During the recharge unfortunately i cancelled the transaction but the money got debited from my account. It happened two times. First transaction of rs 45 and second of rs 698. Please help me with this so that i will be refunded.

    It has been more than a year that i am using airtel postpaid. But recently my postpaid sim just stopped working out of nowhere. The sim shows no network. I tried putting it in many different phones but same result whereas my prepaid sim works just fine. I am not able to reach to the customer care. Whenever i call them an automated robot registers the complaint. My complaint is registered since a month but no resolution yet. I am posting 2.1k each month without using anything. When i visited a nearby store they said that they couldn't do anything.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I haven't received any call or mail from airtel

      I think from company beginning airtel provide best network but now around 4 years in my village there is no network at all no any telecom company provide any network i think we are not indian any more.

          Hi, my self vikram parte. My phone no [protected]. I want transfer this corporate no to personal name.

          Due to covid-19 i am stuck out of mumbai. And here no any airtel galley available to do transfer process..
          This is my old no so.

          Also i try to reach customer care person but no any option available in airtel thanks app to talk and discussed our problems. Request to you add that option.

          So please do the needful. And active my no. I can pay as per my monthly plan. After reaching to mumbai i will transfer this no on my name.

            I've ported my no."[protected]" from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number.

              I registered for airtel secure package which provides insurance for mobile of the user. I am apple user and instead of buying insurance from apple, i trusted airtel with my phone insurance. I was a postpaid airtel user back then. After a few months, i changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid and airtel representative didn't tell me of any loss of packages that i had booked if i would change my mobile plan. Also, there was no email or message from airtel that my plan was de-activated because of plan change.
              My mobile phone broke down recently and when i reached out to them to claim insurance, they told me that it isn't valid anymore. Due to their lack of customer concern, i will have to bear all the cost of getting the phone repaired myself which i assumed would be covered under insurance. I tried reaching out to customer care but they were not at all helpful. Half of them didnt even know what airtel secure is!

              I would like my airtel secure service to be reinstantiated. I have been a loyal airtel customer for more than 10 years and that's how they repaid me!

                      Dear airtel team,

                      I have made payment of inr 2474 for airtel broadband connection 40 mbps 699/month plan to be installed at my home location. Its been 9 days since my payment has been submitted and no one came for the installation. The airtel guy who i contacted for the connection is not receiving my call. My neighbour is already using the same plan which i applied for, what is the reason for not yet installing it at my location.

                        This is to bring into your notice that i have applied for airtel fibernet connection on 12th of july, 2020 in gorakhpur, uttar pradesh. After waiting for a week, i called mr amit sahu ([protected]) who is the area manager told me it will be delayed and connection will be done till the 15th of august.
                        As a working professional, i needed a fibernet connection on an immediate basis, therefore i requested them to refund my amount back into my bank account.
                        It's been more than 20 days still i haven't receive my refund amount and they are again asking me to wait for another 8 days.

                        Is this the way, customer should be treated? Firstly, you are not providing us with the fibernet service at the earliest and secondly when we try to opt-out and ask for refund they ask us to for more 20 days to wait.

                        Kindly look into the matter as i want my money back asap. Please refer to the attachment for your reference.

                          I'm confused on some points regarding airtel xstream. Could you please clarify the following questions.
                          1. I have an airtel dth setup box, which is in active state with 0 balance. Is that possible to use airtel xstream without active dth setup box?
                          2. Does it cost anything other than airtel xstream box? Kind of yearly/monthly bills?

                          It would be great if you clarify me on this questions as i already tried to contact your customer care service, which i got confused somehow.

                            I have been using Airtel services since 2011. However, since the last one and half year, I'm unable to use 4G services on my phone. Even though the signal shows up as 4G, I'm not being able to even perform a google search, let alone watching videos and surfing internet. I have raised multiple complaints with the customer care but to no avail. I'm paying for my internet charges which completely goes down the drain. I want a refund for my recharges or better services.

                              I was using airtel mobile app for recharge. When i requested for recharge to be done the transaction failed but money got deducted from my gpay account. I got the message from company that i will get the refund but it has not been refunded yet.
