I am from non resident of India and i am using Airtel prepaid number with international roaming for receive OTP.
Two weak ago suddenly stopped detecting sim card and i have done re inserting sim card and restarting device multiply times same issue also tried inserting sim card another device again same problem
then i have contacted customer care not fixed my sim card issue
i hope the issue from airtel they are forcing to replace new sim card but i can't buy another sim card because i am out of india
i would like to request kindly take necessary action

    While doing a recharge through airtel thanks app, amount got debited from my bank account (Ref#igaizwbvg7) but on airtel app it showed payment pending.

        Hello

        I recharged my number [protected] from Airtel App through SBI net banking. I got a message that payment is initiated and a reference number and money is deducted from sbi account but not recharged .
        Please help

          I had ordered 2 fastags for my cars. After showing for “shipped” then it again shifted to validating order for both. I’m looking forward for fixing this issue asap.

              I am Priyanka . suddenly my airtel sim stopped working then I rushed to airtel customer care and checked with my phone it's not my phone problem it's som problem then I took new sim with same contact number given all the documents related to activate the sim still it is not activated it is emergency I am trying from past 6 days .what's wrong

                Hello!!!
                This side jaya kaushik, a costumer of airtel, wants to convey you irresponsible and non acceptable behaviour of your representative.
                On 18 july late night, i made a request of installation of airtel xstream broadband. It was successfully submitted.
                On 19 july' 20, one of your representative named harender nagar with number[protected] came to my residence and verified my documents and send me a link on my mobile number and asked me to pay money through online mode of payment. So, i paid rs 6541 throught that link.
                He promised me to install airtel xstream by the evening of that day but it didn't happen and waited for another day for installation.
                Then on 20 july'2020, i again called him for installation but he didn't pick my call. Moreover, it was very strange to know that he has blacklisted my number.
                After calling hime several times, i called him on whatsapp but again he didn't receive my call.

                Obviously, i got scared as someone has done scam on me. After so many efforts, i called to airtel costumer executive by dialing this number -[protected].
                One of your executive, i don't remember the name, he helped me to the fullest and told me as they can't process my request due to choked network.in case, same scenario persist then airtel will refund my amount within 15 days.

                I want to make complaint against harender nagar.
                Kindly take necessary action.

                  My airtel sim is not working since 3 days. I went to the service centre of my city but they denied to look into the request because the had a weak network in their server. I am unable to talk to customer care as well as the service provider is also not helping me with any help.
                  I have written emails to the head office, nodal officer but have not gt any positive response yet.

                      We have been using airtel broadband and mobile phone numbers for a very long time now and in march 2020, we decided to switch to the new one airtel plan of rs.1999 plus gst which includes fiber broadband connection, our mobile phone numbers and airtel xstream dth. They were supposed to change our billing plan right after we requested to switch our plans. Instead they didn't inform us about any changes and started charging us extra on our previous plans and after two months of back and forth with the airtel store nearby they finally changed the bills. This time they've charged us a whooping amount of 4455 and they claim we have payments due from the previous month. Our bank statements show that all payments have been cleared. It clearly is their fault and they are charging us extra for no reason at all. And they even have different reasons everytime we contact the customer care. We have been trying to have this resolved for months now and nothing is being done.

                                My sim card got blocked by mistake and i used up all my tries trying to unlock it. I typed in 00000000 as the puk code it worked but asked for the pin code whcih i typed but it asked for verification of the same code i typed it but it said code error. Pls help me. I need my phone desperately. My number is [protected]

                                  I cannot make outgoing calls nor incoming calls. I have some tax filings which are on hold because the no. Can't be activated and otp on that number has been suspended. I have had made a recharge but the company did not abled their services. I have reached out to their gallery, they asked me to pay 2000 bucks to get it restarted. (Ulhasnagar 5 gallery). What kind of loot is this? I have made a recharge and they haven't abled the services for the same, and the gallery ppl ask more money - for what?

                                    I was using my sim since 4 years and suddenly i went to abroad recently and i couldn't use my airtel sim. I was recharging every month with 47/- with 28 days validity. One day suddenly, my sim stopped receiving messages and i contacted airtel showroom. Airtel guys said, sim got de-activated. This is very weird thing, even i was keep recharging everymonth, my sim got de-activated. Now to isue a new sim, they are asking me to come to india and give thumb impressions. How is it possible to travel this much long distance for a sim card. I even sent email to airtel customer care to authorize my wife for taking duplicate sim card. No response received from airtel. I am feeling bad why i choose airtel. It is very bad in service.

                                        I had recharged my airtel dth monthly plan via debit card and amount of ₹ 340 was deducted from my bank account. But when i saw in airtel thanks app it shows me that transaction was failed & yet i didn't received any msg regarding cash back or recharge.
