I've been complaining since a long time. The network I'm getting is very poor. There's a scam going onn in my town. They cut the network at a particular period of time. We the users are facing a lot of issues. Without taking our consents they even close our complaints. Without even taking feedback from us they will close on going complaints. They promise to call back but never does so. I strongly condemn their behavior as they are looting us. This is really a scam going onn.

      I have 2 connections of Airtel DTH 001 & 002. I ordered a upgrade on my first connection i.e. 001 on 18th May 2020 for which they replaced the Setup Box with a new one. At backend, instead of deactivating the old box of 001 connection, they deactivated 002 connection box. Its been 10 days and they are not able to fix the problem. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2020 that my both connection are not working fine. After that i registered another complaint at backend team and there have been multiple times I have called the Customer Care and Backend End and they are not able to solve the problem. They are not even able to commit a time against when it will start working. My pre-paid rental pack is running non-stop and my TV is not working.

          My complaint is towards bharti airtel service provider - customer care executives. My concern is regarding my fathers post paid airtel mobile number. On may 06, 2020 my fathers mobile number showed network not registered on his phone, i thought its normal/ regular network issue for some time, will get resolved later. But still showed the same message. Finally i called the customer care service on may 13, 2020, executive officer suggested to go airtel office and request for new sim, since my home is far away from airtel office and not sure about whether office will be open because of covid situation and also the user of this number is above 70 yrs of age thought would not be safe for him to travel outside during this period so requested the officer to send some one to my place with new sim, for which the executive officer agreed, he raised the request for new sim (Request no:[protected] and said new sim will take 5 working days to reach to your place. I agreed. On may 19, 2020 i called to the customer care service again to check the status, officer said will escalate the matter and will be resolved within 24 hours. I called again on may 22, 2020 spoke to some senior officer he also said your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Today i. E. May 27, 2020 again called the customer care executive to check the status of the complaint, said will take time. I can understand the current situation and i was patient enough to wait. But now i m feeling that these officers are taking too long to resolve my issue. It’s been more than 25 days now; my father’s mobile service is still not working. Also inspite of the complaint raised to the service provider the matter is not resolved. If the service provider had issues resolving my concern should have flagged it at first place itself rather than giving false assurance to me.

          I also wrote mail to airtel nodal officer. They were quick in response. They ensured me that issue will be resolved in 72 hrs and actually adhered to it.

            Sir, i am m. Thulasireddy my mob.[protected] recharge on 14.05.2020 unlimited pack rs.598/- validity of 84 days balance of 71 days. By mistakenly again recharge on 26.05.2020 of amount rs.379/- pack 84 days pack. Please refund amount or give me benefits of completion of 598 pack after continues 379 pack. So many time trying to contact customer care they can not received call. Please look on this matter urgent basis.

                I am soumik das. My consumer id [protected]. I am not watching airtel tv from 21.05.2020. Then i tried to call customer care. But no response. Then i booked a complaint on 25.05.2020 at 09.54 am by email. My complaint number is 24329135. This complaint number given me airtel experience advisor subhranki. She wrote me our team is working on your request and will update you with the status by 26-may-2020 4:00 pm. But no response or update status. I am not watching airtel tv till now.

                I got a sms and send me a phone number of PC dey son distributer's manager's. But he not recieved my call.
                Not come any technician in my house and I personally repaired this dth. And also I paid for this. When my dth was on warranty. Very poor airtel dth connection.

                          Deactivate postpaid booster data pack

                          Sir,
                          I'm roja, am holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of tamilnadu. For the last 1 month i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable for last 1 month in 121. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 650/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.
                          You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid...

                            I recharged airtel no. [protected] with 448rs that displayed on airtel application. After successful transaction recharge was not done as it says its not a valid offer amount please recharge for 449. Amount got deducted from account and not refundable. Kindly refund my amount deducted.

                              Hi team,

                              Amount of rs 399 recharged for prepaid mobile number [protected] on 19th may, 2020. Have received transaction sucessful message but balance is not updated and there is no outgoing facility or data. Amount deducted from bank but mobile is not recharged successfully.

                              Please look in to the issue with priority as we have waited long for updation. Either update the balance recharge correctly or refund the amount.

                                My airtel broadband bill for the period 11 mar to 10 april, 2020 amounting to rs. 474. 81 was paid by me on 10th may, 2020. The amount paid by me was rs. 475 using my bank of baroda debit card. I got the message that payment was successful after making payment. I did not take a receipt for the payment as my bank of baroda savings bank account no. 5950 was charged with rs. 475 on the same day (10th may, 2020) and bank reference number is adc tid[protected]/e, ref[protected]. This debit was not reversed by bank of baroda till today which evidences that the payment was receive by airtel.

                                I received an sms on[protected] informing me that an amount of rs. 949.62 is due from me against bills for 11-3-20 to 11-4-20 rs. 474.81 and 11-4-20 to 11-5-20 rs. 474.81. I visited your airtel office at cochin (Kadavanthra, ernakulam) and your office informed me that due amount from me is rs.949.62.

                                Please check and let me know the status of my payment of rs. 475 made on[protected]. An immediate response would be much appreciated.
