    I being a student during this pandemic have to attend online classes and connect to all source and apps to my study materials with this horrible network I am not able to connect to my online classes, how am I suppose to get a degree with this horrible network it was fine till mid last year but suddenly it got so worst and has not got any better, I really need to connect to internet with fast connectivity for nothing else but for my studies, my family and my neighbours we cant talk with people on phone we have to get outside of house to talk with them standing in just certain positions and it's really annoying

        I got a problem with my sim yesterday (It suddenly started showing no signal). I tried to change it into a different phone and it worked fine. Other sims are also working fine in my mobile. So I got a new duplicate sim(with same number) today. It was fine for one min and I got a message stating "Please restart your handet" I did the same. But after restarting it is again showing No signal. Please state this problem ASAP.

          I attempted to recharge my airtel number [protected] on august 24th for unlimited pack rs.399/- through airtel app, the amount got deducted and i didn't receive any confirmation from their side instead it's showing recharge pending status in the app. How can i get a refund on the money lost.?

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              I have recharged in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app via amazon upi app on 24th August, 2020. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no. The bank reference ID is[protected].
              I have tried to contact airtel customer care cell but there is no human contact there and all the prerecorded options do not satisfy my query. I also tried finding a solution via the airtel thanks app but apart from the constant notification that my phone needs recharge, I could not find anything useful.
              In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                In ads airtel pretending that they valued their customer. But in-ground reality... Things are different. From 4 5 days i'm trying to call from my number but it's not working. I'm trying to speak to customer care. But that option is also not coming. On top of that, there is not an option on mobile to file complaint. I made 400 inr recharges... But still not working but day by day they are eating my money. Very disappointed.

                    It has been very frustrating experience with airtel. For my broadband [protected], i have paid the bill 2 additional times work Rs 531 ( 531*2 = 1062) to Airtle for my july bill. I have not yet got any sensible response from them and they still cut my connection this month and i have paid them august bill as wll now.

                    I need them to repay back my 1062 Rs that they hold

                        I reside in a village called Umpanai, in the district of West Karbi Anglong, Assam with pin code 782410. While Airtel data speed in the rest of the district is manageable, the tower from which we use the network provided extremely low speed. Note that Airtel is the only network provider in the whole developmental Block.
                        It has been already weeks that I had complained about the data quality the company provided in our area but to no avail that was resolved. The maximum data speed is less than 150kbps in the midnight while during day, the maximun caps to 40kbps. This is nowhere the speed of 4G advertised by the company. We can even call it a 2G speed. This is a direct jolt to PM's digital India vision. Not just that, it harmed our studies during this pandemic.
                        My request is that Airtel fixes this issue and strengthen the network and data quality in the area mentioned.
                        Help us live a better digital life.

                          Date of incident :- plan is valid for 6 months from 14 may 2020

                          Description of the problem:- i have bought airtel fiber services for my home.in that services airtel has promised to provide the internet and fixed lines calls (Both incoming and outgoing calls) services but they lied about giving the incoming calls. Its been more than 4 months they haven't provided that service. And also every week there is internet cut without any reason. I tried to contact airtel via airtel toll free number but there is no response from their side. They were saying they can't do anything. Then why they are charging for the services.

                          For the fake commitment made and for the internet cut every week i want my refund.

                            This is a humble request for change in spelling of the name of below mentioned consumer (Airtel Prepaid Number - [protected]).
                            Actually, since last one year I have been facing serious issue of popup message on my airtel prepaid number. After consulting your customer care services, I was told to visit nearest airtel store for a new sim for the same number. Recently, I'd visited nearest Airtel store located at Mission Chariali, Tezpur, Assam, and mentioned the issue. There, available representative mentioned that my registered name (for the sim) was having a different spelling than it's mentioned in all my documents which I believe is a serious falt from the side of airtel as I've produced the same document while registering for a new airtel prepaid sim. The representative has advised to purchase a new sim card and asked us to wait for some time for updation. However, to my surprise the message said that validation process was unsuccessful due to differing spelling of the name. I went to the airtel store with the message and asked for a resolution. The representative made me convince that it'll take some time and she'll let me know when the process gets completed. It's been more than ten days (which probably shows the efficiency of your staff) and therefore out my own concern I wish to request your kind intervention towards the situation.
                            I'm having serious trouble with the sim card, and therefore your earliest step towards the situation is highly desirable.

