    I have applied for airtel xtream fiber connection... I submitted rs4434 for connection installation.. Later they informed me that connection is not feasible and i cannot transfer it anywhere... Then i discarded the connection.. And told them to refund my money.. They said money will be refunded in 1 week... Till now its more than 2 week and no money is refunded till now... Please take some suitable action against it

      I want to change my airtel postpaid plan, i am being overly charged because of my plan. I am trying to change it for last few months, my airtel postpaid primary number is [protected] relationship number[protected] and under this three secondary numbers come i. E., [protected], [protected] & [protected]. My current plan is of rs. 499.00 plus 18% gst & the plan of each secondary number is rs. 249.00 plus 18% gst. The total monthly bill issued is of rs. 1470.28 included gst. This is a big amount.

      I tried to change my current postpaid plan to rs. 999.00 but it can't change. I tried to change a lot of time but it can't change. I don't know the reason behind this that why it is not change. I am not able to pay the amount of rs. 1470.28 every month.

      If possible change my plan asap to rs. 999.00, otherwise i will switch my network to jio.

            Incoming calls and sms are not available on my mobile since last 4 days. While dialing [protected] it says that it's an invalid number. However, outgoing calls are working satisfactory. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible or advice the alternate means on the alternate number [protected].

              Taking advantage of lockdown due to covid - 19 airtel is not discontinuing my connection whenever i call 121 there is no option to talk to support and cancel my connection i asked local airtel guy and he told me that he submitted but they are not accepting how am i supposed to cancel my connection each day my bill is increasing and even on airtel thanks app there is no option to deactivate my connection there also seriously airtel is trying to loot as much as possible from the consumer its been 5 days since i asked local airtel guy please help

                I have been contacting airtel for severance of my connection of broadband services but they don't seem to be interested in disconnecting it. Then the lockdown happened and i kept mailing them to stop my services but to no avail. They kept billing it too. Now from april 15 onwards i have been getting 10-12 calls from the airtel call-centre for payment so that the service can be continued, and i have informed them everytime that i don't want to settle the account. I have received innumerable calls now and i am tired of their calls. Please help me settle the account. Airtel has billed me falsely and i don't want to pay something that i am not supposed to.

                    I had done recharge on airtel prepaid no. [protected] of Rs 49 by airtel thanks app on 13 may 2020 with transaction id is[protected]. And money also deducted from account. But till now the balance not seen and the customer care no. also not working and airtel shop / distributer also not given any response on that. so take suitable action on it.

                      I had done recharge of 49 on 13 may 2020 and tha trasaction Id is[protected] till balance not seen and also the money was deducted at same time. And near by airtel destributer not given any response.so please take any suitable action on it.

                        I have recharged my mobile with prepaid amount 448 in www.airtel.in store on may 14th 2020. I have received a message recharge was unsuccessful but payment summary done with transaction. Till now i did not receive any balance message from airtel but my amount got deducted from my account. I request you to go through this and resolve my problem soon.

                          Dear team,

                          I have a postpaid number [protected] of airtel.
                          And i was using rs 399 plan.
                          Recently my this month bill plan is showing rs 706.82 pending for payment.
                          I have neither changed my plan nor acceded my call and data limits.
                          I think rs 499 plan has been activated for my number. But in my airtel app rs 399 is showing as my default plan.
                          After seeing sudden increase in my charges, i have logged a complaint for bill charges clarification but still request ia pending. Screenahot attched.

                            Dear sir/ madam,
                            This is shyamjith, staying at kolappakkam, porur, chennai. And my fixed line no is [protected]. Before covid 19 problem starts (March 18th) i have traveled down to my hometown because my mother-in-law had a stock.
                            So from 18th onward i was not using the airtel broadband net service. Also i have intimated (April 8th) aitel to cancel (Disconnect) my broadband service. But from their side they didnt take any action. Also my bill was 943/- become 2003/- now they send me the 3rd month bill which is generated 3, 064.22/-
                            I request you take an action against this. Also let me pay the minimum amount of 943/-

                                  I have recharged my airtel dth account no.[protected] on the 17/04/2020 from my airtel app, when the details bills is shown it is shock to see that i have recharged as appears in the bill that the account no. Was different [protected], i think this is a fraud and the amount has already debited from my account and also please find herewith the attachment for your reference.
                                  I have also send the complaint to airtel customer but no action has been taken till day

                                      Hi,
                                      i’m karthick, using airtel for years! Recently i recharged for 449rs but according to the plan i was supposed to get 2gb per day but in airtel thanks app it shows 1.5 gb per day, i need this issue to be resolved on priority basis. Or else i will have to disconnect airtel services. Even i tried dropping an email to [protected]@in. Airtel.com , but no response from them. I need the missed out data to be reflected in my account.

                                        I have made advance payment for installing broadband connection, although despite calling the representative multiple times airtel is not giving any response. That person who was handling my request is not even bothered about picking up the call. Not sure what kind of service airtel is providing.

                                        Before making the payment the guy was very active and told us as soon as we make the payment next day only installation will be done. But as soon as i made it he is not even bothered. I called customer care also but no resolution yet.

                                        With the on-going situation it is very difficult to manage without broadband. And if they can't meet their timelines then why are they giving false hopes. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

                                        After calling multiple times to customer care, they are sharing the contact number of the same person who is not even bothered about picking up my call to update.
                                        And interestingly if i call from a different number he immediately picks up the call and giving some lame excuses(just because now he has to answer).
                                        Now do i need to buy multiple SIMs also to get a broadband connection. Is this Airtel's new sales strategy?

                                        Can someone pls. Expedite this. I can share the Name and Number of that Airtel Person.
