I have subscribed for the kannada and hindi channels from Airtel. ofrecent for 5 days quoting bad weather, they are not relaying many of the free channels, though other channels are working.

    I avail airtel landline and internet connection. Every month after the billing cycle is over they expect us to pay the bill by 15th of next month. I am bit surprised to find that this time they have shortened the payment window. Now they are expecting us to pay by just 6th of the next month which is almost 9 days in advance, when the world is battling with corona and there are overall relaxation offered by all government services and others for payments, i am bit surprised and disappointed to find that airtel wants money as earlier as they can. Even my electricity bill now says pay by 31-may-20 which is some relief. I do not know what is the issue with airtel. I am committed to pay by the due date but disappointed by this insensitivity of the service provider towards their customers.

      Internet doesn't work properly, I have a 2gd daily plan but because of this issue internet is getting wasted I'm very much frustrated with this network

        A request was sent to the company mail id i. E [protected]@in. Airtel.com on dated[protected] for permanent disconnection of the subject cited broadband services with immediate effect as the same was no more required to me due to installation of jio broadband services. But the company has not sent me the reference number till day nor they responded for the said mail. Moreover i tried to contact the company's customer care number as well as on relationship number given on my march month bill but it is very unfortunate that there is no response from there also.. It seems that the company wants to extract the money for further period also. The trai should take note on it and penalize the company who is taking undue benefit in the garb of covid-19. Moreover the company has deleted the deactivation services from there app also. This complaint is being made so that same be used in future in case litigation arise on account of date of disconnection of services

          I want to deactivate my connection as soon as possible.
          I am trying to reach the customer care call center, airtel thanks app also the web site. But there is no option where i can deactivate my connection.

          I also sent them mail multiple times regarding the same but still, no action has been taken from there side.

          I am not using this service from the last one month and won't be using it in the future as well

          Please help me in deactivating this connection.

            I have recharged my mobile in the morning, using myairtel app the money got deducted immediately but till now it was not recharged.

            I have tried to raise a complaint in the myairtel app but there is no option there.

            Hope they will react to my complaint here.

              I had done recharge of rs 249 on 27 april 2020 through net banking.. Money had been debited from my account.. And i got message from the bank.. But till now i didn't get any message from airtel.. I had called airtel customer care but i got no response.. Till now i didn't get any message from airtel for recharging.. But my money had been debited from my account.. I had payed through airtel. Thnx app.. But the recharge seemed to be not done

                I recharge with 320 rs, money is reduced from my account but the DTH toll free number tells we are not recharged, but we already charged for my airtel DTH account.

                      I have tried to recharge twice for my prepaid mobile services but it failed though both the times i recieved txn ids and amount has been deducted from my bank account.
                      Neither i have been recharged nor i have got refund of my amonut i paid online
                      Kindly refund my amount for both the payments

                          Hi,

                          On 25th april 2020 from afternoon 03:01 pm to 03:04 pm 7 transactions happened to bharti airtel limited from my paytm wallet and amounts are rs500, rs100, 100, 100, 100, 10, 10 total rs900 got credited to bharti airtel limited from my wallet. I am not aware of this and i didn't setup any auto translations for the same. But i had linked paytm wallet in airtel app. Someone for airtel misused this and without my knowledge these amounts got deducted. I had only rs900 in my wallet hence all amounts are credited to airtel.

                              As per my latest generated bill, my monthly plan has been increased from rs 199 to rs. 249. I never requested to upgrade my plan.in fact, i was on a 99/month plan initially when airtel suddenly changed my plan to rs 199/month, to which they responded that my earlier plan is no more available.

                              I also searched for any emails from airtel notifying me of this change in plan but did not find any such communication.

                                I m unable to recharge my prepaid number [protected]. I have sent several emails to Airtel regarding this. Now my incoming calls are stopped. I m extremely frustrated as to what is happening. I have spent several hours trying to get in touch with customer care. Please resolve this issue.

                                      This connection is on the name of my sister and she had to move out of the country. Neither i stay in india and hence i thought would block or put the number on hold. Team informed on phone call that i will have to pay 50 rupees per month. I was in agreement with that but after three months i see they are charging me 500 rupees every month. I am unable to reach the customer care and hence requesting the team to reach me @[protected]@gmail.com. If this is not done, then this incident would be proof that we are not responsible for any further issues wrt to this number

                                        I recharge my airtel number for 1 year for 2400 rs it cost me 400 rupees extra from any other company and now I am unable to use this plan because my internet speed does not cross 100 kbps I also tried sorrel thanks app to resolve it but it shows sim is not in the handset insert the sim 😡😡 I got cheated by airtel and I got stuck for 1 year
