I puchased a postpaid sim card 7 days before still it is not getting activated.
And no one feels responsible the customer care says talk to the person from where you purchased the sim, and that person is now not available.
Can’t the airtel team tell why it is not getting activated rather than turning me back to different way

    I am an airtel customer for past many years and they asked me to convert all my prepaid connection to postpaid promising my bills will be reduced. They misguided me and asking me to convert to all in one account. I have 5 airtel mobile connections and one wifi modem of airtel. Since they promised i will be benefitted by the shifting to postpaid. But it is shocking to note that they bill a lot and despite my complaints they do not care to look into the promise and commitment. I am told i am an airtel thanks, premieum customer etc. But i am dissatisfied a lot. Their enginerres have cheated me by asking me to convert to postpaid. Hence, i have decided to stop airtel services. And will not recommend to anybody hereafter.

      Today I recharged my airtel number with rs 98 data pack ... Billing was done money got deducted but then a message pops saying technical issues occurred. We will recharge in next 2 hrs or refund it but till now nothing happened its been 3hrs now

        I have recharged Rs 449 from my bank to airtel rs 449 pack on may 21 2020. The transaction was successful from my bank but the money didnt reach my airtel. However i tried from paytm (paying again) and it worked but i still didnt get a refund from my first transaction. I still have the transaction id screenshot.

          Sir, I was reacharged my Airtel number of 199 rupees bt they deducted it 5 times from my account, , that is 1000 rupees..they send me a message that they refund me my 1000 rupees bt it's not refunded yet...I am a student sir... please kindly refund my money as soon as possible. please it's a humble request

            When I am talking to anyone, during talking phone disconnected after some time. Observe after 8 min to 10 minutes interval on full network access.
            This is very irretatic.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I applied for airtel broadband connection for my home address in sgm nagar, nit faridabad. The executive name Mr. Deepak kalra collected subscription amount rs. 2828 from me on Saturday dated 16 may 20. He promised to install the connection within two days. But it has been four day past, I didn't get any connection. I m trying to connect with him, but he is not responding. Either install the connection or refund my money.

                          I sir yesterday i recharged to airtel number through airtel money transition number is[protected] for 350 rs but the amount is debited and status is still pending i didn't got any confirmation till now i can't raise complaain to customer care also because so covid customer care number is not connecting so please help me sir i am an retailer of your company so please solve the issue so that i can recharge more

                            Sir,
                            I, nidhi kalani, am holding a postpaid airtel number of punjab circle. Two months back i activated an internet booster pack in airtel for 200rs and then deactivated in the next month. I also received the confirmation regarding the deactivation of the booster pack. But in the next billing cycle, i have been hard 350 rupees for that booster and i have tried emailing airtel, logging complaint, trying to reach 121/111 but i have not got any response from their end. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 350/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.
                            You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.

                                I have done recharge amount of rupees 399 on mob [protected] by mistakenly through airtel application. I want to recharge [protected] in vodafone instead of [protected] airtel. By default my app is registered [protected] so he took my number by default and require transaction attachment is also attached.
                                Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Again we visited airtel office today they make us wait on the roads for 2 hrs, even after this they are not able to resolve the issue. They just provide another complaint no and asking us to come back for the same issue. Kindly look into it.

                                        Hello this is yukta.
                                        The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge has not been done. I have done a recharge of 49 rs but in the airtel thanks app no recharge is showing, I have got a message of transaction I'd as well but the recharge has not been initiated.
