I had registered a complaint in consumercomplaintscourt.com on 08.06.2020 regarding non-receipt of refund of a duplicate payment in connection with airtel xstream fiber with digital application form no.[protected]. As a mistake from my side, i provided my mobile no. Also along with the complaint text.in the evening i received a call from one mr. Deepak kumar and he himself introduced as a representative of customer care center of airtel....

I have recharged my airtel digital tv with customer id ([protected]) through upi (Scanning qr code on tv) with rs. 360 vide transaction id p2006111926409471778281on dtd. 11/6/2020 (Refer attached)
The money got debited from my account instantly but i neither got notification from airtel nor the balance reflected on my digital tv account.
I was unable to view any channels, so again i have to recharge thru other means to view channels.br...

On monday 8/6/2020. Airtel took money for installation of broadband through a link stating that the broadband connection will be done and till now they havent done that and not even returned the money.
Please return my money amounts to 3000 approx or else i need to take strict action against you...

Intro : i use a prepaid plan with 3 gb/day data limit (Rs 558). It works excellent.

The story :

My plan was to expire on[protected] but i recharged a day before on[protected] just to get the per day data. (Earlier i have recharged before the actual expiry date)

But this time after recharging a day before expiry my daily data instead of reallocating it was stuck at zero.

Airtel prepaid money deducted from bank but recharge unsuccessful.
Its been 24 hours still i didnt get my refund....

I have an airtel dth connection. As we know based upon recent trai regulations we need to select a plan and then recharge our account with money. Once the amount is over then we would need to recharge. If the connection is continuous then there is no issue with dth but if we recharge after a gap of 2-3 days then airtel charge idle maintenance fee of 15 rupees. There is no mention of the same anywhere in airtel website or airtel ap. Also if...

I have recharged for [protected] amounting to inr.598 through online on 10th june'2020. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account.

My sim card is not working from last 5 days.. I registered complaint 1000 times and i was suggested to take a new sim from the store and was assured that services will resume in 24 hours... It has been more than 48 hours also still it is not activated... I registered 1000 complaints calls but they didn't respond and resolve my problem.. As my all bank accounts are linked with the number i am not able to send or access my accounts at all. ...

Worst service i had ever seen. How lazy the employees are even dont have sence on customer, no manager no contact number no official email id 😔 and what they are working for better to swap in another network....

I raised a request for New Xtreme FiberNet service on 7-Jun-2020 and got a call from your sales team (Umesh Mobile number: [protected]). They said my apartment is having feasibility and they sent the person (Manoj Mobile Number: [protected]) to collect the documents and the payment on 7-Jun-2020.

The person took my photo, document photos into a digital form app on his mobile phone and after that I got an Airtel Payment link to...

My sim card suddenly stopped working so i went to the airtel store in my city (Hoshangabad) and the asked me to pay 100₹ fir a duplicate sim card and later when i confirmed with the customer care the charges were 25₹ and they are doing same with everyone. Please take an action against them....

1. My mob no is [protected].
2. I tried to contact a local mob no 99900xxxxx at 0918 and 0925 hrs today (Ie 10 may 2020). The call was not processed by airtel citing no balance as the reason. On checking the balance, i find that i have adequate balance on prepaid pkg wwwwwwwwith unlimited calls and validity upto 01 nov 2020
3. Please clarify....

1. Visited airtel office near varuna bridge, varanasi on 9th june 2020 for upgrade of sim 2g to 4g on the request of airtel at about 1:00pm.

2. They charged me 30 rupees where as the airtel claims that it's free.

3. On coming home got a sms that document validation failed and asked me to contact the point of sale again without telling me what's wrong or else i would have gone there prepared.

I was not getting any network. I also changed my sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot got signal for 5mins then, i received a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting, again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly....

I've been chasing for a bill since last month or so for a newly procured broadband connection, the customer care is in covid-19 with no accountability...
