Today (13/08/20) at 1430 hrs i am trying to recharge rs 40/- to my airtel number, money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge not done by airtel thanks app. Pl refund my amount

    Amount recharged is debited from my bank account on 13.08.2020 but recharge is not yet done..i did not receive any message confirming recharge of Rs 399.

        One random morning after a restart my Airtel sim stopped working. I am outside the country and for last 7months it was working fine (as I was regularly recharging it :| ).

        I hadn't changed anything in the phone and randomly it stopped working.

        Phone displays message - "SIM 2 not allowed". And network status shows as No Service.

        I have tried reaching out to them via email to [protected]@airtel.com, but they have a automated response activated on it that says to call 121. How can I call Airtel's customer line when 1. I am outside the country and 2. The sim card itself is not working.

        Their application or website has no direct mention of customer support details. They will make customer go in loops talking to automated answering systems or FAQs, which never results in an issue resolution.

        Now all my crucial messages are blocked.

        Kindly help.

              Sir i am airtel prepaid user I have seen airtel advertisement regarding it's postpaid plan. I am checking plans also ask my mobile number to send otp for verification just like all other online service providers like bank bazaar police bazaar n many other service provider do for lead generation.
              Ok I have seen plans there as usual there is information that u will get sim at door step .
              I think may be thay will do formality n all security deposit, verification of resident etc .
              Ok after that I left that web page and also no one content me even in telephone. Suddenly on August 1st week I got sms from airtel that ur postpaid bill rs 1106 is due. I get confused as I'm prepaid user and also recharge for annual pack n I called to customer care and it's surprising for me that my no us converted to post paid n also my old pack is laps.
              I have enquired future thay told me that u enter otp so it's ur fault.
              I tell them I have not given concern for this no and also reversed my no to prepaid also pack is full for 1 yr thay told me sorry we can't do it untill u will not repay all duse. And also ur old pack will also laps
              I ask him u didn't ask for paper, security . U didn't provide me my new SIM card how u charge for it thay didn't reply me satisfactory n even not agree to register my complain. Last 3 days I'm sending messages to them thay didn't do anything and last day of payment is also coming after thay will impose penalty also.

                While adding money in airtel payment bank, my money was deducted from bank account union bank but not added in airtel payment bank.
                While checking my account it shows that

                    I have done a recharge to my airtel no [protected] with the amount of 548.0 with the txn id:[protected]. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the status of my recharge has been indicated as failed.in the message i have recieved it is said as the amount will be reflected within 4 hrs but it has been over that time and there is no response. Please do look into it

                      Hi team,
                      As per my conversation with one of your colleagues swagatika sahoo from bhubaneswar i have gotten the airtel device from 1st
                      August, however i already mentioned her if the device doesn't work as per requirement and speed promised (18mbps) i will return. I informed immediately about the speed to her which was 3 mbps and asked to return the device as she failed to send technician. Till now she has been not picking up my calls. Kindly help in this regard. This is a pathetic service from a reputable organization like you. Please train your executive to be accountable enough to handle this.

                        Network coverage probelm in our area since 2 year ni help getting from airtel after esclating to nodal officer and appellate department of maharashtra and many department from 121 to [protected]@airtel.in department

                        Please esclate this concern to jalna network team to come at my location and check the network frequency and clear out from this situation

                          I m santosh pasi bringing the concern of network coverage issue in our area.. We are facing huge network coverage problem since 5 years no one is bothering to resolve the complaint many complaint had given to customer desk and gallery but they are just telling we will see no one interested to resolve the complaint

                          If we not done recharge on time it means the taxes and services charges are not getting on time... If we are recharging plan in time the. We are expecting service from out operator which we are not getting

                          Requesting is different and begging is different... If some one request then thr person is atleast doing something putting effort to resolve the issue but in my case i m continuously requesting airtel i m not getting and reverted i feek airtel is ignoring me and my complaint

                          I m ready to give land for network tower installation if airtel required from us just want help from airtel that team should visit on my area and check the frequency of airtel what we are facing

                          This issue is not about me 25000 thousands people are in our village out of them 70% user are airtel... Even airtel can check the user and everyone is facing the issue if we want to call someone we have to go from our home to 1km location to call someone's u can imagine what airtel is giving us service

                          Can't call family member on time, nor doctors, nor police for emergency, not ambulance

                              Appellate complaint had registered on my number earlier new site declared on my land from airtel after team had not visisted

                                I had esclated complaint to higher authorities of airtel.. After that team had visited airtel rf team [protected] they had checked and told us we don't have nearest site to expand and boost the network do we are planning new site on our location i[censored] interested to willing to give u r land then will send all details for planning team for network tower installation

                                Second survey in that they told we sanctioned u r land and it is final all procedure they had taken photo from us of our land and after that no response from them

                                New site sanctioned and approved on my land waiting for final procedure from airtel network team

                                Many complaint daily we are sending mail to airtel. [protected]@airtel.com to 121 department not any one is hearing and lisiting out complaint

                                In airtel advertising campaign airtel is challenging okhala speed but after intimating of airtel network coverage problem and giving land also for network tower no response from airtel for this small issue i should not knocked the door of sunil bharti mittal sir and rakesh bharti mittal sir and gopal vittal sir

                                Please if team is not interested to resolve me then tell me i will not disturbed u r department for further investigation i will esclate this issue to gopal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com gopal vital sir and will tell them team is not helping me after intimating them many times so please arrange vigilance team of airtel for our network coverage issue

                                    From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

                                    Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

                                    Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

                                    It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

                                    If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

                                        We had raised many complaint to airtel esclation department complaint was raised on my number survey also done from rf team they had optimise all nearest site still network was disappeared because nearest site is 15 km from our distance no network available at our location

                                        We are staying closed to national highway road more than 1 lac are passing from our location but no network of airtel

                                        Airtel is challenging in advertisement best network by okhala and survey report of trai but we are not getting 2g network to call also

                                        It is feeling bad to us that airtel is backing out from our complaint... Airtel is india best network in 4g and in service but we are not getting network at all nor service

                                        Survey engineer had sanctioned our land for mobile network coverage but no revert from them after that we are frusted of begging in front of airtel for resolution but no one is helping us to resolve the issue of network coverage
