I have registered my self for a connection and later on i get a call form airtel. The agent took my details and provided me a lead id too and she said that i will get a connection within 48 hours, now it has been more than 5 days their is no infomation neither i am able to contact to them. Their is no way to get help even on the application there is no action on my problem. I mailed on airtel too but the result is same. I my waiting for their response with everything ready.

From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

I had airtel broadband in 2018 and 2019. I had paid over rs. 3, 000 in january 2020 for service for about 6 months just before i moved. Airtel promised to install broadband at the new house, but dragged their feet for 2 weeks and never installed it. I switched carriers to act. However, they didn't refund my money. I requested a refund and they promised to do so within 10 days. After 15 days had passed, i emailed them and i got another apology and a guarantee of refund within 10 days. Another 15 days passed and when i asked for status, they continued to tell me over several emails back and forth that they're working on it.

Then i got an email saying that the money had already been refunded which never happened. When i told them that i never received it, they asked for my bank statement which i sent to them. After several more emails they completely ignored the previous conversation and said it has been refunded.

Several more emails later, they are saying that there is refund pending.

I'm not sure how many people have been defrauded by airtel but i hope we don't support such a blatantly dishonest company. I intend to post this wherever i can.

Had p pay 100rs to get an airtel sim activated from an airtel store in manjeri kerala which was not supposed to be charged for. When asked about it they happened to mention that it's their service charge for staying after working hours whereas, i'd visited the store at 3 45.

Got message that my number will be converted to postpaid connection and when i called customer care regarding this all i was told that nothing can be done. I was told that request cannot be cancelled. If customer has not initiated or not willing then how user can be forced for a service.

My friend from malaysia recharge for me. But i didn't get any recharge message or amount. But her money is debited. How should we refund the amount?

I am getting sms for otp from various sites which i am not using. I have tried to contact 121 and 198 but they show inability to do anything. Please help in understanding if my sim has been cloned or someone is issued same number by airtel.

To whom it may concern,

I am gangadhar yelamali (Airtel mobile number: [protected]) from gadag, karnataka.
I have been using this number for almost 3 years and experiencing one or the other issues since then.
But, from the last few months, my customers are unable to reach me even though i am in very good network coverage. My entire family uses the same network, but no issues for them so far.
As i use this number for my business, i am afraid of losing my customers just because of this network issue.
I have informed airtel customer care several times regarding this. I have even changed my simcard once. But, still have got no solution to this issue.
Hence, i am requesting for the main reason for this issue and for the faster response from your side.
