As of my subject line you may know I am an Airtel Prepaid customer, I had just expired today (29July 2020 at 5:39PM)my regular pack (Rs.558 which provides 3GB internet per day ) . To continue my services I did a new recharge of Rs.558 at 6:48 PM (Transaction I'd[protected], to get my new data i.e, 3GB per day . But it wasn't updated and it was still showing still zero (0GB). I am unable to contact Airtel Customer Care service to get my 3gb data of the day .

In addition to this, after sometime. I did a recharge of Rs.19 at 9:45 P.M (Transaction Id[protected], validity 30th JULY, 2020) to check the previous internet pack status but still my 3gb daily data was not reflecting. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    On 29th July, 2020 i made payment from my SBI debit card for a phone recharge of Rs.149 wherein the cash has been credited from the account but recharge not yet received. I got a message from Customer Care that recharge has been initiated towards my phone no. with a Txn ID but there has been no recharge benefits.
    Please look into this matter and let me know how i can get a refund for the same.

    Got the recharge within 2 hrs of filing this complaint.. Maybe there was some network issue wherein the servers operation were timed out but I'm glad that the recharge was made by Airtel.. Thanks!!!

      Dear sir,

      Very poor service we are facing since jun'2020.

      We made a net payment of rs.1746/- on 17/07/20 after all settlement of less rs.1199/- but still showing it is pending and calling regularly for outstanding amount of rs.1199/-.

      Our internet is not working today. We ask you, shall we start our work or shut down our office???

      We sincerely request you, if you can resolve this issue asap or please discontinue our services for future. We will see other option.

      We hope for your positive reply.

        In april i tried reaching customer care, but no one was available due to lockdown. Finally, i got a call from their own customer care as my advance recharge was going to get over in may. I requested to put my number in safe custody, she told me that she has generated the request and a call back is arranged, i never get any callback. I was not much aware of the process so was not able to do it myself from the site or mobile app.
        Once again in a few days, i got a call and i requested the same, they again said to arrange a callback and explained to me the whole process. I do not get any callback, neither do they give any reference number.
        Meanwhile, my bill got generated, i started getting calls for bill payment. From everyone, i asked to put my number in safe custody. One of them in fact took around 30 - 40 minutes and said that my number is not in safe custody and nothing needs to be done.
        But no change happened, i continued getting daily calls for bill payment. I then searched the internet and learned how to add numbers in safe custody and tried to do that, but it is now not allowing as the bill is generated.
        If you see the data usage, i have not used it from mid of april.in may, i moved to my home town and it is even switched off since then.
        This is just harassing a customer and unethical.

        Resolution needed - cancel the bill that is generated and put my number in safe custody. I should not get any calls for bill payment or to renew my service.

          I am very much upset by airtel today as iam trusting airtel and using this network since 2007 but iam upset today as i made a recharge of 50gb data pack showing limited and when i tried to reach the particular website i was trying it shows cant be reach i don't know but i request airtel please solve this issue as early as possible if this happens during emergency airtel users will be very upset more than me thank you airtel net for making me loose my time and duty today

            My name is satish bagul, i am a customer of airtel dth (Customer id: [protected]) since last one year. It was all working fine until i upgraded my hd box to airtel xstream smart box. The new smart stb delivers very poor picture quality and i raised a complaint regarding the same with airtel. But the technician came and made some changes in the tv picture setting and said it was a mi tv problem not of the smart stb and my request is still pending saying that it will be resolved by 31st of july, but it seems like no actions are being taken from airtel regarding the same. Also airtel mentions in their promotion that the new smart stb does support the airtel smart remote app on android which works as a remote and can be used for playing games but that is not the case here, the said app is no more compatible. Worst experience of dth with airtel xstream box and customer care of airtel with no technical knowledge.

            I had called local technician and he provides me with the latest available firmware update which drastically improves the picture quality and it is better now.

                    Am recharge mobile in airtel money bank.. Recharge process completed and payment 3 months plan rs.598/- has been debited but recharge not yet done.. Am a business man.. I have more usage in phone calls. So try to understand my suituation and take action immediatly..

                        Raised complaint in airtel app. They displayed that the ticket is in progress for two days and closed it today saying that it's been resolved. Please find the screenshot of the same.

                          With due respect that we are the residents of has installed some mobile tower house number - 636/2, paschim puri pocket 2 on their roof top. The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just nearly the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible.

                                  Due to the poor and below par services provided by airtel broadband i wanted to discontinue its services, hence i submitted the disconnection request to airtel support. Its been several days since i submitted the request and also sent them reminders but they're not entertaining my request. They are ignoring my request and keep charging me for the unusable services that they provide.

                                    I have booked fasttag through airtel payments bank for one vehicle on 24th of July 2020. Status of it is showing validating order. Customer care have no information apart from asking me to wait. Atleast if they can provide the docket number or tracking number for dtdc i can check with them, but airtel has no information on that too. I suppose it was a blunder choosing airtel for this service especially. If this is the case now after installing the tag if we encounter any issues god save us. Kindly update the application with recent order and also provide the tracking number so it will be easy for a customer to trace the same. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                                      I kindly request to arrange and do a needful of installing a network tower at our garden area as no other network works here apart from bsnl but with very poor connectivity. Space for the tower will be provided by our end. Here we almost have 2500 to 3000 public residing at this area.
                                      I kindly urge you to look after the matter. We will provide all required documents and formalities but please kindly place a network tower so that we can avail calling and internet facility.

                                        I am using airtel 4g sim form the past 4 months (Approx.). The service was good for nearly 2 months and after that the internet connection started giving a lot of trouble. First of all it beacame slow and also is is irregular. The internet stops working every minute. Its really irritating. Due to corona virus and lockdown, there's no wqy to get other sim card.
