Hi team,
I recharged twice for 649 international roaming from usa to india calling on 28/05/2020 3:10 pm edt (29/05/2020 12:40 am ist). Amount is deducted from bank but i don’t see any successful recharge message from airtel.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I recharged at my airtel number [protected] of rs 598 on 28th may 2020 the money was decucted from my bank but recharge was not received

                I am using fast tag no 34161fa820328aa20294df80 since 27.11.2019
                Now despite a balance of rs. 895.36 my fast tag is blocked and is not working
                At toll plaze. Despite sending so many messages to them as advised by them they did not respond even calling at no [protected] a huge no of time they did
                Not respond rather deduct calling charges every time without responding.

                I am unable to use my fast tag. The services from airtel is pathetic and unprofessional and truely deficient in all respect. They should be barred from
                Issuing fast tag to customers.

                  I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 508 (50 rs voucher applied) on 28th may 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    My broadband bill plan is constantly being delayed and rejected. They have made me wait for months. Every time i talk to 121 they tell me it will be done within 72 hours, then they tell it will be done within 2 weeks, then they tell again 2 weeks. And then they say that it’s not feasible at the moment since there is no fiber wire available. My neighbor in the same area got a new connection from airtel of the same bored and plan that i want.
                    Since i am on the old bill plan that pays more than the new bill plan, airtel 121 team does not want to upgrade my plan. I am fed up with airtel. They have been harassing me for soo long.
                    It has been more than a year of 121 talks and nothing is accomplished.

                        I had performed recharge of Airtel No - [protected] from Airtel App linked to Number - [protected] on 04.04.2020.

                        Initially, I had attempted to pay Rs. 399/-through SBI Net Banking. The amount had been deducted from my SBI Account vide transaction ID - IGAIKTYGS2 for Rs. 399/- but the recharge had not been processed in My Airtel App. Subsequently, I had to make another attempt in my Airtel App and performed the payment through Amazon Pay which was successfully processed.

                        I requested Airtel to refund the amount of Rs. 399/- which was deducted from my SBI Account but not processed in My Airtel App.

                        However, they did not take necessary action & initiate the refund . I had tried to contact Airtel Customer Care Official regarding this from 04/04/2020, but no one is responding from there.

                        I am thus having to incur financial loss with no fault of mine.

                          There are network problem in our area so i had registered complaint several time on airtel thanks app and on customer care but untile now no action take place. And network type automatically change form 4g lte to other at any time. Sometime calling suddenly disconnect and unable to make video call.
                          Please fix indoor network problem as well as calling issues. As we are unable to gave our online examination due to this network issue.

                                    I've been complaining since a long time. The network I'm getting is very poor. There's a scam going onn in my town. They cut the network at a particular period of time. We the users are facing a lot of issues. Without taking our consents they even close our complaints. Without even taking feedback from us they will close on going complaints. They promise to call back but never does so. I strongly condemn their behavior as they are looting us. This is really a scam going onn.

                                        I have 2 connections of Airtel DTH 001 & 002. I ordered a upgrade on my first connection i.e. 001 on 18th May 2020 for which they replaced the Setup Box with a new one. At backend, instead of deactivating the old box of 001 connection, they deactivated 002 connection box. Its been 10 days and they are not able to fix the problem. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2020 that my both connection are not working fine. After that i registered another complaint at backend team and there have been multiple times I have called the Customer Care and Backend End and they are not able to solve the problem. They are not even able to commit a time against when it will start working. My pre-paid rental pack is running non-stop and my TV is not working.
