I had airtel broadband connection which i disconnected on 11th nov, 2019. I paid advance money for 6 month under arp, but havent got my remaining money (Rs 3375.4) back yet. Have been following up with airtel customer care and twitter regularly but they are just playing around.
First they said that cheque has been sent to me but i never received any cheque, post sending my bank account statement, airtel asked me to send me account details to initiate online transaction. After providing all details, airtel replied back that, they have initiated online transaction but i still didnt get any money back in my account. On following up airtel again asked me to send bank account statement and confirmation from my bank regarding no amount is credited in my account. I provided all this and they said they will repeat online transaction again. But still i dint receive any money. I have provided them my recent bank account statements also but now airtel is not replying at all.
I am mentally tired chasing them and airtel is just playing around. Its been 7 months now and i want my money back and there should be penalty imposed on airtel for treating customers like this.
