Your airtel mobile 8731* online recharge txn id * of rs 98.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

The recharge request has been made but it hasn't been credit on my airtel number.
Resolve the problem as soon as possible.
The recharge has been done on 3rd of june 2020 3:22pm

    I have been using airtel 4g hotspot wifi since 2015 and the speed was so good both in my chennai and pondicherry residence. But the network speed is very poor since a year back after jio's launch. Couple of times i raised this concern to airtel but the replied with standard answer to that they are working on a fix but no improvement. I was in parallel using act fibre optic network in chennai residence. But, during this lockdown i'm struck in pondicherry and i have to use airtel portable hotspot. Couldn't even attend a single conf video call without a network issue.. Very poor network.. Signal varies with 1 or 2 network tower in the hotspot dashboard..

        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 449 on 28th may 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and txn#[protected] of rs. 449. Till now i didn't get any recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

          On 5 may 2020 i did recharge on my airtel number [protected] twice with taxation id[protected],[protected],[protected] from the airtel app.
          The bill payment was initiated and amount of 448 was deducted from my bank account twice.
          It is 3 june 2020 now and the amount is still not transferred back in my account.

            Im from sikkim. For the past 5 days my airtel 4g internet is working extremely slow. It's so frustrating since i ve to wait so long even a webpage to load. If you cant provide 4g speed net why do you charge for so much amount from customer. Airtel is cheating its customers. Disappointed in indias fastest network fraudulent company, airtel.

                There is no signals of airtel in our area. I complaint 100 times but no response and on airtel app it still showing in progress after 25 days. I posted about it on twitter where airtel stas that they noted my area for future references then no reply again. My area pin code is 249408 and i want good connectivity as soon as possible as i have board exam in near future and need good connection of internet to study online.

                  Hi,

                  This is about 14 days, airtel mobile network is not available after amphan. Where as otehr service providers are servicing still airtel is not availble. Currently, it is mandatory for having minimum recharge for make connection active, i recharged but no network available. I can;t use it. So what will happen after 28 days. Do airtel give extension on that recharge?

                      Complained many times on regular basis for my 4 landlines but even after 13 days the services have not been restored. We are charged for that period in our bills inspite of the fact that we can’t even work. This is height of everything that we are handicapped and no efforts are made by the company. Earlier fir around 8 days we didn’t have mobile connections as well but those got rectified only 4 days back.
                      Internet and phone services are utility services and customers can’t be made to suffer for so long. Airtel seems to be very weak in restoration of services.
                      It is highly recommended that government should intervene and help us get uninterrupted services. One feels cut offf from the world this way.

                      I contacted the West Bengal customer service head Mr.Priyavrat Singh Chauhan who was king enough to get my 9 connections restored although it took a lot of time for this and that too in stages

                      Contacted the customer service head and after 16 days the connection was restored.My other mobile and broadband connections were also restored with his help-a thorough gentleman nice to speak to and tried his best

                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through credit card for rs. 598.00 on 28/04/2020 and received an sms with transaction reference id:[protected]. Credit card transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my credit card.

                                First of all, please for god's sake train your uneducated employees.
                                I went to set up a broadband near pralhadnagar, gujarat, india; and all the employees in the store didn't even know how to even initiate the process. After 3 visits we finally got to select a plan and paid for the whole year in advance. The uneducated employee promised us to set up a connection in 48 hours. Nothing like this happened and after calling her 10 times in a day continuously she said the connection is not possible. They said they will initiate the refund and god knows when i will get that.

                                Thanks for this horrible experience, never recommending airtel to anyone. The worst and absolute dumb people in your offices. Kindly do the world a favor and give them basic lessions of what they are supposed to do.