                                  My sim card has been damaged. While retaining same number, i am facing name mismatch with aathar (There was a typo error by airtel vendor while issuing sim card in 2011 and there is no aadhar issued during that period by government of india). I already approached airtel store located at nellore (Andhra pradesh) 2 weeks back and yet to receive positive response. Please note that, i have been using this number : [protected] from 9+ years. I request airtel organization to solve this issue as soon as possible, because all my personal endorsements depending on this mobile number.

                                    Advance rental plan for my Airtel Fixedline no[protected]_tn.

                                    My plan details are:
                                    Plan rental : Rs. 799 /month
                                    ARP amount : Rs 4434 (Excluding GST)
                                    Duration : 6 months
                                    Start date : 18-JUL-20
                                    End Date : 17-JAN-21
                                    Plan quota : 150GB
                                    Plan speed : 40 Mbps
                                    Unlimited local and STD calls

                                    My broadband is not working properly and frequently disconnected and I am not getting optimum speed instead getting only 2 or 3 mbps. Again now I raise a complaint.

                                    Each and every week I raise numerous complaint facing above problem. It gets solved temporarily. I am a customer for airtel more than 2.5 years and now it become headace for me to have this connection. I face worst customer service and worst broadband connection.

                                    I herewith inform you to sole my problem permanently or recommend me to disconnect the connection on basis of your in efficient service. I cannot prolong this worst service provided by airtel.

                                    Airtel broadband worst connectivity. Airtel cheats with FIBERNETBROADBAND name but it does not have fiber net. Cheating airtel as advertising India's No.1 internet provider, but cherrynet and other internet provider gives true fibernet connection.
                                    Again today i raise a fresh complaint as airtel have closed my earlier complaint without rectifying.

                                      Dth connection id [protected]-001.
                                      I had made a payment of Rs 3322 on 9th February 2020 which I made after a call I received from Airtel regarding the launch of their annual plans. I have a second connection [protected]-002 which was used on pay as you use basis. The company failed to activate the annual plan for the first connection from their end and the money was getting deducted on a daily basis for both of them. On 23rd August 2020 the dth stopped working, on contacting Airtel I was told that the pack was not activated on annual mode from their end and told that it was working on daily deduction basis. The best resolution that was provided was paying the amount again and it would be activated now.
                                      The call centre executives could not provide any resolution despite accepting that it was a mistake on their part for failing to activate the annual plan. And went on to accuse that it was a mistake on the my end that I did not see to it that the annual plan was activated by monitoring the sms that the company sends out and also not contacting them back then. Also I was told that since I had made no recharge for the second connection and did not even put on hold by contacting them, the money for this account was being used on that one.
                                      The supervisors and seniors incharge did not even come on the call to be able to address the issue. The executive on the call failed to amicably provide any resolution. Fed up of this I asked them to go ahead with disconnection and then on the very tone and tenor of talking changed and became rude.

                                      The company is simply fleecing money from their customers in the name of annual or bulk payment offers and not providing the services as promised. This tantamounts to fraud.

                                        Hi,
                                        Before I have placed a request to shift my connection, I waited for 10 days to get the connection shifted, but no one informed me that there is no visibility of airtel at my area, I got to know this when I enquire at near by airtel store, so they placed a cancellation as there is no other way to resolve my issue, I placed my request to shift the connection on 31st June and it got extended and 9 th July I have gone to the airtel store and placed the cancellation charges, my plan was for 3months, I have only used the internet for one month hardly, Airtel agents called me and promised and I'll get the full refund, but still I haven't got my money back, so please help me with the refund. I have also returned my modem to the airtel agent who came to my home.
