    I have been using international roaming and have subscribed to rs.3999/- package for uk and europe. This was automatically renewed each month., the same has been done last 2019.in january 2020, airtel has stopped the auto renewal without giving any intimation. Instead i have been charged on daily roaming rates with no cap to monthly roaming charges.

    I have raised a complaint, but no revert.

    My feb 2020 bill is in excess of rs 8, 000/-, which should have been close to rs. 4500/-
    Mar 2020 bill is in excess of rs 12, 000/-, this again should have been close to rs. 4500/-

    It seems airtel is only sending sms (Which i did not get as my sim had problem and it was replaced by airtel). There is no communication send on email, where as airtel does follow up for payments and offers via emails.

    By removing autonewal of monthly international roaming charges, airtel is overcharging customer by forcing daily international roaming. If we compare,
    The monthly international roaming charges are rs3999/- whereas if daily international roaming charges for same duration are rs. 19, 470 (For 30 day period).

    The complaint is logged as airtel is overcharging by unfair practice.

            I tried withdrawing amount rs 10000 from my sbi account by aadhar from an airtel aeps on 13/04/2020 amount was deducted but could not received me. And the following message of failing txn received me
            Your transaction of amount 10000.0 against aeps cash withdrawl dated 13/04/2020 at 09:10:11 is failed with txn id/rrn[protected]. Please find the receipt of your transaction at the link https://app.airtelbank.com:5055/ap/rt? Ud=02d628d7-8427-4b74-a4a1-3f89b59195bc. If your account got debited, it will be credited back within 7 days." please take action shortly

              My sim suddenly showed no network available. I have been using this sim on my samsung phone for more than a year. But suddenly shows no network. But the sim works fine on other phones. And other sim of different companies works on my phone too. I cant reach airtel customer care. I tried calling customer care number by using the sim on other phone but cant talk to them directly. Also due to the lockdown i am not able to go to the showroom. So check the number and provide the reason why the sim doesnt work on my phone. It shows it could not be registered. I tried manually connecting to network but it doesnt work.

                "your recharge for airtel prepaid - account [protected] for rs 399.00 with reference no yonoabdi[protected] has been received and recharge will be initiated with the operator shortly.
                But it is not initiated yet with operator"

                  Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                  I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in and redirect every site traffic.
                  It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

                  I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                  I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                    I have recharged a wrong number by mistake with unlimited pack of ₹598 and done the payment through India Post Payments Bank. It's been 2 days I'm trying to contact to Airtel customer care, but no one is picking up the call. Please help me to revert it. I want to start the outgoing of my number and want my money back in form of recharge as soon as possible. Please consider my complaint and guide me.

                          Hello sir,

                          Unable to create the reference no.in airtel app and i have tired much time to create it. Not having option to create the create the service request

                          I have tired to create the compliant for loss of data in one second of time i have lost 233 gb. Because unable to create the service request any app and sites. And i have called multiple times in 121. I couldn't reach anyone.

                          Yesterday it was showing the 230 + including the long validity of 150 gb. Suddenly i got two messages at the same time of 50% over and 75% over in the message. After checking the data it's showing the 30 gb alone. Seriously i'm saying i didn't use that much data. It's literally fake us badly how possible we can use that much in one day for me. I'm the only person using the internet in the home.

                          It's it trick to buy smart data??

                          I'm regular paying bill and i watch the data balance regular way. Please don't cheat us like this...

                          Past 7 plus year i was being with airtel broadband it's first this much 200+ gb gone in one day.. It trick to buy data back??

                          Please see the attached message in one second 30 gb gone

                          Also why your taken the long validity of the 150 data.

                          Yesterday it was showing 283 gb left it's showing 30gb. I promise that i didn't use that much data...

                            I have done a recharge of Rs. 49 to airtel number on 25th April 2020 through Google pay transaction id bearing CICAgKCRpdXA.The transaction was successful and the amount deducted from my account but recharge not done. Kindly check the above issue.

My sim have been recharged from rs 45 instead of rs 49 just for validity extension so that no talk time is given. I tried to call to customer service they are not picking the phone
                                This is not my personal problem they should have some policies to help customers. They are just money minded people. They are just for name to worldwide service.

                                      Sir, i recharged my number [protected] from airtel app on 24 april 2020 morning. The plan i selected was rs.598. After applying rs.40 coupon, i paid rs.558/- from sbi debit card. Airtel app displayed a message that the transaction is pending and i'll get update within 8 hours. After 10 minutes, i received transaction successful message in email from sbi but even after more than 30 hours, my account is still not recharged. Also i've not received the refund as should be the case with a failed transaction. I've tried contacting the customer care through phone calls but yet have not seen any option to directly talk with their agent. My emails are also unanswered. Also i tried contacting them on twitter but they simply ignored my messages and tweets. Please either give me a refund or complete the recharge.

                                        I have been trying to contact broadband customer care for several days now. There has been no response, my complaint has been registered for days now. I even approached twitter for a speedy redressal of my complaint but i got a call from the social media manager, who did not even transfer my case and gave me false information about registering my complaint.

                                        It is highly frustrating, disappointing and disgusting to keep paying for the service which is not even being provided to me. I have paid for my airtel bill religiously every month despite not being able to use it for 2 months now. I request you to kindly get the broadband removed as i am not interested in using airtel services anymore. If this is not resolved in next 24 hours, i will have no option but to approach the consumer court.
