I have 2 airtel Dth HD connections for many years now. Every month I recharge With a minimum amount of[protected] without fail. However, every time the recharge is never refreshed & I have to call the customer care again & again to start my tv. This is such a harassment for any person because customer care is not easy to reach & it always happens when I sit to feed my kids. 1 of them is an infant & the other a toddler & I am a working mother that too in a hospital. So even during this lockdown I being a healthcare worker is working full time & then when I am with by babies this is what I face. Also there are financial implications as even after recharge I can never watch my tv for days. Above that my package is full HD & few normal & free channels but every time They change my package without my consent.i am left with no channels or few free channels. I am so so so upset because even though I have a huge balance in my account every time yet I v nothing to watch. This is how airtel treats it’s loyal customers & never has any agent or supervisor been proactive to help. I am so disappointed & do not want to continue with airtel and I want full compensation for this mental & financial harassment. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]

    Im living in Jaipur near ambabari.. my mobile number is [protected] Although airtel offers high speed network all over india but as a customer i feel bad about the service.. I had been registered many complaints about this to 121 also to appellate desk I gave complaint number so.many times which I got from 121 but i didnt got any improvement at all .. As they say that it will fixed by next week then after that week same excuses follows on ... Jaipur can be listed in top 10 cities in india as there airtel cannot make improvement at all then how can consumer can trust you?.. Well im not at all satisfied with the service ..I think u suppose that customer are fool

      For the post paid mobile (Mob no [protected]) bill of rs 470.68 for march 2020, i made payment two times for rs 471/- and requested to adjust the 2nd amount against the bill for april 2020 which is not done. Instead the bill for april 2020 is raised and being alerted for payment else threatened with penalty/disconnection.
      The two payment details are as under"
      1. First payment on 25.3.20 for rs 471/- vide ref no inb/[protected]/payu.in
      2. Second payment on 1.4.20 for rs 471/- vide id[protected]
      Both payments were made through axis bank net banking

        I am writing to you, seeking guidance and help regarding my situation where airtel has wrongfully billed me an amount of rs. 14251/- for international roaming charges for mobile number. I was on trip of malaysia from 27th feb 20. I have opted for a roaming pack the first month but did not opt any for second month as i am staying home due to covid lockdown and used only wifi for internet and calls, during this period airtel has put me on a rs. 499/- per day international roaming pack, amounting to this huge bill. I am not ready to pay anything beyond my monthly rental costs for this period.

                    Today I've recharged one of my friend's number, via airtel thanks app, I've a message from bank that says 598 rupees deducted from my account balance. But my friend is not able to use the pack. Even he hasn't recived any recharge.
                    No Idea what to do. Customer care is not responding due to lockdown. Please help us.

                        Dear sir,

                        For your information, let me tell you my number [protected], i currently live in satjora masjid, pathan tola, satjora, saran, bihar in which i recharged 598 on 1 march 20 at 8:44 pm but when i go to the terrace, with great difficulty, the 4g network is received and calls are also not able to be connected properly. And in the room below, she is not able to make calls, nor do i know using the 4g network. I regret that i made a big mistake by recharging 598. This should be rectified otherwise i will have to forcefully get my number mnp with another operator.

                          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through google pay for rs. 598 plan on 29 april 2020 and received an sms with unseen details from e recharge. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                            I recharged an airtel mobile no. ([protected]) from paytm. It was successful in paytm and i get the message from airtel saying that the transaction is successful and i got reference no. Which is [protected]. But the mobile no. Didn't get the benefits for the recharge. I contacted airtel first, they asked me to contact paytm. So i contacted paytm and they said it is successful and they gave me the same transaction id which i got from the airtel message. Then i contacted airtel and said that it is successful from paytm and i gave them the transaction id. Then they checked it and said that the payment isn't successful. But i got the message from airtel itself. So please help.

                              I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through my airtel thanks app online for rs249 and received an sms with
                              Transaction id -[protected]

                              My paytm transaction id[protected]

                              And paytm order id - [protected]

                              At time 12:55am on 29th april 2020

                              The amount deducted was rs199 and the recharge was worth 249 as i had discount coupons of rs50. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge although the amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet

                              Kindly initiate the recharge as soon as possible or give me the refund on paytm on same number

                                  But recharge is not updated/reflecting in my account still. It is showing as recharge not done

                                      My 86 year old father, dr. K. J. Kedlaya, is getting distressed with constant automated calls and messages on his cell from airtel about non-payment of his postpaid bill. His mobile number is [protected] and the amount due according to the messages is rs. 467.99.

                                      I am unable to get through the airtel customer care number. Please let me know the reason airtel has been unable to get the payment from his canara bank account, which is registered with you for ecs bill payment.

                                      The message sent by you states that the incoming services will be stopped shortly. I am amazed with this kind of service.

                                      He changed the service provider from vodafone to airtel. At that time he was promised at the airtel (Four bungalows, mumbai) shop that the postpaid service will be changed to prepaid in a month or two.

                                      Appreciate if you could urgently let me know the status of the his bill payment vide ecs facility from his canara bank account.
