    Hello, I did a recharge in my Airtel thanks app of [protected] and made payment through Amazon pay. Payment deducted from my account but recharge unsuccessful. I am attaching my screenshot.

    I contacted same with Amazon they told to contact airtell.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I tried recharging my prepaid Airtel mobile with 558 amount, and it charged me twice, and money got deducted from my account twice, but only one recharge was successful, while the other was a failed one.

      I demand a refund of the duplicate amount charged to my bank.

        Hi I am Shreyansh Baid, recently I have did a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface I have entered wrong no during the transaction.

        I have already message the same information to “59109” but I got respond “no keyword found”

        Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

          I'm getting unsolicited voice mail calls from Airtel for reactivating the broadband which I've terminated months ago. The calls are coming from multiple numbers starting from 080 3760 xxxx. Airtel customer care promised that no such calls would be made. But it is irritating and stressful to receive such calls many times in a day...My number is [protected]

            Today (1/9/2020) I recharged my number with the amount of 251, by mistake i typed my phone number as [protected] instead of [protected] on amazon. Airtel customer service people are saying to contact amazon and amazon people are saying to contact airtel. Dont know what to do, kindly help in this regard.

              They are deducting around rs.800 in every 2-3 days. When i call and fight, they return it and again deducted it for activating some package which i do not want and never approve. This time when it got deducted, they are not refunding, neither responding to my emails.

                      I am using the mobile no [protected] with airtel network for the last so many years,

                      On 3 july the company converted my no from prepaid to postpaid without my consent and notice.

                      When i approached them they donot give any reason of the confirmation.

                      Also the recharge done by my side has been closed by the company.

                      They have activated the plan of rs 1000 + gst on the number

                      Now they are not allowing me for the the porting of my number because of the outstanding

                        I am Twinkle kumar and i am using airtel postpaid and in the company giving offer for damage protection plain, and i raised the claim on 10 Aug 2020 and upload all the documents according to there requirement and on 15 Aug mobile pickup by the company and given time to wait 48 haurs but now from the date of claim raised 21 days gone but when i am calling to airtel they said call to one assist and when I am called to one assist they said call to airtel on 121 they are not giving information that where my mobile gone and is my repaired or not.. so please help to repair my phone as soon as possible...

                          My internet is not working from 5 days very worst network in india i am using internet in india capital new delhi it is very shamful that in metro city near india gate so pathetic network you are showing all people that india number 1 network airtel

                            Whenever i make calls or do any transations.. It shows some1 else name.. I have provided all required documents when i bought this card.. Inspite of that my name is not reflecting. I had physically gone to your airtel store last year & they said it will be done. But nothing happened. It is a major problem for me. Help urgently. Thank u

                                  I had gone Airtel store opp reliance mart baramati to port my number where I met Airtel representative. He took my Aadhar card he had taken my photo and promised it would port within 3 days he also give me new card and took 300 rs for name of recharge. On Sunday I found yet my KYC haven’t done. As I eager to port my card to services please do needful

                                    I have recharge 235 ₹ airtel d2h by paytm and
                                    payment mode is paytm wallet 80.76₹ & airtel payment bank wallet 154.24₹
                                    Total 235 debit both wallet ..
                                    Paytm gives 80.76 at that time but airtel company no give my 154.24 rs.
                                    Whenever call in customer care to worst talk no properly answer .
                                    Many time call in customer care excutive no received call.
                                    I complaint two time but no answer properly and evry time say 48 hr after credit your ammount.
                                    Every time my complaint cancel and not talk properly.
                                    Why my cancel complain i took all proof in my pendrive..I want my money back don't dare again to do this

                                      Has i have upgraded to airtel xstream box, but i am regularly facing the issue for unable use xstreem facilitates. I have raised several time issue to airtel dth customer service issue in not cleared but they informing it will clear from the back end team.

                                      Issue: for xstreem provided some movies to watch but i can not able view the movies. Its keep on through error message as please update your register mobile number see the movies but my mobile already updated already updated

                                      This very bad for customer side keep on complaining, please people don't go for airtel xstream

                                        Hello, i have made my old idea bill on march18 and within 2 days i have ported to airtel now it showing again to pay 182/- to idea operator due to that my airtel outgoing services has been stopped.
