Dear airtel,

I am taking the new broadband yesterday (13th july 2020) from airtel store.
Location: kapadia ind estate, chakala, videocon building, shop no 1, 2, andheri - kurla rd, andheri east, mumbai, maharashtra 400093.

I have already visited the store twice after multiple call-in call-center stating the issue.

Issue: the internet is not working. Giving a speed of 0.05mbps. (Technically less than 3g in 4g and 5g services).

Either you provide the service or request you to process with the refund and cancel the subscription.

    I am from new vikas colony, srinagar road pauri, pauri garhwal. Sir/ madam airtel data not running properly since 4 days.. Due to this online classes of our children are effeced as well as i am unable to attand my online art classes.. There are too much disturbance while connecting net.. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.. We are happy customer of airtel.. But facing this problem since 4 days..

      We had applied for a broadband service from airtel, where we had took the 100 mbps 799/month rental plan. The agent arrived, and had introduced a better plan. He gave us a 5.3k for 6 months plan with a speed of 60-80 mbps. He also said that we could cancel at any point of time in that 6 months.

      We agreed, and when we bought it, we had seen that the speed was 4mbps and not 60
      (He lied), so we wanted to issue a refund.

      He had said the refund is going to be there in 45 days. We are still trying to call him but he's not responding. Is there any way to directly complain to airtel about this agent?

      More than this, i want to cancel and have the refund as soon as possible please.

        I accidently recharged prepaid plan for wrong number i want a 3gb per day plan but i ended up having a 1.5gb per day. How can i transfer the plan from my number to another

          I have done a payment to add the amount in airtel money using the airtel upi in the last saturday.
          The payment was successful but not reflecting in my airtel money account. The vpa is airtelmoney. [protected]@icici and the transaction is[protected]
          Transaction time 11 july 2020 06:45 pm and the amount are 570.

            From last 2 months internet is not working properly. I have recharged rs 598 for 84 days. But airtel services are very poor. Many times i have complained at airtel customer care but no result till today.

              I am using airtel sim past 13 years but now suddenly my no is coming out of service from past two hours even i am not able to contact customer care no i did once but once again i tried it will not connecting even i am not able to send message and u sing internet just i am afraid about was my sim was hacked or something went wrong please help me out this just i am submitting this for i cannot face foether problem becoz of this its just that prof of i am genuine

              My problem was sort out but how its done i don’t know one thing i am not blaming the network operator just if i was being in any emergency case whta shuld i do so i please fix it for the next time dint get such type of issues its just an request, thank u.

                Though i recharged my prepaid account it's not showing the amount and always alerting me that my pack is expiring. What the hell is it? Even i recharged my account i'm unable to use the services. Its creating very inconvenient situation.

                  I am using an airtel number [protected] since many years. There was a network issue and i complained mANY TIMEs but the issue was not resolved and hence i decided to port out from airtel. When i sent message for port out, i received a call from retention team and the executive gave me an offer of bill amount under 200 rs and the officer assured me that they will resolve my network complaint as soon as possible. The network issue was not resolved and the discount given to me was also removed and i got a high amount of bill for which i complained and airtel told me that the offer was given to me for only 1 year. I asked them to listen to the call recording as i was not told for this. I complained mANY TIMEd to CUSTOMER care but no satisfactory response was given to me. In spite of this, airtel has hired executives who do not know English and they were unable to understand what i have sent to them on email and what i am complaining about. I sent email to appellate authority but the executives there are more ### who repeated the same thing and they did not check anything, I paid 1500 rs which was the legal amount and the rest invalid amount i complained to waive off which they did not. They also suspended my number which i was using for so many years. I am facing a loss because of Airtel and they don't even bother to call me to understand the issue. I gave them my another number to get in touch with me but they did not.

                    At start network wad awesome but now its so worst i m unable to work from home. I pay 600 rs monthly to airtel.. Whenever i call airtel care they told me my problems will solve within 5-10 working days. From march month till network is so worst icnt play single videos on youtube also. All fake advertisement showing ontv. Take strict action on airtel

                        Yesterday after recharging my internet data, i tried to browse the net but whenever i hit enter instead of taking me to the site a web page with this "one. Airtel.in/rcconf" keeps popping up. Another interesting thing i noticed is that sometime i can browse the webpage of youtube and google for a short period of time and at the same time i notice the network icon is notifying that there is no network. It looks like some kind of proxy or something. Please look into this matter at the earliest and i don't trust it because there are a lot or scammers out there

                                I have requested for airtel post paid to pre paid connection one moth ago. They were keep on saying need address and asked to submit near by airtel show room. But they are not are not aware of that how to /under which catagery need to collect. I have explained to them.

                                Last week they said we are considering your first address proof submission and we make conversation.

                                But today after bill generation thye are again saying they same.' i have requsted them call mutliple times but no repone

                                  This complaint is just to create an awareness among the mobile users.
                                  And the purpose is to alert those customer who want to switch to airtel nw from other nws.

                                  I ported my vodafone postpaid sim to airtel postpaid sim (Plan 499) on 8th jul (Requested on 6th jul).

                                  I moved from vodafone to airtel with an assumption that the data connectivity would be good.
                                  Vodafone has very good voice quality but because of moderate data connectivity, i thought of switching to airtel.

                                  I received multiple messages to my mobile no before porting that airtel 4g nw is active near to my home with exact locations also.
                                  Even the link-https://gadgets.ndtv.com/telecom/news/airtel-platinum-priority-4g-network-p...
                                  As well as the advertisement prompted me to switch to airtel.

                                  But after switching to airtel my problem becomes manifold - in terms of poor voice quality and data nw.
                                  Currently i am working from home and i am not able to take care my office work properly.
                                  But below are pain points for me within 1 day of availing the service:

                                  1-i was with vodafone 299 plan and now 499 airtel plan.
                                  2-if i compare vodafone is far better wrt voice and data nw
                                  3-nw is keep on fluctuating with airtel where it was stable with vodafone
                                  4-call is not continuous and gets disconnected during the call
                                  5-nw data strength is too week

                                  Before porting to airtel i visited the nearest airtel store and they explained me that with 499 postpaid plan i will be treated as platinum customer and data quality will be too good.
                                  I visited another nearest store and even got the same feedback and hence convinced to switch from vodafone to airtel.

                                  After that i am suffering each day with voice call and data quality.
                                  Not able open a web page-newspaper and not able to view a image from whatsup.
                                  Such is the experience with airtel nw.
                                  If this continues then allow me to port my no back to vodafone or reliance jio.

                                  Final a complaint i registered on 10th jul and it says that expected date of resolution is 18th jul.

                                  No comments received from Airtel through SMS, Email, Call or updating here itself.
                                  This shows how Airtel is treating their customers.
                                  I feel only good advertisements will not increase the brand value.

                                    I had recharge my airtail no. For rs.449 and payment made successful but not not recharge my airtel no. And amount deducted from my account. Hence it is requested to refund said amount in same bank account.

                                      Whenever i am trying to call any of the jio number it is said that the "the dialed number is incorrect".
                                      What kind of new scam is this from scamster airtel? Fix it as soon as possible.
