    1. Recently i returned from the us and registered a request on the thanks app to convert my prepaid number to postpaid. This was on sunday, june 28.

    2. I was called by a representative to confirm my address and was told that someone will be visiting my house the next day

    3. Nobody's visited yet and since monday morning (June 30th), i have had no service on my phone. This obviously means that i can't call 121. I tried using another person to talk to a customer care rep but it just tells me to 'register' my complaint on the thanks app.

    4. So, i got on the thanks app. Went into 'help and support' 'browse help topics' 'data and network' 'i am unable to make or receive calls' click here to diagnose the issue'. It prompts me to choose between options all of which apply and eventually asks me if i am in a problematic area which i am not. There are people around me using airtel. And when i say 'no', it shows an error.

    . I am a working professional and need to use my phone. Please fix my service asap.

      I had airtel broadband connection which i disconnected on 11th nov, 2019. I paid advance money for 6 month under arp, but havent got my remaining money (Rs 3375.4) back yet. Have been following up with airtel customer care and twitter regularly but they are just playing around.
      First they said that cheque has been sent to me but i never received any cheque, post sending my bank account statement, airtel asked me to send me account details to initiate online transaction. After providing all details, airtel replied back that, they have initiated online transaction but i still didnt get any money back in my account. On following up airtel again asked me to send bank account statement and confirmation from my bank regarding no amount is credited in my account. I provided all this and they said they will repeat online transaction again. But still i dint receive any money. I have provided them my recent bank account statements also but now airtel is not replying at all.
      I am mentally tired chasing them and airtel is just playing around. Its been 7 months now and i want my money back and there should be penalty imposed on airtel for treating customers like this.

          Dear sir my self khet singh, my mobile number is [protected] it have the validity up to 30th july. But it is rejected by airtel. I am contacted the customer care they told me to upgrade the sim to 4g, but sim already in 4g. Please help to activate my sim.

          Complaint is not solved because the SIM is not working still. If any SIM is damaged mobile show insert the sim but in this case mobile show registration faild, this is sure that the company block my SIM.

            Hi,
            One of my airtel sim is not showing any signal since last friday. I've tried to call 121 from my other airtel number but there is no option to contact customer care. I tried using airtel thanks app but it asks for otp. Now since there is no network i'm not getting any messages. How am i supposed to enter otp? This is weird how one of my sim is working but not the other. I've tried swapping, inserted the sim in another phone, troubleshooting, and everything but nothing works. Please resolve this as it is my main number.
            Note: i have both my cell numbers recharged with the same pack.

                  Airtel did not provide the network and wants me to pay the entire bill and because of them i lost my job also in these difficult times. They have disconnected my phone now and they were not able to provide network since 23rd march 2020.

                  I am already into lot of problems and in these difficult times they are harrasing me mentally.

                  I want compensation for the loss i had to bear because of airtel.

                      I have complaint on airtel networking issue against reference # c4gsp[protected] and got confirmation will be resolved by end of may 2020, and know we are on 30th june, no action taken.

                          We have given the cheque of the bill on june 3rd to the airtel excutive. And amount got debited on 11th of june.. Till today on june 30, we dint get outgoing and incoming facility. And excutives keep on calling to pay the bill and harasing they will go for a legal action if we wont pay, rather updating the systems they are calling, its been more than 15 days payment not yet updated in there systems. If it is not yet updated by the end of the day we will take legal action on airtel, and whom are calling and harrasing for payment..

                              I had lost my sim and that's why i deactivated my number couple of days ago.

                              Yesterday i went to airtel store and i requested them to give me duplicate sim so that i can use same number.

                              They assured me that the sim will start working within 4 hours. More than 24 hours gone and still my sim is not activated.

                              The number of sim is - [protected]

                              This number is not activated yet, there is no tower signal showing in my phone.

                              There is also no customer support on 121 and 198 number. We are unable to talk with any executive and also not getting solution on email

                              This is really very harsh experience

                                With offer of flate rs40 cashback on wallet if i recharge rs698 with airtel upi, and as follows i am recharge this number with airtel upi of rs 698 but there is no cashback receive on my wallet, so please give cashback

                                  Hi team

                                  I am using airtel broadband servies number-[protected].
                                  My renewal date was 26th june'20 and it is absolutely shocking that till now (As on 30th june'20) it is showing that i have used 64gb of data which is absouktely riduculous. This means 12gb a day which i havent used at all. I have only used my company websites and 2 laptops are used. Thats it. No downloads at all.

                                  This needs to be taken seriously as airtel is taking advantage of the current situation and this is called absolute cheating.

                                    Everytime i make a recharge for airtel data pack and connect it to my laptop for wifi connection it doesn't work. Shows the same pop up one. Airtel.in. Resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Realyy disappointed with airtel connection. Never felt this kind of trouble with my 7 years of connection with this server.

                                        I recharged my mob[protected] on 28/06/2020 for validity of 28 days. Previous validity was upto 28/06/2020. So the new pack should be valid upto 26/07/2020. But airtel gave validity up to 25/07/2020. That is airtel started new pack from 28/06/2020.
                                        It means airtel is cheating non suspecting customers who recharge before the expiry of current validity. If one recharges 2-3 days prior to expiry or on expiry date itself, he is sure to be cheated by airtel.
