pack and had about 100mb left, and recharged it immediately, after that I'm unable to access internet using airtel gprs, I tried resetting the apn, adding port number, switching to 3g/2g from Volte, registering on manual network but of no use. It's been more than 5 hours and there is no resolution to this.

      Expected Airtel to provide better service but their app is useless and is unable to diagnose any issues with the internet network.

          From last 4 months i am aplyying for airtle xstream broadband but they say that it is not feasible in my area. Then i called in Airtel Store but they are not recieving my calls.

            My internet was renewed on 26th july today itslef it got used 11gb. After complaingin tons if time they dint took it that seriously . After that one day a customer representative called me and told me there was a server issue in our server we will look into it and get back to you and then kept changing customer representative and it was getting delayed .then one day an executive calls and tells there was no issue and we can’t do anything about it and hat they have solved complaint .but they dint clear up any thing and just showed it was no any problem and i had used data but i had not used data

              Your WiFi and network quality is really worst. We called employee of your company named Sanjay Kumar 5 times and every time he gives us excuses. This type of management is really not expected from company like Airtel. Kindly look into the matter. My phone no. is [protected]

                One of my friend told me he had a contact agent of airtel telecom he was asking me if I could interested in installing tower in my plot. Later in the evening one lady called me that she is from airtel and gave me airtel engineer's contact to send my documents and details.. later on person contacted to me asking me rs 14900 and now he is again asking me to pay amount for nominee banking procedure.                   Mob [protected] today 1 hour back online recharge Rs 10 & Rs 45 failed bit my PNB Bank account debited. Airtel send me 2 messages stating that ftansaction has been initiated.However no recharge Amt received.
                  My recharge balance is nil your 198 no also not able to dial calls barred ??

                    I had done recharge on 19 august 2020 for my airtel prepaid from airtel thanks app using google pay. The amount had been deducted from my account and payment status is showing successful but the plan is not activaed till now and not reflected in airtel thanks app.i tried calling 121 but did not get any help from there.

                      After successfully recharge if Airtel Dth, from their side no confirmation message or service. Bank said amount credited to Airtel Bharti but they demand their message, Airtel Dth message.

                            My airtel postpaid Mobile No.[protected] is under 999 family add on plan.
                            Data card offered since 5 months ago is not yet activated.
                            New DTH added on my bill with false information and offer. Needs to deactivate the DTH .
                            Provide Data card with all eligible benefits with retrospective effect.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I did a recharge on 18/08/2020 of Rs. 49 on my no. [protected], giving me a validity of 28 days. Before this I had 10 days validity left on this no. But after doing the recharge of Rs. 49, these leftover 10 days had not added up to the new 28 days. When I contacted the Airtel Customer Care Specialist, she said that add on facility is not available for these recharges. But the irony here is the data and talk time have been added in the account.

                                Moreover, when I am trying to get this information being reached to Airtel people, there is no such option in Airtel Thanks App. I emailed this issue to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com, but I was getting the reply that my email id is not registered, and I have to call on 121 to get my email id registered. When I am calling to 121 (My airtel no. is on Roaming), it is saying that the no. is not valid. I inquired about this too from Airtel Customer Care, but they said to contact the local Airtel Office.

                                I think that previous leftover validity days should get added to the new recharge days, otherwise people will refrain from getting their no. recharged in advance. You are also getting extra income because of this. Being an esteemed and leading company, you should look over this matter urgently.

                                Also, look for calling issue to 121 from roaming and how to add email id online or through phone, as it is difficult for me to personally go to Airtel Office.

                                    This is to inform that i got call from airtel person (Raju, ph no[protected], says free x stream box offer and one time charges of 400rs, and i paid through phone pay (Pls find the attachement) but bill the box also and i raised the complaint on 12/07/2020 reference no.[protected] but no one responds but every day i am getting msg to pay bill please check and do the needful

                                      I had opted for airtel broadband connection and had paid an advanced installment of three months.
                                      I made the payment from my debit card.
                                      I was told it was possible to get the fiber to my home.
                                      After the engineers came it was found out it wasn't possible .
                                      I had opted for refund at the same moment and this was 3 weeks ago on 1st of August.
                                      I have not recieved my refund yet.

                                      I even mailed airtel on [protected]@in.airtel.com still no reply has been given to me.

                                      I want my money back please refund.
                                      It is pitiful that a company like airtel is handling refunds in such bad manner.

                                      I will suggest everyone to not take any airtel connections in any way ever.

                                      Please refund it as soon as possible.
