I had started to recharge my Airtel digital TV through Airtel payment bank on 09/04/2020 but the recharge is activated in tv but deducted from my a/c whereas my transaction ID is[protected] and recharge IID is[protected] and Bene VPA is airtelin.[protected]@axisbank and the status shows in pending. The Airtel digital TV ID is [protected].
So, kindly request you to take necessary action and resolve as soon as possible. Thanks...

Hi. My father works in bihar police and he is currently deployed near nepal border. Few days back we were trying to call him and it was saying that 'incoming cann facility is not available on this number'. I had recharged my Airtel digital TV of I'd no [protected] but recharge is not activated in watching TV where Rs. 399 is deducted from my account dated09/04/2020.
So, I would kindly request the authority refund it as soon as possible....

I use my own plan for my airtel digital tv through their app. My airtel digital tv id is : [protected]. The approximate value of my own created plan remains around rs 250. On 15/02/2020 i ve charged my account with rs 500. not providing channels even after recharging

I recharged my airtel dth a/c no. [protected]. On 11 april 2020, i was recieving channels #111 and #116 on 11 april 2020 but they stopped providing it on 12 april. They are not picking any calls not responding to any kind of complaints either.
I want a full refund or performance on their part.
Please take strict action against them, this company has harassed a lot....

My airtel money is locked. I forgot to change my pin within the stipulated hours. I thought i did so i have been inputing a pin and that's why it's locked. How do i unlock it...

I paid my airtel bill for my landline number[protected] through the airtel app with my debit card. It said that the transaction failed. But money was deducted from my account. Kindly help me out. balance deduction of 379

Hi, my name is Ankit Akanksha. I've done recharge of 379 rupees and amount got deducted and recharge was not done. I tried reaching customer service but there is no one to help and no response from there side. They are just using customer's money and they are making benefit of COVID 19 situation....

I have done a recharge on 9th April 2020 at 9:51pm on the my Airtel app of ₹558. The balance has been deducted from my bank account. But the recharge is not done, nor any message has come about it....

This is to inform you that i tried recharging my mother's mobile number ([protected]) through my airtel thanks app. (My mobile number is [protected]). I paid through google pay and the amount 383 rupees was deducted from my account. But the transaction page on the airtel app did not show any further details.
The recharge has not reached my mother account.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible...
