So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. What kind of joke is this Airtel playing? Why even bother to give free data when you can't use it freely as you are redirected to their irritating webpage. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible. call us [protected]

    I am receiving bill for my fixedline number[protected] every month on my e mail. When i try to pay it starts showing the number[protected], a number that does not exist as with 0124, only 7 digit numbers exist. As your payment site starts showing non existing wrong number and does not show my number at all, i have all sorts of problem in paying on line.

      The Airtel company has such a poor and pathetic department for mostly everything. The Executives, don't know even the simplest of things, The Senior Executives are an advanced version of DUMBO's and Appellate and Nodal what to tell about them. They are the seniors.

      The case is associated with Airtel Post Paid, Adding family members.

      You are the owner of the Number and you decide to add a member. Everything sounds good and great. After maybe 2-3years, you want to remove this member.

      Now is the real problem.
      First you pay the dues. The executives will tell you that within 4-8 working hours, your parent and child connection will be removed.

      Next, after 1-wroking day, when you call them, they tell you that you have to get your address verified, and that verification step will only start after you CALL TO enquire about the status.

      Next you will wait for these ### to call and verify your details, they will never call you. And THE BEST response they will give it that, we called your number and there was no response. So, you will have to visit the nearest store.

      The content isn't finished. The address verification is associated with the Child number and not your number, even though you are the owner.
      So, it means, if the CHild connection/family connection which you have added, if he/she has left the place, or denies, to airtel that I don't want to get detached from the parent number, then they will not detach that number.

      If HE/SHE turns out to a criminal and is doing all forge/crooked/harrassment etc., Airtel doesn't care. The Child/family person should say and verify the address. and if he or she denies, they will not detach the number.

      Look at the cunningness and even the attitude with which they are harassing we CUSTOMERs, and they care least. you will in any manner end up paying the money, and the other person will keep you in trap for the rest of your life.

      So, next time you feel like, you are in trap, only one thing to do is, that break and throw away the SIM Card and let the Airtel people struggle to find the SIM and the person.

      You need not worry a thing about anything. They are entirely gutlless people with no spine and no nerves.

      Airtel policy makers are the real harrasers and should be put behind bars for wrongly framing such poor policies.

        I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

        Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] twice through Debit Card for Rs. 1498 each on 01st August 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference "MEDR/Payu*Bharti /908539/" & "MEDR/Payu*Bharti /907771/" and airtel TXN ID # "[protected]" and "[protected]" of Rs. 1498 each. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  Respected sir/. ma'am,
                  On 14th June 2020 I have recharged my Airtel number [protected] via my airtel app that time the amount was deducted but as i was on another plan the new pack should have activated after the old plan finishes. The old plan finished at 30 August 2020 but the new plan has not activated yet.
                  It would be great boon if you activate it as soon as possible.

                        On 14 june 2020, i had recharged my airtel number via my airtel app. That time i was using my previous plan so it showed that it will be activated after old plan is finished. On 30 july my old plan got finished but still the new plan is not activated. It would be great boon if you try to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              The internet speed provided by airtel has been incredibly slow in my area for a few months now. The company offers 4g internet with a promise of very high internet speed. However the internet speed we have been receiving in my area has been horrible and cannot be relied on for any online activity. The area is langol housing complex type iii - 795004.

                                Made a recharge of rs.3998/- through gpay for a friend's phone. International raming. Money left my account, but no recharge done by airtel prepaid. After multiple complaints both to gpay & airtel - i lost the money. They blamed each other and then finally airtel said it was actioned (No message to me or the no. I recharged for)
                                First they said i hadn't made a complaint in the nest 3 working days. Which luckily i had. Through email. I have a record.

                                Was told by airtel that this was a gpay problem and they washed their hands off saying the recharge was used. With no confirmation message that the recharge was activated.

                                July 2020
                                Made another payment to recharge the same mobile no. The following month this time the rs. 3998 was recharge but the rs.500/- was not. (Pm & pm2) this was made directly through the airtel app.

                                The person who took the complaint first said payment will come back to my account in 6 working days. Next tele caller said, 10 days,
                                The next asked for a transaction no. Whch apparently starts with 200...
                                We had no transaction no sent, nothing avaiable on the site, that i had done any transactions - no evidence. She then said she cannot take the complaint without a txn no. Asked her where to find the txn no. She guided us to a space when=re still i couldnt see any transaction no. Hence gave her my sbi bank txn no.
                                Finally she took a complaint and said 3 more days.

                                Both these payments were othpg payments. And the fraud is only on this no. All other transactions have been successful.
                                After this happened the same prepaid no. Got a phishing call.

                                Please see what can be done about these dubious activities that airtel is operating on and refusing to reimburse!!!

                                  Hi team this is ramesh banda, my contact mobile number is [protected] in the year 2016, i have requested to stop using data card service, as per your words if more than 2months if it is not used the number will be alloted to some other person, i have agreed for that, recently i have visited airtel office regarding my mobile simcard issue, i came to know from ur people regarding the data card, there is outstanding due amount on that, i request u people to remove that and close it. As per ur words if it is not used for more than 2months after safe custody it should be alloted to someone, but it is not done that is ur system issue.                                     I have disconnected the broadband and made the full bill payment. Everyday i getting calls from airtel to make the bill payment. Even after explaining them i have made the complete payment they are they will call again till i make payment once again. I think india should ban airtel
