I am unable to get through the airtel customer care number. Please let me know the reason airtel has been unable to get the payment from his canara bank account, which is registered with you for ecs bill payment.
The message sent by you states that the incoming services will be stopped shortly. I am amazed with this kind of service.
He changed the service provider from vodafone to airtel. At that time he was promised at the airtel (Four bungalows, mumbai) shop that the postpaid service will be changed to prepaid in a month or two.
