My Mother is using airtel services from more than 10 years and now she is finding it annoying when airtel blocks her both incoming and outgoing calls, she doesn't know to contact customer care as she's aged and only knows to receive and call through phone, she even doesn't know to read messages. And when we try calling her, phone is being blocked from incoming calls also, and when I try to write a complaint through mail they say that this mail is not registered in my Mother's number and no response even if I mention that I am complaining on behalf of my Mothers number. Really annoying with the kind of service airtel is upto. In case if my complaint is not handled at the earliest I need to change my Mother's network provider and also have to bring this in social media so that others don't get into same problem after using airtel.
