Hi team,

Regarding the refund of my activation fees paid for broadband connection with you.

On 5th june 2020 i have made the payment for broadband connection (See the below details). However, next day on 6th june 2020, one of your lead engineer came for the inspection and informed that the broadband service is not feasible in my area. Hence, he has not provided broadband connection to me.

Kindly refund my payment made for the broadband connection asap, so that i can try with other service providers.

    Hi i have recently port my number to airtel, after porting my number i got 5rs balance for 1 day. But after that not able to recharge my number from any online platform even from airtel website and mobile app. Is there any frc recharge i need to do then please inform me. My number is [protected]

      Issue of signal loss of airtel dish tv since 18may. Complaint given to customer care but no responce from airtel digital.
      After submitting complaint, service engineer call & only ask for address. Very poor service by airtel. Till now no one service engineer visited to site. Customer care is giving only service engineer number. But nobody is giving responce. From 18 may i am not able to view tv. I am asking to return my deposit & money, so i can purchase another dish tv. I have already purchased yearly package.

      Pls help required in this matter.

          I would like to make a compliant against about how they indulge in the un-ethical ways in doing their business.

          It appears airtel has recently made a policy change to calculate the due date from the billing date. It reduced the due date from 18 days to 12 days. Yes, you read it right, they made this strategic decision, in the midst of global economic crisis caused by corona. While the airtel is within its limits to change the due date policies, they should have allowed the customers to change their billing date such that they will be able to setup a date of their convenience. While i have paid my due amount, i have written an e-mail to them asking them to adjust the billing cycle such that the due date is restored to normal, however i have not received any reply.

          After a week, i received an automatic reply stating that they do not have customer service system in place due to the pandemic and they would not be able to assist me in my query. It is important to note that the automatic reply was sent after a week. I have only known cases of immediate automatic replies but in case of airtel, they take one full week to # whether an automatic e-mail can be sent or not.

          It is understandable that it is difficult to provide 100 percent customer service during this uncertain times, but why make such a policy change that affects the customers during this time and leave customers in confusion and with no options.

          This is not the correct way to do business.

              Twice i recharged my father's mobile on june 1st, and both the times the amount is deducted from bank account (Rs.379 each). Later in the airtel app, the recharges are shown as failed, however, even after 5 days, i have not received my refund. Please help me..

              Its been 7 days since I posted my complaint, will the company ever respond?

              Please help me with my request, its close to 800 bucks which need to be refunded to the failed transaction but the amount being deducted.

                Had to pay 100rs for getting a sim card replaced at the home store of airtel. When asked, they happened to mention it's the service charge and they charged less as they're in a hurry to leave after work. When demanded for a receipt they hesitated a little and said they could return the money if 100rs was such a big deal.

                  My query is related to some other number [protected]. Recharge reference no.[protected] &[protected]. (Pay by amazon balance ([protected]@gmail.com)

                  1st i see recharge on this number... Show pending & status-your money refund after 3days... Again i recharge on this number... Success but after 15 minutes show... Recharge success.
                  So. Please refund my money of 1st recharge.

                    I have recharged my no. ([protected]) on 2 june 2020 by using airtel website but till 5 june 2020 recharge is not done by the airtel. And my account is debited at the sane time by rupees 149 still i did not get my no. Recharged. So i want you to reslove my complaint as soon as possible and provide me the benefit of recharge or refund my money back.

                      My airtel prepaid connection just stopped working on 4th june 2020. As i woke up yesterday morning i noticed my phone wasn't getting a signal. It showed 'no signal' on the phone. So i tried calling the number and it said that the "number does not exist".

                      I contacted customer care who than informed me that the number was missing from their database. And it was deleted. So than i went to a airtel store near by. They checked the number and told me the same thing that there is no record of the number in their records.

                      First of the number was in use for a long time approximately 10 years. Secondly it was recharged it inr 49/- on 30th may 2020. Third till the 3rd of june it worked perfectly fine.

                      How come a number be deleted without any intimation? My life is dependent on that number as it is registered with everything i use, banks and all. This is a matter of serious concern. What should i do now as no one at airtel has a clue of what is happening. I want the number back again!

                      This is a matter of life and death. I have no other option but to lie down on railway track and wait for a train to end it all. Thank you airtel for nothing!

                        Last month may 30 i have try to recharge my airtel number rupees 399 after the 20 mins i have got message like bill payment of rs. 399 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 9043*0. Txn id: 2005302*. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference. Then i have been waiting for 4 hours but the recharge amount has not been transferred. Again i got a message that intimate that due to some technical error we will transform your amount to your account with in 7 days. 7 days has completed but not yet get my refund amount

                          Airtel by default have activated caller tune on my airtel broadband connection.
                          Added charges of rs 30 on my bill. I am not able to reach customer care, there is no option on application to deactivate the airtel service.

                            This is to inform airtel department that my concern is regarding the tower installation process in ashti shristi and paper had taken from me by airtel network team and sanctioned network tower on my land

                            Team had visited with all higher authorities of network department after esclating to airtel concern department

                            Airtel jalna network team executive had came on my location and they verify my land and taken paper from me of land paper and identity paper

                            After that no response from them team had directly visited on my land and they verify it from their end network team had told we don't have nearest site in our location we are planning new site in out area for that we require paper work from our end for approved network tower installation

                            They had taken all original documents from me and after that no response from them

                            Please it is request to airtel department please return my all documents from network team of jalna land had sanctioned document also taken but no response after that for further procedure from airtel

                            I had esclated complaint to higher authorities of airtel.. After that team had visited airtel rf team [protected] they had checked and told us we don't have nearest site to expand and boost the network do we are planning new site on our location i[censored] interested to willing to give u r land then will send all details for planning team for network tower installation

                            Second survey in that they told we sanctioned u r land and it is final all procedure they had taken photo from us of our land and after that no response from them

                            New site sanctioned and approved on my land waiting for final procedure from airtel network team

                            Many complaint daily we are sending mail to airtel. [protected]@airtel.com to 121 department not any one is hearing and lisiting out complaint

                            In airtel advertising campaign airtel is challenging okhala speed but after intimating of airtel network coverage problem and giving land also for network tower no response from airtel for this small issue i should not knocked the door of sunil bharti mittal sir and rakesh bharti mittal sir and gopal vittal sir

                            Please if team is not interested to resolve me then tell me i will not disturbed u r department for further investigation i will esclate this issue to gopal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com gopal vital sir and will tell them team is not helping me after intimating them many times so please arrange vigilance team of airtel for our network coverage issue

                                    I hereby request the team to disconnect! My account with broadband id[protected]_ker.

                                    I have been also billed the previous month even thought i have not been using the broadband after you have discontinued my service a month ago for not paying the outstanding due.

                                    I will not be paying for a service that i’ve not used. I’ve been reading horrible things online about how airtel is charging customers even if they are not using the service.

                                      I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 48 on 1st june 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference txn id:[protected] and airtel of rs. 48. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within a maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference.) the bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile has not recharged yet. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
                                      On june 2nd i male to you regarding this. But still, you have not taken any action on this matter. So tell me how can i return my money.

                                        Sir, i got lot of wrong calls and missed calls to my airtel number. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number for the year (2020- jan to 2020- jun5th) months. Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible.
