Hi, i recharged prepaid no [protected] on 15 june 2020 with rs 598. My account was debited but recharge was unsuccessful. Details received by sms that amount was credited to airtelin. [protected]@axisbank upi[protected]. Further my bank has confirmed that the amount was credited to airtel hdfc upi master login, account no ending with xxxxxxxx1465, ifsc code utib0001507, vpa - airtelin. Rzp.@axisbank. Since the account recharge failed i put money in airtel wallet and recharged with rs 20 and 249 which was successful. Can you please refund the wrongly debited amount. The airtel wallet that was used for this recharge is for a postpaid no [protected]. Please check.
