Airtel has provided an offer in recharge of life insurance with recharge now the problem started airtel — http://one.airtel.in/rcconf redirect issue after recharge even from my browser iam not able to delete this webpage airtel — http://one.airtel.in/rcconf
Tried all clear cache cookies clear browsing history but still i face this issue. Even store apps not working nor website

I have also mailed to Airtel Nodal Desk about the same & its more than 48 Hrs but I didn't heard anything from them till today[protected], As there is no response from airtel.

      Just now Rs. 250.78 were spent on card 1649 on 01-JUL-20 at www.airtel.in (PGSI) and I don't know why. This is new and weird

        There is an airtel junction box in front of my house. I am not able to park my car and this has been a daily issue. I request airtel to shift that junction box.
        This issue is in Sector 4, Gurugram, Haryana.

          Today when i enabled my father sim card because internet is not working properly.. After that i switched on the sim card my network is out of service i hope you can fixed this number [protected] immediately.

              This is bhargav from hyderabad.

              Last month i applied for a plan change from 699 plan to 999 plan as i wanted an increase in the broadband speed.

              To upgrade my plan, airtel must change my router box and give me the confirmation that the plan is upgraded but there is no such thing from airtel.

              Airtel didn't change my router box, didn't increase my wifi speed but still they have charged me with 999 plan this month, when i have questioned them, they are simply saying it is my mistake that i didn't complain to them regarding the box change issue and speed issue.

              I've explained the whole thing to an airtel agent (Venkata ramana) who called me regarding the delay in bill payment, he is simply saying i have to pay the bill at any cost after listening to my explanation.

              Please update my bill to 699 plan, so that i can pay my bill.

                As i had deposited the my father's kyc and death certificate dated 18.06.2020, instead of this company had issued the number to someone else dated 25th june 2020.

                Request you to please help me out to retain the same number[protected] anyhow.

                  Dear team,
                  I am using airtel broadband rs 1098 rental plan which was upgraded few months back from rs 895.45. The data speed and performance was supposed to be increased but the performance is really very poor it deteriorated further.
                  Since past 15 days the performance is horrible. We complained also, and it was informed that there is some problem with the cable line (To be digged and resolved) which will be fixed in next 24 hrs but it took 3 long days for its correction ie we could not use broadband for 3 complete days hoping things will improve. It being weekend could manage through mobile data packs.

                  But now again the same problem of intermittent tripping is continuing. I am working and i need to take sessions. Also, my two children are attending their classes online. This continuous trippage is really disturbing us and for me its causing bad impression amongst my participants.

                  Please look into the matter diligently and resolve it asap.

                  To be specific today 1st july 20202, between 11.00 am to 12.30 pm 4-5 times the network got tripped. Message coming oops something went wrong/ no internet connect, reconnecting etc.

                  My problem has now become fierce as recently i have ported my mobile sim also from jio to airtel (For prepaid to post paid service) and even in mobile the data connectivity is below par. Even when i try to switch to mobile data the problem continues.

                  Must be some technical problem at tower level. Please resolve asap else i need to switch my broadband and mobile to some other service provider.
                  The earliest you resolve the better it is. As it is effecting my job performance.

                  If it is not resoled asap i have to consider switching to some other service provider.

                    I have made payment for airtel broadband on 7th may, 2020 for a sum of rs. 589/-. This amount did not get reflected in the account and they disconnected my services.in spite of repeated calls, they did not restore my services even with proof of payment.

                    Transaction id[protected]

                    As internet is vital to continue working, i made a payment in cash on 4th june to restore my services on the assurance of customer care that they will refund the original amount of rs.589/-.

                    Requesting help to please get this amount refunded.

                            1. Recently i returned from the us and registered a request on the thanks app to convert my prepaid number to postpaid. This was on sunday, june 28.

                            2. I was called by a representative to confirm my address and was told that someone will be visiting my house the next day

                            3. Nobody's visited yet and since monday morning (June 30th), i have had no service on my phone. This obviously means that i can't call 121. I tried using another person to talk to a customer care rep but it just tells me to 'register' my complaint on the thanks app.

                            4. So, i got on the thanks app. Went into 'help and support' 'browse help topics' 'data and network' 'i am unable to make or receive calls' click here to diagnose the issue'. It prompts me to choose between options all of which apply and eventually asks me if i am in a problematic area which i am not. There are people around me using airtel. And when i say 'no', it shows an error.

                            . I am a working professional and need to use my phone. Please fix my service asap.

                              I had airtel broadband connection which i disconnected on 11th nov, 2019. I paid advance money for 6 month under arp, but havent got my remaining money (Rs 3375.4) back yet. Have been following up with airtel customer care and twitter regularly but they are just playing around.
                              First they said that cheque has been sent to me but i never received any cheque, post sending my bank account statement, airtel asked me to send me account details to initiate online transaction. After providing all details, airtel replied back that, they have initiated online transaction but i still didnt get any money back in my account. On following up airtel again asked me to send bank account statement and confirmation from my bank regarding no amount is credited in my account. I provided all this and they said they will repeat online transaction again. But still i dint receive any money. I have provided them my recent bank account statements also but now airtel is not replying at all.
                              I am mentally tired chasing them and airtel is just playing around. Its been 7 months now and i want my money back and there should be penalty imposed on airtel for treating customers like this.

                                  Dear sir my self khet singh, my mobile number is [protected] it have the validity up to 30th july. But it is rejected by airtel. I am contacted the customer care they told me to upgrade the sim to 4g, but sim already in 4g. Please help to activate my sim.

                                  Complaint is not solved because the SIM is not working still. If any SIM is damaged mobile show insert the sim but in this case mobile show registration faild, this is sure that the company block my SIM.

                                    Hi,
                                    One of my airtel sim is not showing any signal since last friday. I've tried to call 121 from my other airtel number but there is no option to contact customer care. I tried using airtel thanks app but it asks for otp. Now since there is no network i'm not getting any messages. How am i supposed to enter otp? This is weird how one of my sim is working but not the other. I've tried swapping, inserted the sim in another phone, troubleshooting, and everything but nothing works. Please resolve this as it is my main number.
                                    Note: i have both my cell numbers recharged with the same pack.
