I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from hyderabad (Telangana circle). I have started facing this issue since a three months now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number

1. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number [protected].

3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number

I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest

    Hiii my self javed iqbal, working in abu dhabi. I am an airtel user just before 3 weeks it stopped working. There is no network in my sim. I started to reach airtel customer care but i couldn't. This number is very important to me please help me in this.

      I have subscribed to a airtel postpaid plan of rs 999/- on 22nd april 2020 (Upgraded from previous rs 699/- plan). On 23rd april 2020 (The very next day), it showed me a usage of more than 50 gb (In the airtel app). It is to be noted that my background apps do not consumed data as i always go for data usage mode. Hence, this analysis in airtel thank you app is completely unacceptable, misleading and impossible. This has happened to me previously too with my last plan of rs 699 hence data ended prematurely and i was forced to upgrade to rs 999/- as i ran out of option.in these hard times of lock-down, it is impossible to visit any local store. Moreover, internet connection is indispensable for my profession.

      The attached image shows the data usage for just one day! Kindly refer it for my mobile number too.

      Hoping for a quick remedial action from your end.

        Dear airtel,
        I want to put to you notice that i have recharged an amount of rs 449 from the airtel app through bhim app. The money has been deducted from my account but recharge wasn't successful. I haven't received any message regarding this nor got the refund back. Please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

          Last friday call for broadband service from airtel.
          Person came and completed verification process and paid the amount immediately for faster service.
          But from then one week passed no engineer visited the site for installation.
          Also trying to reach to the person who. Came for verification.. All number switched off.
          Neither cancelling the request or processing the request.

            I'm Sugumaran and i got a new connection form Airtel xstream from 17 th April 2020. During the new connection payment 1st time i have paid Rs.2828 on 13th April 20 through your airtel using my Debit card. your office people said not received payment. But amount has taken my account.
            Then 2nd time i have paid Rs. 2828 to airtel using Online payment on same day 13th april 2020.2nd times transaction amount also debited my account.
            After 1 hr received a message saying 1st time transaction amount decline. But I am not received from airtel.
            Our details is

              I am Santosh Kumar a regular Post Paid user of Airtel for a long time, I have more than 10
              active connection with you.

              But I am serious billing issue from your end & for the same, I had discussed with the customer
              care, representative, many time and mailed the same, but not getting proper solution of mine issue.

              Airtel has charged INR 5, 000 (approx)amount as postpaid for the Number +91-[protected], after discussion
              they said they had activated international roaming it causes the High unbilled amount, I never
              travelled anywhere other than India. So without mine consent how Airtel added this roaming pack.

              I request you to please wave off this roaming amount & do the needful in this matter so that
              I can pay the remaining amount to avail your services.

              I wish to seek your attention on this matter because this Mobile Number is used in Bio-Medical
              device for a critical medical issue, if this amount remains unpaid due to proper response from end
              can cause a threat to the life of my patient, So need a prompt response from your end.

              The purpose of this has been clearly stated to your representative while buying this SIM Card.

              Previous Compliant ID - [protected] [27 March 2020] - Un-resolved from mine end. - [protected] [April 06th 2020 ] - Un-resolved from mine end.

                I am using airtel dth services since two years from now. I was watching dd national (Channel no 148) and dd bharti (Channel no 151) regularly. Both of the channels are part of dd pack which is free of cost and for watching this pack we just have to take monthly recharge of 153 inr. While going through the airtel app it is showing that dd pack is part of your pack and can not be removed but since four days i am getting error 4 on all the channel of dd pack. On tv is is showing the error with message that the channel is not subscribed by you. When as per app dd pack can not be removed then why i am able to watch the dd pack. While complaining via app they are just raised service request thrice and closed it without even communicating and resolving the issue. I have sent several mails but no satisfactory reply was received. If problem can not be solved at the moment then at least communicate properly. It feels so difficult to communicate to tiny issues like this which will not take more than 5 min to resolve. But they have already wasted so much of my time and efforts to communicate. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. If i have to make this much efforts for so tiny issues then i am not going to use dth services any more.

                  I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 21st april 2020 and received an sms with transaction of rs. 399. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    I am having error code 004 i.e. channel is not subscribed. but in airtel app my pack is showing that channel is part of your package. I am complaining since 4 days but they are raising service request and closing that request within few hours without resolving the issue . Customer care executives are not replying even after so many mails. I am getting this error 4 for DD pack which is free of cost and as per central government guidelines DD pack can not be removed. Airtel app is also showing that this pack can not be removed but on TV they are showing Error 4 since 4 Days.

                      Since last 10 days (From[protected], i am unable to make outgoing calls and use internet from my airtel sim ([protected]) inspite of having active recharge plan. After the problem arises due to lockdown it is not possible to reach the cutomer care representative. So, in thought of that i might have no balance, i recharged my airtel number again by 399 plan on[protected], but still the problem doesn't get resolved. Today on[protected] just to check i recharged my number with 10 rs. Broucher and then it started to work. They (Airtel) are just creating loot among their customers which is unbearable in this situation when everyone need good connectivity for their work.

                        Hi - I ordered for Airtel Broadband connection on 28-March-2020. It was a quarterly plan for the price 2828.00. Installation person came to my home on 12-April-2020 and confirmed that Interner connection is not feasible due to distance of my house location from the Internet box. I didn't got cancellation confirmation nor didn't got my amount of refunded.

                        As a matter of fact, on Airtel app it shows my account is active still, but i didn't even got the connection! When I reach out to them through email, I get calls from Airtel person that I'll get refund confirmation at least but haven't for so far.

                        On the Airtel app it shows I'll be billed soon. Please escalate.

                            I recharged my airtel number through airtel app for Rs.448(84days 1.4 GB/day) on 13 April 2020. The plan seemed to be not valid, so the recharge was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my bank account. It was stated that refund will be initiated between 7-10 days but still no money is credited from airtel to my account

                              Today got call from airtel, and they asked me to send stop to 121 by sms! But when my sim itself is not working, how can i send sms. I am trying to call back, but the number is coming busy.

                              On 21 st april 2020, while my working sim was still in my phone, early morning, the sim is not getting recognised. My mobile prepaid number is [protected]. As a result all my outgoing and incoming calls and data cannot access. I am not getting...

                                  Unable to register my airtel prepaid sim.

                                  Mobile number [protected]

                                  It was working until last week but suddenly is it not working.

                                  Some time the signal is coming after enabling and disabling aeroplan mode but with in minute again getting some blocked symbol.

                                  Especially when i am enabled the mobile data then immediately the signal gone even i cannot make a call

                                  Due to covid we are here at native and the airtel network only available in my area.

                                  So please do the needful asap
