I have requested broadband connection from airtel on 18 may 2020 and one of airtel executive. Came and collected documents and asked me to pay through online and i have paid same (Rs 2820) as requested by airtel executive. And airtel executive told us with in 48 hour installation will be done however it now 12 days there is no update from artel team.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had recharged of rs 598 unlimited pack for 84 days at 6.15pm on 1st june’20 and amount deducted from my bank account however my mobile no is not recharged. My transaction id is[protected]

      Today morning is have recharged my airtel prepaid number - rs 399 using airtel app through icici net banking.
      Amount got deducted from my account but recharge is not done yet. Please look in to the matter and resolve it.

        Airtel broadband connection line issue for 1 week, service request raised on xstream fiber app and called many contacts including support team, ground technicians. No response on call, no response on message. Very bad experience with this area support team.

          Sir,
          Would like to brief you about the series of events happened for me.

          1) thursday 28 may 2020, i raised request for broadband connection through airtel website.
          2) i receive an sms that airtel representative with name umesh and mobile number-[protected] will contact me.
          3) mr umesh contacted me to collect the required document for new broadband connection.
          4) mr umesh reached my home to collect the required document (Aadhar card) from me.
          5) mr umesh has filled the complete form through online, uploading my aadhar card and taking my pic (Selfie)
          6) as per above mentioned process he has submitted the form which airtel i think refers to caf (Ecaf_[protected]).
          7) and he said i have to pay rs 5232.00/- for six month basic plan - airtel xtreme which is basically 150 gb/month at speed of 100 mbps with free router
          8) i have paid the complete amount through the link provided by him
          Details of amount paid:- 5232.00/-
          Paid on date :- thursday 28 may 2020
          Time amount paid:- 4:22 pm

          9) i have asked why you are collecting money before confirming the documents then he said this is the process
          10) when i asked in case if my document is not correct then when you will be returning my paid amount, he said within 24 hours although he as always arguing that document verification will never go wrong.
          11) after showing me confirmation asked me my caf number he said, new connection is given to me now and withing 2 days engineer will come and set up the router and activate the connection
          12) on saturday 30 may 2020, i received message that an engineer will visit to my house to set up the router and will activate the connection
          13) i have made call to the number which i received through message and fixed an appointment of 4 pm in the evening
          14) as the engineer with the name ajay visited me, he checked out the airtel line so that he can set up the router and can activate it.
          15) ajay said that there is no airtel broadband line available here in my area/apartment.
          16) ajay left my house saying he will cancel my connection and will provide the number o[censored]mesh's boss.
          17) i have tried to reach out to umesh 100 number of times he did not picked up the call and same happened with ajay he also did not picked up the call
          18) i have tried 121 the famous airtel customer care number but there is no option for new connection
          19) i have tried the nodal office number also, but as per ivr there is no such option so it became very difficult to talk to any person who can understand and solve my issue.
          20) now i know airtel will not be able to provide me connection as they wont have line available here, can you please credit the same amount to my account.
          21) this is very frustrating and extremely tiring process, with no result at all.

            I have recharged through online for an amount rs399/ with txation number[protected] nthrough sbi on 01 jun2020, a message has come that the amount will be credited to air tell acount within 4 hours. But the same could reflect.

                  I am not getting any connection from 30th may, 2020 in both of my connections. I have recharged both recently, still it's not working. But other connection like jio is working fine. I need immediate recovery of this problem.

                          I have requested for new borad band connection on 27th may 2020 and i have not received connection as it been 5 days and i dont have hope that i will get my connection. None of them are answering the call. The guy who came to collect the money and documents dosent receive the call. I need my refund.

                            I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                I have done a recahrge for 598 pack with a coupon discount of ₹40 from airtel thanks app. I have initiated transaction on 30 may 2020 11:57 pm and my money got deducted exactly at 12:00 am 31 may 2020.in airtel thanks app, my transactions is not displaying my current recharge and recharge is not done to my number. But i have got a message from bank stating money for airtel is dedicated. I can give transaction number for that transaction as well.

                                  I would to dodge a complaint in order to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected].

                                  Firstly, i paid all my dues on march 14th 2020 and mailed at [protected]@in. Airtel.com on march 15th conveying my intention to disconnect my sim. They replied directing me to contact through airtel website or airtel thanks app, as i am abroad and my sim is not active, i couldn't call 121 or download the app. So, i tried via website to disconnect my number. Even after several attempts, it displayed error and showed that the representative will take note of it. Subsequently, on march 26, i received another bill. I mailed the entire facts to [protected]@airtel.in on arpril 04 2020 which was out of service then. Again i mailed to [protected]@in. Airtel.com conveying that my intention to disconnect the sim along with the fact that my sim is inactive to receive otp or to call 121. To my utter surprise, i got a reply on details of international roaming.

                                  I am truly fed up of all these things and am still getting recurring bills till date. I was out of options until i got detailes about this forum. So please do the needful asap to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected]. The relief i want is cancellation of all my bills from march 14th 2020 till date.
                                  I was very much satisfied on my airtel services until march. Please keep up my hope.

                                    I have done a recharge of 598 plan of my airtel number [protected] from airtel thanks application and done a payment from amazon pay through sbi card (Details of the transaction is been enclosed) on 20th april but the transaction was not successful but my account got debited by rs 558 (538 from card + 20 amazon money) and 40 rs amazon coupon.

                                    Amazon pay id - p04-[protected]
                                    Airtel prepaid mp id[protected]

                                    I have reported this transaction to both airtel and amazon,

                                    In which amazon is saying that they have received the recharge and they have transferred the money to airtel (Screenshot attached from amazon) but airtel is declining the transaction and saying that they have not received any recharge on the number on 20th april (Audio of senior manager mohammed sarfaraj attached) but in email airtel is saying that the recharge got successful and they cannot refund the amount (Screenshot of the email attached)

                                    It's been 40 days to my recharge but i don't know where is my money gone amazon is blaming airtel and airtel is blaming amazon

                                    I have given all the information about the transaction which got debited from the account, reply received from the amazon, reply received from the airtel, conversation audio between me and the senior manager of airtel

                                    And it's upto you both, decide and refund my money as soon as possible

                                      I convert my jio prepaid plan to airtel postpaid plan as your executive tells me postpaid signal are very good at your destination.

                                      But i realized he tells me all wrong no signal at my area. Airtel show very poor signal.

                                      We request you to please resolve my problem else again change my connection to jio.
