Me and my wife both operate mobile with airtel sim. For the last 15 days we are observing that since morning the speed of internet goes very much down. We are not able to open any video or get down loaded any app etc. We both opted for airtel after discontinuing jio sim, due to it's poor performance. As we find that your tower is only at 50 m from our house, we expact an excellent network but it is not happening.
If the problem persists for a long, we would be compelled to drop your service and opt for some other operator.

    My customer id is [[protected]] of airtel digital tv not working in a proper manners, it has been a problem with "automatic changes of channel" and with a continuous blinking of below line of channel no. & name and change it automatically from yesterday night dated 25.6.2020 i have tried so many times to complaint it at toll free no. [[protected]] but there is no response from other side and it disconnected automatically. Please contact me at my registered mobile no. And do the needful. Thnx..

      The airtel sanctioned/extended post paid family corp cug 20 plans @ 499+18% gst monthly on parents/prime mobile no. [protected] and @ 399+18% gst p. A. On 3 child's mobile no.'s [protected], 26 & 27 by duly taking of advance money up to 28.06.20 on 3 child's no. @ rs. 399/- + 18% gst total rs. 1413/- (471 x3= 1413, 471 of each no. S) for 1 years up to 28.06.20.in which total usage 1620 minutes std+ local calls, 200 sms and 10 gb data allowed per months for the utilizations on any mobile no.'s.

      We are utilising plans very well up to january 2020. Suddenly we have received huge bills of rs. 1009.69/- dated 24.01.20 for pes. 23.12.19 to 22.01.20 by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 356.87/- + 18% gst?

      I have represented against illegally and wrongfully generated bills. Airtel concerned officials corrected the bills in accordance with sanctioned/ extended plans and i have paid rs. 618/- on due date 12.02.20.

      Same was also again happened in the next generated bills dated 24.02.20 for rs. 1, 161.04/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 484.96/- + 18% gst? I have paid rs. 572.22/- on due date as per corrected by airtel.

      Again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.03.20 for amounting rs. 1, 154.90/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 479.70/- + 18% gst but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have paid rs. 600/- on due dates against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-.

      Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.04.20 for amounting rs. 1614.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 298.60/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and previous illegal balance rs.554.90/- but not corrected even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 12.05.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/-. Total excess amounts rs 22/-

      Same was again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.05.20 for amounting rs. 1408.10/- by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 21.80/- + 18%, illegally late payment fee rs.100=18% gst and also added previous illegal balance after adjustments rs.338.42/- but not corrected the entire bills even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on due dates 11.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Instead of credited the amounts against payments of my mobiles bill they have not credited nor returned in my banks. Total excess amounts rs 33/- has been paid.

      Same was also again airtel generated illegal and wrongfully bills dated 24.06.20 for amounting rs. 1868.40/- without crediting of duly received rs.600/- through airtel payments bank on 11.06.20, by extra wrongfully added o[censored]sage charges rs. 338.47/- + 18%, and also added previous illegal balance rs. 1408.22/- after adjustments rs.529.94/- but not corrected the entire bills nor credited the duly received rs.600/- of transection dated 11.06.20 even after my repeated representation? I have again paid rs. 600/- on 24.06.20 against due 499+! 8 gst total 589/- by excess amounts of rs. 11/- through airtel payment bank. Total excess amounts rs 44/- already have been paid for the adjustments of my bills up to 28.06.20 in accordance with my plans sanctioned/extended by airtels up to 28.06.20.

      It is therefore requested to please issue instruction to concerned airtel officials for the corrections of illegally and wrongfully generated bills dated 24.03.20, 24.04.20, 24.05.20 and 24.06.20 for 4 pes i. E. W. E. F.23.02.20 to 22.06.20 in accordance with sanctioned/extended my plans by airtel himsel[censored]p to 28.06.20.

      Also requested for the crediting of duly received rs.600/- on 11.06.20 through airtel payment bank vide transactions no.[protected] dated 11.06.20 at 01.01 hrs.

