I have done mobile data recharge of Rs98/-, from which I should get 12gb of data for 28 days, but Data balance is not reflected in my account and I am not able to use internet service. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

    Hi,
    i’m karthick, using airtel for years! Recently i recharged for 449rs but according to the plan i was supposed to get 2gb per day but in airtel thanks app it shows 1.5 gb per day, i need this issue to be resolved on priority basis. Or else i will have to disconnect airtel services. Even i tried dropping an email to [protected]@in. Airtel.com , but no response from them. I need the missed out data to be reflected in my account.

      I have made advance payment for installing broadband connection, although despite calling the representative multiple times airtel is not giving any response. That person who was handling my request is not even bothered about picking up the call. Not sure what kind of service airtel is providing.

      Before making the payment the guy was very active and told us as soon as we make the payment next day only installation will be done. But as soon as i made it he is not even bothered. I called customer care also but no resolution yet.

      With the on-going situation it is very difficult to manage without broadband. And if they can't meet their timelines then why are they giving false hopes. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

      After calling multiple times to customer care, they are sharing the contact number of the same person who is not even bothered about picking up my call to update.
      And interestingly if i call from a different number he immediately picks up the call and giving some lame excuses(just because now he has to answer).
      Now do i need to buy multiple SIMs also to get a broadband connection. Is this Airtel's new sales strategy?

      Can someone pls. Expedite this. I can share the Name and Number of that Airtel Person.

        In my native place there is an airtel mobile tower but more often it's disrupted. Network issues are common here. I have to do lots of work and for that internet connectivity is must. But having tower itself in the village there is network halts on regular basis. Please solve it as soon as possible

          I have ordered a fast tag from airtel on 27th february 2020 and it was delivered on 15th march.

          When i check the status of the fasttag in "airtel thanks app" and in https://www.npci.org.in/netc-tag-status is showing inactive. Contacted customer care through phone and email multiple times, till to day the fast tag was not activated.

          I know there may be few number of staffs working in all offices, but taking around 3 months to activate a fast tag is a poor customer care by airtel.

            I am suvendu kumar mishra i transfer 5000rupee from my paytm to my airtel payment bank account no. The money deducted but not deposited in my airtel payment bank account. I need it urgently my mother is in hospital. Airtel costumer care service don't help me so what i do if i don't get my money i have to die. I need it urgently

              Due date of my bill cycle has been reduced from 19 days to 12 days as per airtel without notifying any customer including me. A ticket was raised asking same. 3 rd of every month is my bill cycle and due date 22 nd. Thia month bill generated on 3 rd and due date is 13 th. I am not sure how it became 12 days. Complaint has been ignored and customer care guy says its airtel wish to change plans and no customer should question this. I should pay on time to avoid disconnection.

                      How can airtel accept a recharge on different operater (Jio) and give confirmation massage?
                      My mobile number [9860xxx655] is belongs to Jio operator, on dated 11th may i
                      Recharged my number using Google pay app, in hurry i wrongly selected
                      Airtel operetor instead of Jio, after the recharge get pending i
                      Was pretty sure that the recharge will be failed and amount will be
                      Reversed to my original payment mode, but surprisingly after an hour
                      Recharge showing successful and confirmation massage also came from
                      Airte erecharge transaction id], i
                      Can't beleive in my eyes is that happen, now when i call Jio
                      Customer care they are telling me there is no recharge done on the
                      Same and contact to airtel, now when i contacted on airtel with txn
                      Number they can't fecth the Jio number details and inform me to
                      Contact Jio,

                            This is not possible if the alternate number is on another network. Calls to 59059 are not getting processed.

                                  I have made payment for rs. 2123 on dated 11.05.2020 for installing broadband connection, although despite regular followup and exchanging emails, airtel is not giving any response. I have sent screenshot and bank statements to them showing money deduction, however, despite making extra payment for installation (Which not recovered during normal situation) they are not taking any action.

                                  Its quite frustrating experience for me, as, broadband connection was urgent requirement, if they were not able to provide the connection than on what basis they accept the request.

                                  Despite all of efforts and phone calls there is no resolution from Airtel so far...surprisingly yesterday night I got message that Airtel Fibre connection not feasible at present moment.. what the hell, you have already taken advance only once the feasibility is over of the area (as address of installation was entered before making payment) than how you can refused.. neither Airtel is informing that what happen to the amount already paid in advance for installation and one month service cost.

                                  They are clearly harassing the customers as I have already 2 Airtel phone and DTH connection and hardy had any bad experience so far but broadband team is really very unprofessional neither they are replying to my mail.
