Hey! My name is shubham my airtel mobile number is [protected], today i did the recharge 0f 48 rupee, it shows transaction failed but my amount deducted.
Yesterday same thing happens, i add 200 rupees in airtel wallet, the transaction is successful but no money added in my airtel wallet

I have been using airtel sim since long. Now i v purchased samsung m01 and tried to insert sim. But that airtel sum is not detecting, however sim is showing on.
Strangely it is absolutely fine working on other samsung mobiles.
Kindly resolve asap.

Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

My parents are using Airtel 4g hotspot in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu 641010 since December 2018. During the last few weeks they are having trouble connecting to the internet. They visited Airtel office, DB Road with the device and sim. The resolution given was to change the Airtel sim. We have purchased a new sim. It seemed to work when used in the hotspot. My parents may have used 200MB of data. But connectivity is erratic. Sometimes it shows amber light, and other times green light. Now, even when the device shows green light, they are unable to access the internet using the laptop or mobile phone connected to the hotspot. They have recharged the sim card for 56 days with 449 Rs, and have not been able to use the internet for 2 weeks now. Since they are using airtel only in the hotspot they are unable to contact 121. I have tried to submit a complaint from another airtel number for network connection issues with Service Request No.C4GSP[protected]. We do not know where the problem lies and also have no access to register a complaint to the Airtel customer care.

My airtel sim was recharged on 14 june via my airtel app, the amount was deducted at that time itself as i was using some other plan that time so it did not activate. But now as my old plan is finished still new plan is not activated. This is my third complain about the same thing, it would be great boon if you try to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have been regularly contacting Airtel customer service for getting the poor network connectivity issue resolved from past 7 months and yet they have not done anything. Everytime i call them they give me 3 days timeline to resolve but that day never came. There are 5 mobile number with Airtel at my home none of them work & i have raised around 20+ complaint but nothing is bothering Airtel to action.[protected] is the 7 months old complaint which is still work in progress. I have opted for premium membership due to which i have to pay 2000 collectively every month to Airtel. They are not providing any service and charging me fortune, kindly help. This is a clear case of mental harassment.

I initiated recharge on 1st august 2020. Amount was deducted from my bank account i. E. 598 for my prepaid mobile number [protected]. But recharge not yet reflected.

From last few months airtel network connectivity is going bad to worst, no one take action, tower men never maintain tower in my locality they fraud oil of generator, we never use data of 4g speed, there is lot problem.
If airtel will not take appropriate action then our whole locality people will port to jio
