I am Airtel user since years. Currently I am working in Dubai since last 5 years. I don't use my Airtel SIM for 2-3 months but surprisingly when I put it on it's not working. I request Airtel to make my sim rework again, I cannot visit Airtel stores as I am not able to move India for couple of months....

I have made a payment of 698Rs on 14 April with airtel app and my transaction ID is[protected]. money deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not yet done so kindly request you to check regarding this.
My phone current pack validity expires tomorrow so please check fast...

I recharged my number with a data booster pack of rs98 at around 9 pm through paytm upi and it was successful. I even got a message from airtel showing a successfull recharge and a transection id which is[protected]. How ever i was unable to use the internet and when i checked the airtel thanks app it shows that i dont have any data left, when actually i should have 6 gb of data. The funny thing is that when i went through my transection history...

Suddenly my phone is showing no service I have tried all possible ways in iPhone but still showing no service pls do the needful asap.not able to call and msg.even for 121 also not able to call.pls resolve asap...

Money debited from my paytm payment bank account recharge is not done i want recharge or refund my money iam attached payment bill...

I had recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs 399. Via airtel thanks app through quick pay option (Google pay), the amount had been debited but airtel app shows no transaction history and recharges not reflected on my account.
Please do the needful.

I have mailed airtel customer care to deactivate my airtel broadband and tried to reach out to them via call but they are not responding. It's urgent because I have paid all the due bills. If they will not deactivate account this month then they will generate bills every month.

I have recharged my mobile using airtel app for Rs 598. The transaction was for Rs 558 (-Rs 40 offer) . The transaction was successful and was done through UPI - airtelin.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Transaction was successful but recharge wasn't. Please revert this money to my bank....

But still neither the recharge is reflecting on my account nor I got the refundable amount till now . I called to customer care but they didnt repond me.

My plan as in site is 399/- with 20 GB, but billed as 499/- with 30GB, when 499/- plan cones with 75GB. Please update the billing with the plan. There is no one to attend to call / complaint. Please attend to the needs of the customer in time as this is considered to be an essential service now. Thank you....

I am facing airtel network drop issue since many days, network automatically gone for several time for long duration and it comes automatically so this network drop creating many problems, i paid for all services instead of that i am facing this, please provide me specific reason of this network drop, there is already network coverage in my area.

I have done the recharge through airtel thanks app via hdfc internet banking. At airtel no [protected] however amount got deducted from the account by (Citrusairtel) but recharge not done.
I request you kindly resolve it.
