    Last night I recharged a number using phone pay app of 598 rps. But pack is not activated yet. My bank bank account also show money transaction. Please look into the matter this recharge is very important in this pandemic situation.

      At around 1 am i recharged a phone number [protected] by paytm and paytm is also showing the recharge as successful and the number also recieved the message of recharge being successful but internet is not working on that mobile number and account balance is also not showing the data or any recharge i also called the number of transaction id of the airtel recharge but it is also switched off please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

        I have recharged my mobile number through paytm for rs. 249on 29th april 2020and received an sms with recharge done successfull and transaction i'd[protected]. Paytm transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

          It is brought to your kind notice that on 25.04.2020 rs. 460/- has been deducted for airtel dth recharge from my pnb debit card vide trxn. Id.[protected] on 25/04/2020, ecom 406496 www.airte.in but message show trxn. Failed. The same message has been showed me twice at the same time. Please refund my above deducted amount in my account no. [protected]pnb bhel haridwar. Or add in my airtel account no. [protected]. Immediately.

            I have recharged my account [protected] today, I received the recharge message with tran id but i am able to see that from airtel app and also the recharge is not reflected in account and I'm unable to use the service even after I pay. Give me a solution.

              I requested airtal team to slove my issue but they didn't response anything.

              upload -22kb/s

                Since long time i have airtel subscription. Since 28th april 2020 my income and out going calls are blocked i don't have signel at all. I exausted by trying to reach customer support. I have submitted all my documents still my sim is blocked. Later i found "your recharge is pending"message in my airtel thanks app normally i do 84 days plans and still i have 30 more days validity i am not sure when and how much i need to pay them. This is not expect behaviour from airtel. Even to say if i have to recharge i need sim should be active as i will get otp to phone this airtel decessions makers has to think twice before loosing customer - thank you

                One more call from [protected] who don't know local language or English and he is asking what is recharge amount, when is it, through what... Is there any commonsense..still 28 days validity is there and ...he asking recharge mode...what is happening with Airtel..????? Complaint is about "why my SIM is blocked while validity is there"

                      Attempt for prepaid recharge for my airtel mobile for Rs.598 with Txn ID[protected] from SBI A/c X5406 to Bharti Airtel (Ref#IGAIJLIL02) on 24th March 2020 failed. The money has not been refunded to my account as on 28th April 2020.

                        I have paid my prepaid telephone no [protected] on 25 feb. 2020 for 84 days amount rs 379 refer[protected] city union bank. I got a msssage to recharge by 24 apr. When i sent a complaint no response was given. Again i got a message to recharge by 01 may2020. Suddenly today 28 apr connections were cut i could not make any calls. The days spent are 4+31+27 =62 where as money paid for 84 days. Why the services were discontinued abruptly despite i have lodged the complaint to nodal centre. Should i approach appellate next for an irresponsible action. Nodal centre ref abcsr#1234

                            17th April I made a payment for broadband connection, same day airtel executive was come and check for feasibility, then he say, There is no feasible in this area.. So my order cancelled but I didn't receive my refund amount of Rs. 2828/- for 3months payment... So kindly transfer amount to my account immediately... Thank you

                              I have recharged my mobile number through net banking for Rs.149 and received an SMS with transaction reference of Rs. 149. Bank transaction was also completed sucessfully but my mobile is not recharged.I got message of regarding the rercharge, but no outgoing call, message is done from my number although, the amount has been debited from my number. But my number account balance is showing nil.

                                    I have subscribed for the kannada and hindi channels from Airtel. ofrecent for 5 days quoting bad weather, they are not relaying many of the free channels, though other channels are working.

                                      I avail airtel landline and internet connection. Every month after the billing cycle is over they expect us to pay the bill by 15th of next month. I am bit surprised to find that this time they have shortened the payment window. Now they are expecting us to pay by just 6th of the next month which is almost 9 days in advance, when the world is battling with corona and there are overall relaxation offered by all government services and others for payments, i am bit surprised and disappointed to find that airtel wants money as earlier as they can. Even my electricity bill now says pay by 31-may-20 which is some relief. I do not know what is the issue with airtel. I am committed to pay by the due date but disappointed by this insensitivity of the service provider towards their customers.
