    My name is Avisek Bhattacharjee. I'm from Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. I'm a regular customer of Airtel prepaid service. My contact no. Is [protected]. 27th June 2020 I recharged my sim via Airtel Payment Bank. Prepaid plan was 598 rs & After redeemed 40 Rs Coupon Code transaction amount was 558. Transaction I'd no. [protected]. From 12th Aug I faced some severe network problem. App download time was too slow, long searching times, in the time of monetary transactions faced timeout problems. I lodged complaints to Airtel Via Twitter. They only ask my area pin code but doing nothing. Still I faces network problems & they demands that their network progressing everyday. I paid full amount for 4g network, then why I'm accept this speed like 2g? Is this not cheating?

    New problem. Sometimes 4g signal vanishes and E sign appeare. No network available then.

    No action from Airtel. Still slow network problem continues. Here is the example

    1) 4g sign displays on the top but Airtels own Own app Airtel thanks tells that no 4g network switch on. But 4g status always switch on. Is this good service?

    2) After sometime 4g network vanished & "E" sign" displayed on the top. Why?

    3) For slow network I unable to use Amazon .
    Now questions is that is Airtel deliberately neglected their customers to promote their costly premium service? If yes then this is totally opposite of net neutrality.

        So, i purchased Airtel sim from Airtel store (Branch: Malviya nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Opp. Gaurav Tower) on 22 July 2020. I asked them before buying sim that i want Esim can be able to switch this physical sim in Esim and they said yes. So i purchased this sim and from day one i am trying to convert my physical sim in Esim and there's a procedure for converting first you need to message EMAILUPDATE(space)Email Id And this very first process is not working my email is not yet update by Airtel i wasted alot of time talking to them on phone call filling complaints this is like mental torture for me they are not listening ad understanding my problem and situation i recharged this phone number with 295 rupees and this recharge is hardly used and today 18 august 2020 last day of my recharge and yet my email is not updated this just made me so pissed off they are just doing false statements and making me fool

              Their service engineer Vikash Sharma has stolen Rs. 120 from me. But Airtel refuses to credit it to my bank account or DTH account. They just keep sending bot messages.

                  I’m using airtel postpaid sim. I had called and activated an additional data pack for a month. I was told by the executive to call and remind her on the day I receive the bill the next so that she can deactivate it. As soon I received the bill I’d called and asked her to deactivate it and she’d confirmed telling that it has been deactivated. But when I got next months bill it showed that it wasn’t deactivated and I have to pay extra 300 rupees approx. As soon as I got the billing showing this I’d called her she said she’ll see to it and shall file a complaint. I waited for a week or so and still there wasn’t any change in the bill amount. So I called her again. She stopped picking up my call so I texted her on WhatsApp. I did not call her every minute to disturb her I called her just to enquire but She blocked me both on her phone and on her WhatsApp. I didn’t want to pay extra money for not paying bill on time so I paid the amount. I paid the amount only because I contacted another executive and he said he would waive the amount on my upcoming bill and that it was her mistake. Next bill came and the 300 rupees I’d paid extra was still not returned. I again contacted the executive but he didn’t respond. Again I had to pay the pill because of the due date. Please kindly take my request into consideration and do the needful for cheating me.

                    Hi..

                    There is no network showing on my airtel mobile phone from the last 90 days. I am currently in UAE and using the same phone for the last eleven years and paying the bill amount well in advance. An excess credit of Rs 591 can be seen on my airtel relationship number.

                    After highlighting the issue to various Airtel social media platform/s and further telephonic discussion with them, there is no proper response and my complain is not addressed till today.

                    I am also seeking to waive off the monthly postpaid bill charges for the last 90 days from Airtel as the SIM stands faulty for no reason.

                    I further request the entire Airtel team not to trouble your customer/s for these issues as this is the only registered number for various banking/financial/others needs in India.

                    It clearly shows the negligence and pathetic service of your entire team in resolving the customer issue.

                      UPC code not generating

                      I am an airtel postpaid customer with mobile no. [protected]. I have been trying to generate UPC code but not able to do so. Then I sent a complaint through email and twitter to Airtel India and they told me to pay a one-month advance rental to generate the UPC. I did make payment for a 1-month advance rental and tried generating UPC but without success. Now today I received a call from airtel saying that I have to send my documents and photograph...

                      My farther excited 3 years back, and I was using his sim card, but recently the sim got physically damaged and I am unable to use it, and Airtel store team telling that they can't issue the sim card, even though I do have the death certificate and other legal documents too.

                          I've recharged my airtel number using airtel app, i selected pay via upi, i payed using google pay, my amount has been deducted from my google pay account but due to server issue airtel app stop working and didn't give me any transaction id neither my recharge was done. Am contacting airtel from 12 august but didn't get any response yet. My money has been stucked as i didn't get any refund from airtel am sharing my payment receipt with you kindly help to resolve my issue.

                            Amount deducted but benefit not received

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I recharged a Airtel DTH plan of Rs. 250.00 on 15 August 2020. The amount is deducted but Recharge was not completed and the status of Transaction was showing Successful.

                              I’ve paid my Telangana (TSSPDCL) electricity bill payment through airtel, it shows successfull, But till now it is not reflected at TSSPDCL. And it shows that the bill paid to APCPDCLOB, I’m attaching screenshot also please do check.

                                I paid electricity bill for₹1188 for tsspdcl on uniqe service number[[protected]] thru airtel wallet on 14-8-20 under their trxn no.[[protected]] but i received the message from airtel as "the payment made successfully to apcpdclob from my wallet."as the amount was wrongly paid to apcpdclob by airtel. My airtel wallet no. Is [[protected]]. The bill is showing outstanding till date in tsspdcl. The amount is not received so far by tsspdcl of telangana state. I sent mails to airtel about the issue but my problem is not solved yet. Pl help me in getting my amount refunded to my wallet at the earliest.

                                    I have airtel prepaid connection, there is no indoor network from 3years in this.... I. Complained several times to airtel customer care and they say, there is network upgradation in your area taking place and network will ne up by next month... They are doing timepass of customers... They have to build airtelmoney, do social ad on facebook, build airtel platinum plans etc # but no time for building network tower... Their fb team airtel india has automated replies when complained fake propaganda ready... When asked they say to register complain in airtel thanks app but this is problem (HTTPs://prnt.sc/u06xlk) their app when registering complaint, even their app doesn't work.... When finally i go open network and registered complaint, app says excellent network so entire open network is bogus....

                                    I have complained to customer care, appelate authority, nodal officer even trai but no luck
                                    Please stay away from such bogus fraudster airtel telecom provider, they can't emerge as good provider of network

                                    Even google.com doesn't open
                                    Unable to make /receive call
