I have recharged my airtel number twice . I was having a plan of 219 a month and then i recharged 149 now it is a loss so i am requesting you either you refund it or transfer this recharge to someone else or the best you can resume this plan after my 219 plan will be out.

    I paid electricity bill payment to TSSPDCL on 17-05 20. While acknowledging it was shown that payment made to APCPDCLOB.MY PAYMENT SHALL BE REGULATED TO TSSPDCL.

      I recharged my airtel mobile no. With the pack of Rs 249 I got the the successful transaction from the bank via SMS but the airtel app shown that the recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount is deducted from my account

        I ported my sim from bsnl to airtel and when I saw the signal coming over mobile I dialled 59059 but it always says "not registered on network". It never asked for the VPIN so that i could enter and start my sim. Please help.

              I have placed a request for porting into airtel from vodafone. I received a message from airtel that the porting request is successful and you can insert the new sim replacing the old sim to use airtel services
              I did followed the above steps but when i inserted my sim into the device there is no network available even after searching manually also.

              Please solve my problem. Asap

                I had recharged for my airtel number but accidentally typed out a wrong number due to user interface
                I have also tried sms for reversal in this format

                  At first i got 2 mbps connection at my home of airtel broadband then a airtel sales guy came attending to my complaint and he offered me to provide 16mbps airtel broadband speed only when i take new connection which comes with unlimited data, the promise he made. He also told me that he would discontinue my old connection and that too in 7 days. He meant that 7 days will be charged too i even agreed to that since there is no airtel customer care support to help us, i thought everything was fine until i saw my new plan on airtel thanks app which was limited to just 75gb per month soon i realized that the sales guy fooled me to get new connection and also its been 6 days since i told him to disconnect my old connection still there is no update on that too (Note - i am still billed for old connection too) because of that sales guy i have now 2 connection in my house he didn't cancelled my old connection neither i am getting unlimited data on my new connection there is no support no help from airtel side just local airtel executives who are fooling customers. Today i again complained about my old connection and new engineer was assigned to my complaint he told me that sale guy fooled you which he shouldn't have done and also you can only cancel your connection when airtel 121 customer support starts after lockdown, in every situation i the one who is suffering just because of that sales guy. I don't have enough money to pay 2 airtel bills until lock down. Therefore please help me with this situation asap.

                    Despite paying the bills regularly, airtel has disconnected my landline services since there system has not recorded the payments. I have sent all the details including bank statements, transaction confirmation from bank etc. But there is hardly any response from airtel.

                    No one in the organisation even finds it necessary to call up the consumer and fix the issue. Such is the state of affairs in a "reputed company".

                      Sir,
                      I am have been using airtel sim from 9 years. All of sudden i lost my network from my sim overnight and did not receive any support from customer service. On sending them the email, they ask to authenticate the number with email using the otp sent to my number.
                      How is it possible to receive the otp if there is no network in my sim. They dont provide any customer service either. All my bank account is linked to this number. And in times like this i am facing such problem. Is this how they treat their customer who has been using their services for so long.
                      I am very urgent need getting the network can they pls look into the matter?

                          I opened the sitelogin and clicked on change plan create your own pack next window opened and their two option for make own plan
                          1 — broadcaster bouquet
                          2 — ala-carte
                          I clicked on ala-carte but error (An unexpected error has occured. Our technical staff has been automatically notify you) showing last 10 days. Please help me out. I've tried reaching airtel customer service may be there is no staff to answer the call. I am unable to watch my television now. Help me out.

                                I have applied for airtel xtream fiber connection... I submitted rs4434 for connection installation.. Later they informed me that connection is not feasible and i cannot transfer it anywhere... Then i discarded the connection.. And told them to refund my money.. They said money will be refunded in 1 week... Till now its more than 2 week and no money is refunded till now... Please take some suitable action against it

                                  I want to change my airtel postpaid plan, i am being overly charged because of my plan. I am trying to change it for last few months, my airtel postpaid primary number is [protected] relationship number[protected] and under this three secondary numbers come i. E., [protected], [protected] & [protected]. My current plan is of rs. 499.00 plus 18% gst & the plan of each secondary number is rs. 249.00 plus 18% gst. The total monthly bill issued is of rs. 1470.28 included gst. This is a big amount.

                                  I tried to change my current postpaid plan to rs. 999.00 but it can't change. I tried to change a lot of time but it can't change. I don't know the reason behind this that why it is not change. I am not able to pay the amount of rs. 1470.28 every month.

                                  If possible change my plan asap to rs. 999.00, otherwise i will switch my network to jio.

                                        Incoming calls and sms are not available on my mobile since last 4 days. While dialing [protected] it says that it's an invalid number. However, outgoing calls are working satisfactory. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible or advice the alternate means on the alternate number [protected].
