          Dear Airtel,

          I am very sorry to inform you that 6 working days have been over and still no response from airtel service. I have complained on 1st june 2020 regarding unavailability of service error code B001.

          Every time i call customer care and they are telling our service man will visit you today. But no one is there to attend and resolve the problem. I have been fed up of calling customer care and lastly i found to take action.

          How can be so much delay in a premium paid service. And moreover i am being charged everyday @11 without availing the service.

                  Usually the daily data resets around 12am. But for the last 2 days, my daily data is not getting reset and it shows 0 gb. I still have my daily 2gb/unlimited pack validity for 20 more days. This is clear cheating by airtel.

                    I went to the airtel store to surrender my connection. After arguing a lot they issued a request id. But the request id was for technical service not for surrender. I visited d store again, to surrender it but they are not ready to take the surrender process. They gave me another i'd and said it wil be done. But nothing happened instead i am getting calls from their technical teams to resolve the connection problem. I clearly mentioned them that i want to surrender. Here are the two i'd generated by them

                    I just want to inform that. Today another representative of Airtel visited us and said that he is here to check any technical problems. According to him there is no surrender request taken by the Airtel. I told him I want to surrender the connection please assist me for that. But he has no idea of how to do that and asked me to dial 121 and do it but there is no such option given in 121. Could you please help me to surrender the connection. I don't want to pay unnecessary bills.

                        Problem-
                        I have registered an complaint of service fault in airteltv id [protected] connection dated 28/05/2020. It has been 7 days that i have been calling customer care and telling them about the problem that i have facing. Its really a pathetic situation that airtel is not helping their old customer during this lockdown. No service engineer is respond to our calls.
                        When i am calling them they are giving me fake assurance that they are sending people within few hours but they are not doing it.
                        I never expected this from airtel.

                        Resolution-
                        Kindly repair the fault in service by their people and refund the money which have been deducted dialy in this 7 days.

                              I paid rs. 2828 on 5-jun-2020 for booking of airtel broadband connection. Payment screen shot attached - transaction id and caf number.
                              The sales girl called me and said you have to pay first and then it will be installed on the same day within end of day. I paid on 12pm of 5 june 2020 and then they are not picking my calls and not answering on whatsapp.

                              As lockdown is going on i can't go outside and tell someone what is happening. I messaged today, i am yet to get the refund. I think it is a case of fraud where i can't even track status of my booking after paying rs.2828 in advance. 3 times i called customer care and they say there is no way we can track with any details mobile number, caf, transaction i'd.
                              Biggest shock is that there is no way of logging a complaint through the customer care number or portal/ my airtel account as there is no record of my payment.
                              I have been using airtel services from last 3.5 years and this is how they treat their customers.
                              Please look into it at the earliest as this is a serious process gap from airtel and how they fool their customers. Refund immediately.

                              From last 2 days I am getting scam calls on my number.
                              They are asking for my bank details.
                              Then they are asking for you to install one app QS in your mobile which is a teamviewer hacking app. Then you will get a UPI sms on your number then they will ask to forward this SMS to this [protected] number.
                              This Fraudsters are :

                              Request for Police to catch this fraudsters. They are taking data from this website.

                                Sir/madam,

                                On 18th may, 2020, i had requested to add an amount of rs.1310 for my airtel wallet (Contact no. [protected]) from my state bank of india account through airtel thanks app. But due to some technical/network issues, the transaction repeatedly failed multiple times, post which i tried from my laptop by logging in through www.airtel.in, which was successful. Immediately after the successful transaction, another transaction from my previous attempts through airtel thanks app also got through successfully, leading to duplicate transaction and double debit from my bank account (Screenshot attached). I tried to transfer the additional duplicate amount from airtel wallet to my bank account, but it is charging convenience fee for that transaction.

                                Please consider my plight and it's very unfortunate on my part amidst the current adversities throughout the world due to covid-19, which has affected everybody, directly or indirectly. Please arrange for refund of the amount to my bank account without the convenience fees. I would be obliged and feel privileged being a loyal customer for over a decade. Your earliest action is highly solicited.

                                I have already emailed to airtel customer care and airtel ombudsman citing the aforementioned issue but no actions have been taken by them. Please consider this case and let me get back my hard-earned money without extra charges. Thanking you,

                                  Regarding the refund of my activation fees paid for broadband connection with you.

                                  On 5th june 2020 i have made the payment for broadband connection (See the below details). However, next day on 6th june 2020, one of your lead engineer came for the inspection and informed that the broadband service is not feasible in my area.                                       Issue of signal loss of airtel dish tv since 18may. Complaint given to customer care but no responce from airtel digital.
                                      After submitting complaint, service engineer call & only ask for address. Very poor service by airtel. Till now no one service engineer visited to site. Customer care is giving only service engineer number. But nobody is giving responce. From 18 may i am not able to view tv. I am asking to return my deposit & money, so i can purchase another dish tv. I have already purchased yearly package.

                                      Pls help required in this matter.
