Airtel postpaid number - [protected]

Since yesterday morning, there is no network tower showing on the sim card due to which incoming calls
And sms are not coming. Have also tried switching off the phone and removing and reinserting the sim card
Again but problem still continues.

Please fix the issue urgently.

    This is to inform that an amount of rs.15099.28 in the month of jan 27, 2020 towards international roaming charges. I have not authorised this payment and not activated any international facility. I have written and also spoke to the customer care service of airtel many times for refund. First they have mentioned that they can refund some thing around 5000/- verbally during my telephonic conversation later when i asked for the confirmation there was no response. Till april i have been expecting and continuously following up with them but without any response. Later i have deactivated the airtel app in my phone and deactivated the si for the credit card. But to my surprise they have deducted an amount rs.790 on 27th march 20.
    I request you to nkindly investigate and get refund of the entire amount

      This has been a very big issue.Though the downloading speed of airtel is fine still the uploading speed is 0.3mbps at the most. In such a situation its seems to be impossible to upload important documents, photos, videos etc...The gaming experience also being worst due to slow uploading speed...kindly fix this issue as fast as possible.

            Dear team,

            After my monthly data limit consumption, i have activated the booster pack of rs 200 for one month. Now that month passed and i want to deactive the booster pack but i am unable to deactive the rs 200 booster plan from my current plan of rs 399 from my postpaid number [protected].
            Kindly deactive the booster plan on urgent basis.
            Also i have upgraded the my plan to rs 499 monthly pack from my rs 399 monthly pack on[protected].
            Now i have received the invoice having value of rs 1469.82.
            Kindly look into this matter and resolve it on urgent basis.

              I recharged ₹48 pack two times on 29/04/2020. Both the times the transaction was successful but the number was not recharged. I received the message providing the transaction id number. Till now i did not get the money back nor my phone recharged. I received the message stating that the transaction was successful but the recharge failed in the app.

                I had recharged on this number but the money got deducted but there was no refund done. It has been more than 15 days I haven't got the refund.
                This is regarding my prepaid transaction. Kindly look into it as no one is responding.
                If refund initiated please provide me the transaction ID and bank reference number so that I can talk to the bank. Also my citi bank is not responding regarding this. What to do as it is a huge amount, no one is responding.

                  I am a resident of Krishna Nagar, East Delhi. My airtel sim is showing no service since last two weeks...can't make or receive calls...msgs..anything...no help from customer care.. Really pathetic...Airtel guys...pls look into this...many others in other places too are facing the same issue...

                    I am airtel postpaid customer around 10+ years. Now airtel taken advantage of covid 19 and started misusing and started new way of fraud or cheating the customers. My mobile data balance was there around 100+ gb before 2 months and it was keep on forwarding every month. Last month i found only 3 gb has been carry forwarded. So i tried reaching customer care. Due to covid 19 all customer care call centers and airtel stores not available. Now i am able to reach the customer care after 1 month. But now they are telling only 3gb carry forward is available. I told to check old data. They don't have info and not mentioned in bill about data balance. So customer will buy data and airtel can loot money in new way of fraud. Now i needs to buy data pack

                      Dear customer care
                      I have recharge my airtel number [protected] through online with my debit card number 6069 **** **** 1244, and received transaction ID[protected]. Money has been deducted but my recharge was unsuccessful. Check the issue and kindly fulfill my recharge and SMS on the above airtel number.

                        Hi,

                        This is smh rizvi ([protected]) resident of 233, out colony, sainikpuri, secunderabad, telanagana 500094. I just received call from your company. The caller stated that the your company is offering router to enhance service and enable multiple calls and router is being installed free of cost. I agreed. Very cleverly, at the end caller said that i have to pay rs 1000/- for router once only and that my plan would require change and also i have to pay some tax which would increase my plan amount and disconnected the call. Please for god sake i do not want router at any cost as i am using airtel for office work and do not want to pay additional cost. Please please for god sake do not trouble me like this for taking airtel internet connection.

                        Can i get senior management number/email to lodge complaint for harassing me.

                            So its been 16 days since my account got debited for a recharge which never happened. Airtel is scamming this lockdown. I did a recharge of 398₹ on 15 april on my airtel number [protected]. I called the earlier to which they said refund will take 7-10 days but today i called and suddenly they have no record of that recharge. Well done airtel that is what we expect you during this epidemic lockdown. I don't know what to do.

                              I did a recharge of rs 598 on 26th april 2020 at 2:21 a.m.
                              The money was deducted from account but then i got a payment failed message with txn id[protected].
                              Its been more than 5 days but i still haven't got my refund so i request airtel to please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Hi, i am rahul saini recently i have done a recharge transaction on mobikwik. But due to the user interface, i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

                                Kindly reverse the same incorrect mobile no.

                                  I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app through amazon pay upi on 1st may 2020. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no. [protected]
                                  I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not been saved in their app. I told them my transaction ref. No.[protected]
                                  In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                                      While recharging for ₹558 for 3gb i processed the recharge and app asked for the otp. as soon as i proceeded my balance got deducted without any recharge completed, And it happened twice. Please refund my money.
