This side jaya kaushik, a costumer of airtel, wants to convey you irresponsible and non acceptable behaviour of your representative.
On 18 july late night, i made a request of installation of airtel xstream broadband. It was successfully submitted.
On 19 july' 20, one of your representative named harender nagar with number[protected] came to my residence and verified my documents and send me a link on my mobile number and asked me to pay money through online mode of payment. So, i paid rs 6541 throught that link.
He promised me to install airtel xstream by the evening of that day but it didn't happen and waited for another day for installation.
Then on 20 july'2020, i again called him for installation but he didn't pick my call. Moreover, it was very strange to know that he has blacklisted my number.
After calling hime several times, i called him on whatsapp but again he didn't receive my call.
Obviously, i got scared as someone has done scam on me. After so many efforts, i called to airtel costumer executive by dialing this number -[protected].
One of your executive, i don't remember the name, he helped me to the fullest and told me as they can't process my request due to choked network.in case, same scenario persist then airtel will refund my amount within 15 days.
I want to make complaint against harender nagar.
Kindly take necessary action.
