I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 5th august 2020 and received an sms of the amount deducted from my bank of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

    I had esclated complaint to higher authorities of airtel.. After that team had visited airtel rf team [protected] they had checked and told us we don't have nearest site to expand and boost the network do we are planning new site on our location i[censored] interested to willing to give u r land then will send all details for planning team for network tower installation

    Second survey in that they told we sanctioned u r land and it is final all procedure they had taken photo from us of our land and after that no response from them

    New site sanctioned and approved on my land waiting for final procedure from airtel network team

    Many complaint daily we are sending mail to airtel. [protected]@airtel.com to 121 department not any one is hearing and lisiting out complaint

    In airtel advertising campaign airtel is challenging okhala speed but after intimating of airtel network coverage problem and giving land also for network tower no response from airtel for this small issue i should not knocked the door of sunil bharti mittal sir and rakesh bharti mittal sir and gopal vittal sir

    Please if team is not interested to resolve me then tell me i will not disturbed u r department for further investigation i will esclate this issue to gopal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com gopal vital sir and will tell them team is not helping me after intimating them many times so please arrange vigilance team of airtel for our network coverage issue

        Sir i had bring one concern regarding thr new site delay from airtel after intimating to higher authorities of airtel not getting any revert from any one after concerning to them

        Appellate complaint had registered on my number earlier new site declared on my land from airtel after team had not visisted

          From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

          Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

          Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

          It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

          If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

                On 3/8/2020 @ 9:01 am, I tried to recharge my number [protected] for Rs. 698 plan from the airtel website. Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not done. I tried to contact Airtel customer executive, but I could not. I have sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com also and [protected]@airtelbank.com also. But no response. When will airtel refund the amount of 698 to my account?

                  Dear Sir,
                  My Airtel customer ID is [protected].
                  This complaint is regarding a fraud engineer from Airtel who, for the greed of money, knowingly and intentionally spoilt my DTH dish while repairing my neighbor’s DTH dish.
                  On 1st August 2020 at approximately 3:30 pm, Airtel had sent their engineer to repair my neighbor’s dish which is fixed on the terrace, along with other people’s dishes. The engineer came and he went to the terrace to repair my neighbor’s dish and while repairing their dish, he intentionally and knowingly spoilt and messed up my dish as he knew that all complaints from Airtel DTH customers from that area will have to be attended and resolved by him only and he would get all the money by intentionally spoiling other people’s dishes. My dish was working perfectly fine till the time that engineer went to my terrace to repair my neighbor’s dish. I contacted Airtel’s DTH customer care, and as I had expected, they told me to pay the repair charges. They said that they will only raise a complaint if I agree to pay the charges, and when I told them that I will not pay any charges as the issue was intentionally created by their engineer himself to loot money from their consumers, they said that they cannot lodge a complaint and then disconnected my call. I also intent to lodge a complaint to TRAI about such unethical behaviour of that Airtel engineer and the Airtel customer care. The name of that fraud Airtel engineer is Suraj Jha (I am not sure whether this is his real name too). I have that Airtel fraud engineer’s phone number too which he had given to my neighbor for unknown reasons (Suraj Jha[protected]. Airtel engineers have found a very good way to cheat people and the most shocking thing is that Airtel’s customer care is also supporting such frauds. What a great way to loot consumers.

                    It has been 3 days & my DTH is showing error code 6 even after doing multiple recharge.
                    Your customer support is pathetic we have to explain same thing to everyone who call even after multiple complaints & provide same solution to open this channel give this number bla bla bla same foolish process all the time
                    But no solution done yet & even you close query’s by yourself without resolving the same.
                    You guys really have most poor DHR service i am
                    Happy with your mobile & fibre service but now i just hate you guys due to this DTH service jus want to change everything.

                      Hi airtel team,

                      Today (04 august) i've recharged the unlimited pack (Rs 598/-) for the wrong mobile number hence raised a service request (Rwrrv[protected]) in airtel for reversing the recharged money back to my hdfc bank. So, please process the request and update it as soon as possible.

                        I used to have airtel prepaid connection. Due to work from home, i converted to postpaid. They are charging heavily for postpaid plans. But the internet connection is very poor.
                        I already raised complaint twice with airtel. The issue is still not resolved.

                        I wanted to know is this intentionally they are giving poor connection for daily 2, 3hours

                          My airtel wallet blocked and if i try to reset my mpin it always saying "mpin reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If i dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is not giving me any luck. Even airtel guys at service centre are helpless.
                          I dropped mail to [protected]@airtelmoney.com.. But no reply as of now. What a hell is this. This is very irritating me. I feel, i did a big mistake by doing transactions through airtel wallet. I need money in my wallet for other transactions. Please resolve my issue asap.

                            Sir i cannot use my internet since 15-20 days.in airtel thanks app, when we diagnose this thing. Without internet it does not work. And while connecting to wi-fi, it shows an error occured [connected to wifi]. And if wifi disconnected, it shows an error occured retry. Sir neither i can i find any option to contact customer care. Nor your 121 no. Is helping. Really from many days not a single data is consumed from my acc.. My family uses airtel, they can use data but y can't i???

                                I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel however unable to reach the number 59095 for televerification. Everytime i am contacting it is disconnecting everytime.

                                    My airtel thanks offer of shaw academy is not activating despite being a member of gold membership. Whenever i claim the offer, it asked a create account process, but after the first step of creating account, its not redirected to step 2, after clicking continue its does not go into the next page but gets refreshed in same page. I have been doing this for 3 months, but not able to claim the offer, if this thing keep on happening, then i might think of changing the sim. Thank you, hope you work in my direction.

                                      I requested a shift in location of my airtel broadband connection (Within in the city - bangalore) in the month of may (Request was made before the end of the billing period). Airtel's website mentioned that connection will be shifted in 5 days. Airtel did not # the connection in 5 days even after requesting multiple times. Instead airtel asked me to cancel the connection (After the new billing period has started). I canceled the connection and paid all dues after speaking with airtel and confirming that i will not be charged anything extra amount except the due amount of may month.

                                      Now airtel is suffocating me with calls every day asking me to pay an amount of 188 rupees, for which i never received any bill. The representative from airtel told that the charges are for the period in which airtel made me wait for the # of connection and later forced me to cancel the connection.

                                      In this pandemic situation airtel made me suffer without providing internet connection which are essential to perform my professional duties from home. I paid a private mobile internet service to perform my duties while waiting for airtel to shift the connection.

                                      Airtel failed to shift the connection within the time it specified, made me wait for weeks, forced me to pay for internet via private cellular network provider and now asking me to pay for the period in which airtel did not provide any service to me.

                                      Dear airtel it is your mistake that you did not shift my connection and forced me to cancel it over a phone call from your representatives. It is nothing but mockery of customer if you ask me to pay for the period in which you did nothing to provide me any service. So stop making calls every day. Use some good brains and thoughts before you choke customer with calls.

                                        I had recharged my number [protected] on 30th july, for 379rs plan using airtel app
                                        Transition id [protected],
                                        But my recharge want done and my money was deducted.
                                        Credit my recharge or refund my money back to my account asap.
