As the broadband service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection, i requested them to refund my amount. I, arup kumar sethy, holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of gurgaon, haryana. From past few days, i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable neither i can get help from customer care. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 200/- extra on my plan.
You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan.

According to me the billed amount is incorrect where connection was not in use a long time.
In the wake of covid 19, i have vacated my shop and not in a condition to pay this much of amount.

Apparently, they have suspended the services.

Request you to look into the matter and help me in getting this...

Airtel winner service activated in my phone without my knowledge and charged rs 214 in mar 2020 to apr 2020 billing and rs 239 in apr 2020 to may2020 bill. Request the airtel team to reduce this amount immediately...

I recharged my airtel prepaid number with 251 package for 50 gb data on 22-may-2020 vide transaction id[protected].
Though this transaction reflects in my airtel account, 50 gb data not credited to my number.
I have sent emails in this regard to airtel. Unfortunately no sr is getting generated.
If no sr, can’t even approach nodal or appellant authority.

I have recharged a wrong phone number through google pay on 21st may 2020 and i'm not a able to contact the operator or customer care through mail or call. I want to cancel this recharge and want refund as i already recharged the right number afterwards....

Currently i am using airtel and have subscribed a 3gb / day data plan. The problem is whenever i use 1.5 gb data the network speed gets super slow up to 3.00-4.00 kb/s but before that i get the speed around 300 kb/s. I worried how airtel compony has been fooling me from quite a log time period. This happens everyday to me....

My landline number is [protected] which also has an active internet connection.

This was a prepaid plan which i took by paying the advance rental of 6 months and it expired on 13th march 2020.

As it was a prepaid plan the services should have ended on 13th march 2020. But it did not and airtel fraudulently kept it active.
