poor disconnecting services on airtel broadband

I am shifting from vizag to another place in odisa. I want to disconnect my broadband but there is no airtel stores opebed near to me and not able to call 121 to deactivate. Now they are saying to pay the charges or bill. But why i should i pay if i am not here and not using tge services. Even though tried to disconnect my services....

Wrong recharge amount done

Sir, today by mistake i recharged two numbers airtel prepaid [protected] and [protected] with the amount of 99 each where as the offer was for 98.. Pls do the needful and refund the money or if adjustable pls readjust it for the 98 rs recharge...

low internet speed for airtel 4g at thodupuzha. idukki, kerala

It was informed that a new tower was setup near this region on 23/06/202, after which the speed seemed to reduce significantly. Kindly take this issue into consideration asap, as our work and studies are affected heavily.

As i am an employee following work from home policy it is a requirement that an internet speed of minimum 3mbps is required and for the past one month it was fine. Now the speed is constantly below 1 mbps....

Amount debited but transaction failed

In airtel app i recharge throw netbaming but amount debited but transaction failed... Check and do the needful.....

I disconnected airtel for very bad network connection with not service and informed them by email, phone, text messages during lockdown and went in person after lockdown but they are still billing me every month. All my attempts to call them are futile. Please help and advise....

I want to stay the installation process of mobile tower besides my house. As it is mandatory to install it at 50 metres distance from the residensal area. Although it is also harmful for a pregnant women. So please stop this installation process....

Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 379 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

Next using 'paytm' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 1149 and pack for next 1 year.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Phone pe) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

Account debited but recharge not done

Hi, i recharged prepaid no [protected] on 15 june 2020 with rs 598. My account was debited but recharge was unsuccessful. Details received by sms that amount was credited to airtelin. [protected]@axisbank upi[protected]. Further my bank has confirmed that the amount was credited to airtel hdfc upi master login, account no ending with xxxxxxxx1465, ifsc code utib0001507, vpa - airtelin. Rzp.@axisbank. money got deducted but recharge failed. refund amount not received yet

Hi team,

I had and old version of airtel app where it showed one of the recharge amount as rs 448. When i selected that, amount got debited from my account but recharge failed. I have not received any refund or a statement stating the refund details.

Then i updated the app and the rs 448 amount was no longer available. So i recharged with a different pack.

unauthorized mobile tower at residential area

Address:Plot D-216/3 Central block Dilshad Garden, near pocket M 17 A5

Radiation from the mobile tower getting causing diseases... I would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residing and self in the area near the address mentioned above against the installation and functioning of mobile phone towers installed on the said address and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.. I recharged my number by my airtel app. There was an offer of 448, i choose that but after recharge money deducted from my bank account to airtel, then it shows there is no offer for 448 recharge so the recharge was unsuccessful, and said to wait for 2 hours. Its been 2 days still i didn't get my money....

the amount is deducted but the recharge has not done.
