I would to dodge a complaint in order to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected].

Firstly, i paid all my dues on march 14th 2020 and mailed at [protected]@in. Airtel.com on march 15th conveying my intention to disconnect my sim. They replied directing me to contact through airtel website or airtel thanks app, as i am abroad and my sim is not active, i couldn't call 121 or download the app. So, i tried via website to disconnect my number. Even after several attempts, it displayed error and showed that the representative will take note of it. Subsequently, on march 26, i received another bill. I mailed the entire facts to [protected]@airtel.in on arpril 04 2020 which was out of service then. Again i mailed to [protected]@in. Airtel.com conveying that my intention to disconnect the sim along with the fact that my sim is inactive to receive otp or to call 121. To my utter surprise, i got a reply on details of international roaming.

I am truly fed up of all these things and am still getting recurring bills till date. I was out of options until i got detailes about this forum. So please do the needful asap to disconnect my postpaid sim bearing no. [protected]. The relief i want is cancellation of all my bills from march 14th 2020 till date.
I was very much satisfied on my airtel services until march. Please keep up my hope.

    I have done a recharge of 598 plan of my airtel number [protected] from airtel thanks application and done a payment from amazon pay through sbi card (Details of the transaction is been enclosed) on 20th april but the transaction was not successful but my account got debited by rs 558 (538 from card + 20 amazon money) and 40 rs amazon coupon.

    Amazon pay id - p04-[protected]
    Airtel prepaid mp id[protected]

    I have reported this transaction to both airtel and amazon,

    In which amazon is saying that they have received the recharge and they have transferred the money to airtel (Screenshot attached from amazon) but airtel is declining the transaction and saying that they have not received any recharge on the number on 20th april (Audio of senior manager mohammed sarfaraj attached) but in email airtel is saying that the recharge got successful and they cannot refund the amount (Screenshot of the email attached)

    It's been 40 days to my recharge but i don't know where is my money gone amazon is blaming airtel and airtel is blaming amazon

    I have given all the information about the transaction which got debited from the account, reply received from the amazon, reply received from the airtel, conversation audio between me and the senior manager of airtel

    And it's upto you both, decide and refund my money as soon as possible

      Dear sir
      I convert my jio prepaid plan to airtel postpaid plan as your executive tells me postpaid signal are very good at your destination.

      But i realized he tells me all wrong no signal at my area. Airtel show very poor signal.

      We request you to please resolve my problem else again change my connection to jio.

        I have recharged today 30/5/2020 for rs.279 on airtel app for number [[protected]] the amount was deducted through net banking but still i didn't got my balance. Please refund my amount. My transaction id is [[protected]]

            I have raised the disconnection request on 5th may 2020. But my connection not yet closed. However they are sending bills to my email and asked me to pay for last 3 months.

              I have done recharge for airtel prepaid number on 15th april, 2020 through upi (Gpay).
              The amount is debited from my account but recharge was unsuccessful.

                    I have recharged my airtel number on 29/05/2020 using net banking. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Then i received a message from airtel that "bill payment has been initiated and i will receive the payment in my airtel account within 4 hours". It has been more than 14 hours but i did not receive any payment yet. Please look into this matter

                      I raised my 7th service request within the duration of 2 months, i am freelance developer and every other day i encounter issues in my internet. I am frustrated and in loss due to the issue. Airtel should compensate due to negligence in resolving the issue permanently. Technicians are lazy people who dont visit home unless we call and escalate the matter to the helpdesk.

                        Remove my booster plan. Activate my existing plan rs 399. Unnecessary i have to pay rs 300 extra. Do needful things or else i have to switch to other service. I like airtel service but because of booster i have to switch then.

                                Outgoing/incoming service activation for mobile no.[protected]. Have u initiated any penal provision for customers failing to recharge after expiry of incoming facility? Should we explain our inability to recharge on-time? U r arbitrarily prescribing recharge plans conforming to ur commercial interests. Hope to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    2 days ago someone deducted money by fraud from my account. He said name is deepak sharma. He called as airtel customer service to me to return my refund but instead he deducted money from a atm bank in gurgaon in his yess bank. Amount 4499 ₹. I request everyone on internet who is reading this please never share your otp or bank info to anyone. No matter what.

                                    This person asked me my bank info to refund my money but he deducted money as a fraudulent.

                                      I have had the worst experience with airtel broadband service (Landline#[protected]. It’s been 5 days i have complained (Sr#[protected] of net not working in my airtel app and sent email to nodal officer. No use, one technician they just called and said to restart my modem, but no use and he said he will call back in ½ hour. But, no one turns up and later don’t pick up the call. I happened to call the toll-free number many times, but couldn’t connect with them. Since, we are working from home internet is mandatory and we already paid until july’20. It’s frustrating as the work is on standstill due to their 3rd class service.

                                        My due date used to be in 1st week around 5-7 day of every month. This time the due date was preponed to 28th may for the bill period ending 17th may. Last bill i paid was on 7th may 2020. Why is it so? I have missed the date and now they would charge late fee in next bill. Can it be considered for payment as before and no late fees to levied on my next bill.
