    I am getting sms for otp from various sites which i am not using. I have tried to contact 121 and 198 but they show inability to do anything. Please help in understanding if my sim has been cloned or someone is issued same number by airtel.

              But it is not initiated yet with operator"

                  To whom it may concern,

                  I am gangadhar yelamali (Airtel mobile number: [protected]) from gadag, karnataka.
                  I have been using this number for almost 3 years and experiencing one or the other issues since then.
                  But, from the last few months, my customers are unable to reach me even though i am in very good network coverage. My entire family uses the same network, but no issues for them so far.
                  As i use this number for my business, i am afraid of losing my customers just because of this network issue.
                  I have informed airtel customer care several times regarding this. I have even changed my simcard once. But, still have got no solution to this issue.
                  Hence, i am requesting for the main reason for this issue and for the faster response from your side.

                                  I had tried loading 1652/- to my airtel money wallet on monday (3rd august 2020). I can see the amount debited from my bank (Upi) but i dont see the amount reflecting in my wallet.

                                  I wrote to grievance cell and there is no proper response on the refund.!!!

                                      This is to bring into your notice that i have applied for airtel fibernet connection on 22th july, 2020 in dehradun, uttrakhand. I was promised by your sales man rakesh semwal that he will install it in 2 days for 1000rs, then he started demanding 2500 rs and said if i am not willing to pay 2500 than i should go for refund, i applied for refund on 25th july and today is 9th august, rakesh is the worst sales man ever, he doesn’t pic...
