While trying to recharge my phone i lost 219 rupees twice.
The money got deducted from my account both times but the recharge failed.
Usually airtel refunds withing a day but i still have not received a refund.
This incident happened on 04/04/2020 and later again on 06/04/2020.
I request the authorities to do the needful as soon as possible to schedule a refund and i also request for a reply.
I had directly mailed to the airtel mail id but i received no reply which is very disappointing. Even the call centers weren't functioning due to the lock down.

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT ONLY ONE OF THE REFUNDS WERE DONE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR THE FIRST RECHARGE I ATTEMPTED TO DO ON 4TH OF APRIL 2020.
I would appreciate your attention to this situation.
I once again thank you for your kind help and I request this one more help from the authorities.
This recharge was also worth rupees 219 and the transaction happened on 4th April of this year.
