I recharged my airtel number through airtel app for Rs.448(84days 1.4 GB/day) on 13 April 2020. The plan seemed to be not valid, so the recharge was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my bank account. It was stated that refund will be initiated between 7-10 days but still no money is credited from airtel to my account

    Today got call from airtel, and they asked me to send stop to 121 by sms! But when my sim itself is not working, how can i send sms. I am trying to call back, but the number is coming busy.

    On 21 st april 2020, while my working sim was still in my phone, early morning, the sim is not getting recognised. My mobile prepaid number is [protected]. As a result all my outgoing and incoming calls and data cannot access. I am not getting...

        Unable to register my airtel prepaid sim.

        Mobile number [protected]

        It was working until last week but suddenly is it not working.

        Some time the signal is coming after enabling and disabling aeroplan mode but with in minute again getting some blocked symbol.

        Especially when i am enabled the mobile data then immediately the signal gone even i cannot make a call

        Due to covid we are here at native and the airtel network only available in my area.

        So please do the needful asap

            I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through axis bank app for rs. 399 on 8th april 2020 and money deducted with transaction reference no [axmob/mbr/p5qc81r25546]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Please refund my money..

              My name is mohd danish and i am an airtel user ([protected]) as on 16th april, 2020 i made a recharge of rs 558/- with discount of rs 40/- and just paid 508/- only as the amount was deducted from my account but today is 23rd april and the recharge is not reflecting on my mobile number. Due to an emergency i made a second new recharge of same amount and the second one is reflecting in my account on the place of 558/- i paid 508+508= 1016 rs. Plz help me to solve my problem otherwise the other way will be to simply do an f. I. R on online money stealing and on airtel...

                      I am getting call from an unknown no. "+4044" from last two days.When I receive the no one speak from another side and simultaneously my internet get off when I attend the call of that particular number although I use internet from my other son card.

                          I am fed up with airtel. I am resident of jammu. I want to but airtel xstream fiber as only 2g services are working here. I have booked it several times but airtel local team continuously says that the dp box nearest to my home is 150 metres and it should be between 100 metres. I have requested them several times to install a dp box near my house but no response came. I even agreed to pay for the extra wiring. But they aren't willing to help. During this pandemic as work from home is given and only 2g services are working here in jammu i request u to take strict action against airtel jammu team and resolve my issue.

                            I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with 598 on 19th april 2020 from airtel thanks app which the sim activated on the same day. But the amount was not reflecting in my account. So i have again recharged 297 from the dealer.
                            Now what about 598 which the amount deducted from my card and i was trying to reach your customer care due to covid19 no one is responding.

                              So i was offered a data pack of RS 249(now Rs 298) with REDMI Note 8 Pro which packs 4GB of daily data. For the first Month the data pack worth recharging but from the next month only 2GB was working with decent speed and the rest of the data (2GB)
                              Was downgraded with the speed of only 64KBPS
                              I called the Airtel customer care seriver every month for about 30-40 times but every time they give some useless tips that doesn't work, they downgraded the speed and now they aren't increasing it
                              And some time the customer care service agents talk too rudel
                              I am attaching two screenshots you can clearly see that.

                                My Airtel setup box ID is [protected].
                                I took airtel xstream connection in March 2020 at house no. 20, Minar Road, Karnal. Before and at the time of installation I was told by the representatives that I am entitled to Zee5 app for free for one year. However no such service has been given. Customer care team is least helpful. Either they do not receive the call or they tell that senior/boss will talk. Then they make us to wait for 20-30 minutes at a stretch on hold but no one attends the call and then the line is disconnected. Local representative was extremely arrogant when contacted on phone and no one is ready to own any responsibility. I am no more interested in availing such services and neither I will recommend this service to anyone. I request you to take back the equipment and refund my money.

                                I, Yunus K Motiwala unfortunately having Airtel Boadband internet connection ID[protected]_dsl and Landline ID [protected] have to say that plan used my me is of 40 Mbps, but not getting more than 10 Mbps at any given time.                                 Hi, Am not using Airtel internet. I had prepaid connection before. and that has been ended and airtel people have converted the prepaid connection to postpaid without my concern, and the bill is being generated from last 3 months with out internet being activated. If I call customer care they are not responding. For the mistake of service provider why we have to suffer! Kindly take an initiative to solve this, if not I will file a complaint against this.                                     Ello this is to bring to your notice. That online recharge remitted amount is not updated in spite of getting message from airtel portal that payment successful. On attempting to use the phone for calling desired numbers the prompt from airtel server is "your call cannot be processed as there is no sufficient balance balance in credit.. The mobile no in question is [protected] of ap and telangana circle./ an amount of rs! 49 was remitted through net banking on 21/04/2020 at 10.12 am. The hdfc bank portal from where the payment was donerelayed a message" thanks for paying rs.! 49 from a/c xxxx7950 to citrusairtel via netbanking "... Airtel portal further acknowledged" payment sucessful "quoting transaction ref no[protected]. However subsequently when customer attempted to call the airtel portalrelayed message like" the call cannot be progressed as there is no balance in credit "...

                                      Respected sir,
                                      My sim stop working suddenly while using mobile. I have reinserted sim several times and tried to insert sim in other mobile but showing no signal. I thought it's network issue in the area so i spoke to my neighbour about the network problem but he told he is recieving full network. I'm not able to communicate with airtel customer care on 121 or 111 both number are showing wrong. I have raised a mail on mail id [protected]@ng. Airtel.com but i didn't get any solution about signal problem on my sim card.
                                      In digital india we have every task link with mobile number. I'm job less without my mobile number.
                                      So it's my humble request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
