My name is himanshu singh, i recently ported to airtel from jio and yesterday night it started working but till now first recharge wasn't done by the airtel store, rajapur, prayagraj. I understand that due to lockdown shops are closed but he isn't even picking up the call and i have already given him first recharge money and already informed him 2 days before when there wasn't a lockdown that exactly when and at what time my new airtel sim will be activated and when you need to recharge but still after knowing everything i didn't got any response and when i called airtel customer care then they told me that they don't have any contact number of their own store, did they ever heard database thing which is used to keep a lot of things like these, so that they can use it whenever they need it, i am very angry from airtel,  today i got ported to airtel and you are showing me behaviour like this, i think it's better to stay in jio only, atleast they have automatic recharge system when your sim gets activated and packs are cheaper too.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It's been 2 months but no action against the complaint.
Please do the needful airtel team please.
