[resolved] airtel — online recharge failed but amount deducted
I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for 548rs on 20th april 2020 4th april and received an sms with transaction via pnb bank koney was also deduct but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 2000 on 4th april 2017 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 2000. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
