I had tried to recharge airtel mobile number [protected] for rs 399 on 16/07/2020 through sbi internet banking with reference no ihn0450177. Due to some technical error the amount rs 399 was deducted from my sbi account no.[protected] but mobile recharge failed.in this connection i had lodged compliant in sbi customer care vide compliant case no.21445020 they traced and informed me that transaction of amount to merchant (Airtel) successful. Hence they advised me to contact merchant for refund/ reversal of failure recharge

It is requested that rs 399 may refunded/reversed to my account at the earliest.

Hence pse do needful for early refund of rs 399 as early as possible

Before i took the plan, i told them please give plan details to me in writing on mail or whatsapp.
He was in such a hurry to give me the plan that his executives came to my office in 5 minutes.
Before processing the plan, i asked the executive me the plan information to email or whatsapp after you will proceed further. They told us that our boss would let you in until the evening.
Still on that day not received give plan information on whatsapp or mails.
I called on the next day for information about the plan but they did not respond. Then i asked him to cancel the plan and to stop all the process further.
You will pay rs.1000 for the plan and we will waive the remaining amount of your plan.
All i want to know is how bad the image of a company like airtel will be if the authorized men of the company do the wrong thing to convert the customer in such a way.
I just have to finally confirm that they were given a plan incorrectly and the agency is taking responsibility for paying me all the payments above 1000 for lifetime.. So if the company’s agency changes or closes in the future, who will be responsible for paying me for lifetime?

Please look after the above matter, it's serious. If you are not provided a satisfactory answer to us, so i will go to help from legal action & trai.

This is sashikant, an airtel network user (Odisha), would like to raise a complaint that on 2nd aug)'2020 morning 9.1 0 am, i was making a mobile prepaid recharge of rs. 558 in airtel thanks app. I made payment through google pay (Upi-based), my account was debited but recharge failed. After sometimes, i got a text message from airtel, i. E "hi, your online recharge of rs. 558.0 for airtel number 9178* via transaction...

We are using airtel leased line service, and it is down from last 3 days, even after complaining multiple times.
Connectivity is not yet stable. Even nobody providing escalation matrix even after asking multiple time.

Airtel service is getting worse day by day.

Hello!

I own a Airtel 4G Hotspot on a family add-ons pack (3 regular + 1 data sim).
My billing cycle starts from 2nd of every month to 1st of Next month.
After 20th, I'm not able to use the internet even for googling and the usage shows I have free data bytes left since unused data rolls over.
And even when the cycle kicks in, the speed ranges from 80-120 kbps, I'm talking ads buffering on Youtube.

The Device battery is a joke and keeps disconnecting frequently and the signal strength is weak ( I'm on 3rd floor).

I'm tired of speaking to your customer care wherein the only solution I was offered in the middle of a pandemic was to go to Airtel Store.
I contacted thru Twitter but got a response from a bot and no communications further.

The same issue with my mobile data as well, Balance shows 12G remaining (98 pack) but the once the daily pack (2G -449 pack) exhausts, reserve doesn't kick in.

I don't know if this is just Airtel's classic scam or just a terrible mistake at the backend.

We had raised many complaint to airtel esclation department complaint was raised on my number survey also done from rf team they had optimise all nearest site still network was disappeared because nearest site is 15 km from our distance no network available at our location

We are staying closed to national highway road more than 1 lac are passing from our location but no network of airtel

Airtel is challenging in advertisement best network by okhala and survey report of trai but we are not getting 2g network to call also

It is feeling bad to us that airtel is backing out from our complaint... Airtel is india best network in 4g and in service but we are not getting network at all nor service

Survey engineer had sanctioned our land for mobile network coverage but no revert from them after that we are frusted of begging in front of airtel for resolution but no one is helping us to resolve the issue of network coverage

On 4-8-2020 i have a load cash transaction from airtel payment bank with the tansaction id being[protected] money got debited and for which i have received status as payment successfull but i am not credited with the amount.
And i have also raised a complaint for the same but received mail saying that money has been refunded on the same day, but i didnt get any money refunded back

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 5th august 2020 and received an sms of the amount deducted from my bank of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
