    On 4th june 2020, i started doing my recharge with net banking for 548 rupees plan.in the last phase of the transaction, i clicked ok and suddenly the transaction failed and money i. E. 548 rupees got debited instantly and no recharge is done.
    Please help me with this

      From last 5 years we are Facing Huge Network Problem in our Room and Area ..both indoor and Outdoor Network is totally Disappeared we are using Operator Connection but not getting the service

      Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the Call Facilities and Data Facilities..many problem we are facing

      Can't communicate with family members relatives ...even in Emergency we can't call ambulance, Doctor and Hospital To do the Treatment on time due to No Network

      It is humble request to Higher Authorities of Complaint Department..Plz Registered the Complaint of Network Coverage and Send the Network Team and RF TEAM Engineer to Resolve the issue and

        Date:- 04 jun 2020 greetings of the day, i would like to know why do you create such hidden clauses in your pages. I will explain today what happened with me saw a new offer from airtel as work from home is a thing now i submitted my details on airtels website the response was quick as i left my details and selected packs and i received the call in next 30 minutes. The problem then started when the information was passed from machine to a human he said you'll have to keep a security of 6 or 3 months pack so if you're choosing 999 pack kepp 3000 as security and the charges for router was not free and then i mentioned what if i dont need for 3 months then he started talking exact words sir faltu batt kariye mat ek router ko lagane mai 10, 000 ka kharca aata hai and then when i heard this you could definitely feel the rudeness and i couldnt take this insult and started saying faltu kisko bol rahe ho yeh kaam hai apka aur yeh website par kahi nahi likha jo tum bata rahe ho. Came zero response and then the rudness started even more having hidden clause is still fine but the way he was talking was not done and i dropped the idea of airtel forever now his contact number is [protected] he didnt disclose his name but he is from bhiwadi rajasthan branch and contact is showing [connect world communication] kindly help regarding this asap

            No network in our village in dharuki frusted due to no network

            3 times airtel network team had visited in our village last time 2019 and planning team had also visited they had taken all drawing of tower installation all permission approved but after that it is has been stoped airtel rf team told us u contact company because further internal update we are not getting from company and work has been stoped

              I have raised the request on may 19, not able to catch signal by my dth and the problem was resolve on june 3 so kindly return back daily deducted charges during that period because service was not avail to me.

                I was facing internet problem in my number during the facing this problem, i had gone on customer service center where i requested to change my sim card and they said that you will have to pay 150 rs for the sim replacement and when i talked to the customer care they informed the valid charges is rs 25 only .. i said to him about the real charges which is rs 25 then he said (airtel center) that go there for the replacement where there you call

                  In covid-19 pandemic, where everyone including the govt. Of every nation is giving the different financial benefits to their users there the so called known name in the market airtel is looting the old customers.

                  This concern is regarding my broadband connection no.[protected]. From march to till date airtel is sending the increased bill as compare to the previous bills of 4 years. I have this connection since 4 years and they don't have the value of their trust worthy consumers.

                  I have a plan of 599/- with 18% tax where i am getting the following permanent benefits as promised by airtel team while taking the connection:
                  1. Discount of 200/- on base rent every months which means 399/- + 18% is my rent.
                  2. 40 gb data and 15 gb airtel surprise (That is too permanently applicable as per the promise made by airtel)
                  3. Speed of 16 mbps
                  4. Unlimited free national calling

                  What airtel did?
                  In past we got many calls from airtel to change the plan but we disagreed now on in the bill of feb to march they charged rs. 55/- extra without any reason.
                  Bill from march to april - they again added those 55 rs. Plus tax on that and they deleted the discount of rs. 200/- also.

                  I have raised many queries at [protected]@in. Airtel.com, nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com but its been 4 months i did not get the solution. They have not contacted me yet on my call even after requesting again and again.

                  I am stuck in oman due to covid-19 this was also written in the emails. Please go through the attached email. Several emails like that were sent to airtel but they did not respond well.

                  I was not informed or asked before removing the discount. Being a user i should know that what my rent would be, so that i can take a decision whether i want to continue that connection or not but raising the bills like this and ignoring the emails o[censored]sers will not be acceptable.

                    Myself ishan upadhaya and i am from patna, bihar. I recharged my airtel number from airtel app on 04/06/2020 about 2:47 pm for 598 (548 with 50rs. Discount) but it showed pending status and its not even in transaction history of the app but amount has been deducted from my account. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. My number is [protected]. I request you to see to this issue with urgency as this is my primary number and it might hinder me academically and financially.

                        I used airtel app to recharge an airtel number ([protected]) for rs.2398 via google pay. But the amount got debited and no recharge done. No confirmation message came. Nothing from airtel side. I called customer care and i asked he said no transaction happened in this number. Then where is my money went. I attach the screenshot of transaction details with this.

                              I've ported my no from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to make outgoing and receive incoming calls to my number. Poor customer service from airtel.

                                  I have recently ported my sim from vodafone to airtel. It's been a month i am facing this problem. There was not a single hour in the month in which i have received good network. Also i have called customer care several time. Guys are saying to wait at every call. They even tried and persuaded me to hang up the call. I have also talked to their senior executive and it's been more than a week. No improvements. No updates. Kindly consider my issue and help me with this as soon as possible.

                                    Your airtel mobile 8731* online recharge txn id * of rs 98.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

                                    The recharge request has been made but it hasn't been credit on my airtel number.
                                    Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have been using airtel 4g hotspot wifi since 2015 and the speed was so good both in my chennai and pondicherry residence. But the network speed is very poor since a year back after jio's launch. Couple of times i raised this concern to airtel but the replied with standard answer to that they are working on a fix but no improvement. I was in parallel using act fibre optic network in chennai residence. But, during this lockdown i'm struck in pondicherry and i have to use airtel portable hotspot. Couldn't even attend a single conf video call without a network issue.. Very poor network.. Signal varies with 1 or 2 network tower in the hotspot dashboard..
