We are facing lot of problem with voice and data issue from last 1 year. The concern department signal team or executives saying for new site installation in our area fr last year. Till the problem not rectified. We are facing lot of problem due to poor network for data. Now a days all depends on internet communications. Till the problems not rectified. We need rectification

    4th aug tues morning : request raised for new connection.

    4th aug tues morning : within a couple of hours they sent their executive for user verification and take the payment (More than 5000 was paid by me). I requested them to give the connection the same day as i had my job interviews lined up in next 2 days. I even got a message from airtel that within 24 hrs they will set it up.

    They promised to setup the wifi device within 2 days. I kept following on 4th and 5th aug. They promised to setup the device on 5th aug.

    5th aug (Wednesday around 6.30 pm) : 1 technician came just for the wiring on the building terrace. He told that a separate technician will come after this.

    6th aug (Thursday) : thursday morning again they promised to setup the device. Kept following up till evening and at the end of the day they said the connection is not live in your area (That too after 3 days of payment). Till friday evening they again promised to setup.

    7th aug (Friday) : after following up for full day again they promised to setup till saturday evening. And finally on saturday evening they notified that it might be not possible to setup and we will refund your amount.

    During all these 5 days i had 1 online test to be submitted and 1 job interview both of which got spoiled as i kept waiting as per their promises.

    Even raised complain on airtel's customer care three times during these 5 days. But nothing happened.

    Please make sure they compensate for false promises and my spoiled interviews and online test.

    They should have notified that the connection is not live in our area before taking the payment.

      I have recharged my airtel number with the 199 pack on 8th of august and the money has been deducted and it says that the recharge was successful, but i'm not able to make or recieve calls.

          Hi,

          I have been using my airtel mobile number (99* * *) for last 7 years and i moved to malaysia for work and using my airtel number for last 2+ years.

          From today[protected] my sim stopped working and getting a message as no service/ no voice service message. I tried to reset the mobile phone and changed to different mobile but still no use.

          The sim seems to be working and good as i can check all the other details of the sim and the contacts saved in the sim. But only the service is not working.

          I'm currently stuck in malaysia and can't travel due to coivd-19.

          Can you please help to fix the issue?

          Just one more quick update:

          I already tried to contact the Airtel customer care and informed the issue. The Customer service desk was asking me to check with the Airtel store in Malaysia. I was surprised that how come an Airtel store exist in Malaysia and i tried to search for the same in past 4 hours and tried all possibilities.

          I have my brother in my home town, where i took SIM card originally. He can also help in any details if needed to visit the nearby store for any reason.

          Also My wife is also using Airtel number only and staying with me here in Malaysia but she doesn't face any issue. So i believe it is not network related.

          PS: The Airtel always automatically registers with Maxis network in Malaysia.

            I am have made the recharge of rs 379 to my phone no. [protected] on 08.08.2020 by sbi bank debit card. Rs 379 is debit from by sbi bank acccount but the amount in not recharge to my no.[protected].
            Request you to please kindly recharge my no or refund the amount at the earliest.

                Hi,
                I am not getting incoming calls on my airtel number [protected] from last one and half months. It took this number from bangalore but was using this number in gorakhpur (My hometown) from february this year. I called the customer care number so many times but nothing was done to resolve my issue. After that i sent mails to [protected]@airtel.com and also to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. They registered my complaint (Complaint no cicpl[protected]) but in-spite of repeated reminders and follow ups my issue was not resolved.

                Thinking that i may be facing issue due to roaming i ported my number from bangalore circle to up east circle on 31st of july. But even then i am still facing the same issue. Even sms messages do not come to my number on time. They come after 3 to 4 hours. I am facing so my issues due to this as this number is registered in almost all of my official accounts.

                I am utterly frustrated and disappointed now on following up with airtel and seeing no solution being provided from their end.

                  Hi,

                  I applied for my airtel broadband connection in march of this year in pune. But during the request made the amount got deducted from my account twice. After that the service provider told that the amount will be refunded within 10 days, but till this date i haven't received the amount. Its been pending from a long time earlier they were making excuse of lockdown but what now.

                  I tried calling the customer care but no response is coming from there also service provider is providing no help to me. Please take proper action otherwise we will take this matter to consumer court.

                    Day before yesterday i got my earlier setup box replaced as it stopped working. The aitel store lady told me that it will cost 2150 rs for ssd setup box which is very high so i asked her even hd set up box can be brought at 850 rs online but she told that we will get a recharge of 360 rs for 6 months and 1 year warranty for the setup box. She also told that our old recharge pack will be added and customer id won't change. But now i haven't received complete amount. I am provided with only a balance of around 310 rs for 180 days. Also the customer id is changed and now i have two ids with the same number and earlier recharger is not added to it. Now both balances are getting deducted so double loss here too. My earlier account with id [protected] has amount of 212 rs as well. Now i am subjected to such a great a loss of almost 2300 rs. Who will for it? You airtel store lady isn't even receiving the call. Also she didn't give proper warranty card. When asked for it she just told to write the date on the box. I guess tomorrow she will say that it isn't there. If some problem arises. Airtel has always disappointed me from last few months. Please help out here its not a small amount. I feeling frauded.

                      I made a sbi net banking payment for the airtel no [protected] on 07.08.2020 around 10.30 p. M in the airtel.in official website as a guest login (Without credentials). The amount was deducted from my account and recharge was not successful. Am not able to raise a complaint regarding this issue in airtel customer care. The reference no for the transaction is igajdcnza9.

                      Kindly do me needful.

                            It has been more than a year that i am using airtel postpaid. But recently my postpaid sim just stopped working out of nowhere. The sim shows no network. I tried putting it in many different phones but same result whereas my prepaid sim works just fine. I am not able to reach to the customer care. Whenever i call them an automated robot registers the complaint. My complaint is registered since a month but no resolution yet. I am posting 2.1k each month without using anything. When i visited a nearby store they said that they couldn't do anything.

                              I think from company beginning airtel provide best network but now around 4 years in my village there is no network at all no any telecom company provide any network i think we are not indian any more.

                                  Due to covid-19 i am stuck out of mumbai. And here no any airtel galley available to do transfer process..
                                  This is my old no so.

                                  Also i try to reach customer care person but no any option available in airtel thanks app to talk and discussed our problems. Request to you add that option.

                                  So please do the needful. And active my no. I can pay as per my monthly plan. After reaching to mumbai i will transfer this no on my name.

                                    I've ported my no."[protected]" from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number.

                                      I registered for airtel secure package which provides insurance for mobile of the user. I am apple user and instead of buying insurance from apple, i trusted airtel with my phone insurance. I was a postpaid airtel user back then. After a few months, i changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid and airtel representative didn't tell me of any loss of packages that i had booked if i would change my mobile plan. Also, there was no email or message from airtel that my plan was de-activated because of plan change.
                                      My mobile phone broke down recently and when i reached out to them to claim insurance, they told me that it isn't valid anymore. Due to their lack of customer concern, i will have to bear all the cost of getting the phone repaired myself which i assumed would be covered under insurance. I tried reaching out to customer care but they were not at all helpful. Half of them didnt even know what airtel secure is!

                                      I would like my airtel secure service to be reinstantiated. I have been a loyal airtel customer for more than 10 years and that's how they repaid me!