      Airtel officials corrected their illegal and wrongfully generated bills and i have paid rs.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I am an airtel customer since 11 years. I have no complaints till now. But, since the last 5 months my internet speeds are 'pathetic'. I always use the phone on my bed after coming back from my work, suddenly my internet became slow one day and since then it remained slow. My download speeds are not more than 0.4 mbps now, 5 months back the download speed was approx 6 mbps. I don't know what went wrong.

          Hi,

          My mobile number is [protected], and i am an old customer of airtel. I have been living outside india in oman, for last few years and taken the free isd pack to keep my number active. However out of nowhere, for the month of may 2020, i was suddenly charged international roaming charges of 3000, 999 inr per day charges for 3 days in a row. I am not getting any response after i put up a complaint and simply asking me now to pay the bill charged. I need to get charges waived as first step and then use mobile number portability feature if available online to switch to another service provider.

            Network problem at basement

            From last many months we're having problem related to internet downstairs (Basement). Upper floors are getting good internet speed but i can't even send a single message downstairs. We already registered complaint and even contacted staff members too many times but no resolution came out from it.in our area most of the people have switched to another network and getting good response so my plan is also to transfer to another better network...

            I have booked airtel dth box online for my old father, since two days engineer is unable to install the connection, and harrasing my father, which is not tolerable, now engeering is saying that there is issue with my tv but we playing videcon d2h in its hdmi port and its working, engineer is asking for money, the worst customer service and fraud by airtel dth, harrasing my old father and mother, i need immediately response and dont want dth from airtel, providing such pathetic service, take your dth back and resfund my money immediately

              When i get my laptop connected by hotspot of mobile having airtel sim i can"t download anything. When i click on download button it shows one. Airtel.in and i got redirected.

                I have done a recharge for a airtel number today at 7.33 p.m using airtel thanks app and used amazon pay gateway and amount got deducted from my credit card but recharge failed.that transaction is not showing in transaction history of both airtel app and amazon pay app.when contacted amazon pay they asked me to contact airtel customer care.please let me know the status of the transaction.

                Please let me know when I will get refund

                      Our village in on telangana and maharashtra border. We don't have any network connectivity. To access mobile internet or even to make calls we have to move to atleast 1 kilometer from my village. There are around 6 villages in our area with no network connectivity.

                        You are using my daily data as your data reset timing is 11.30 pm and daily I lost my 500mb minimum data as yesterday's data is left on phone. Please reset your timing to 0.00am next day. As a student we have so many online lectures in this covid 19 situation so cope up with us. And give me my data. Otherwise I will have to complaint against you to higher authority.

                              Today i am going to complain about airtel. I am currently using it's daily 1.5gb data pack. Today i didn't used even 50% of my total pack limit. Roughly i have used 300-400mbs of data. When i started a download of 600mb just after downloading 300mbs of data it gave me the message that i have used up 90% of daily limit. According to my data pack 1350mb of data is 90% of data. I have used only 700mb or less. The company always send a message of 50%usage but today i didn't received any such message. Please help me. The company is doing wrong.

                                We applied for an airtel broadband connection in panchkula, haryana on 22.06.2020 (Application form no. [protected]. I had also made the payment for six months in advance but the person who came to us for further formalities of broadband connection is now delaying to provide us the broadband connection and it's been 4 days since we paid. Whenever we call him he used to give some excuse. We are in urgent need of connection. Please take immediate action.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  On 02/06/2020 I have recharged my mobile no [protected]. The amount got deducted from my Credit Card but the recharge was not successful. I have contacted the customer care service on 198 and they have intimated that they can see that there was an recharge of Rs. 349/- but that was not successful. They have asked me to wait for two hours and guided that if it is not reflecting then make a fresh recharge. The amount will returned back by 7 days. I have done second recharge of same amount on the same day accordingly. But till date my amount of first recharge which was not successful is not returned back to me.
                                  Kindly resolve the issue on priority basis.
