I am recharged amount of Rs.79 via imobile application by icici bank on the date of 24.03.2020. The recharge was not done but my amount was deducted in my account kindly take necessary action. In this lockdown period why this network company doing like this.

      Dear sir i am subscriber of airtel for the last so many years. My mob no [protected].in lockdown period i was asked to recharge mob no. That is.[protected] (To be considered as first no.) or[protected] (To be considered as second number) i recharged first no. With rs 199 by paytm airtel mobile recharge on april 22, 2020, ist 17:40:55 with ref [protected]. But on recharge it was found that the no.[protected] is not working or active. Then i recharge second number for rs 199 by paytm airtel mobile recharge on april 22, 2020 with ist 18:55:16ref.[protected].
      Since, no.[protected] is not working i wish to get back my money.
      Kindly get it done as in this lock down period we are already facing other problems and it is mere loss of money with no usage.

        My Airtel Mobile Number([protected]) is Registered with DND but I am receiving Promotional Calls and SMS from Airtel daily. I am really frustruated to attend the call and hear IVR. My inbox is filled with messages from airtel. I don't want any Call/SMS from Airtel.

          Hi, I think there's some kind of technical issue because after using 100% if daily data limit Airtel thanks app is not viewing other data pack's data nd simply displaying as total data is 0mb

              I have recharged of rs.49 as on date 21.04.2020 for my mobile number [protected]. Till the recharge my sim worked well but after my recharge it stopped working fully. So i called to customer service they said it might possible sim card is damaged so i have to replace it but due to lockdown i can't replace it immediately so i told them to carry forward my balance whenever i will replace it. They completely denied to carry forward balance. This is such irresponsible behaviour of them. I am extremely disappointed by thier service they can't help customers during lockdown then what's the point to continue service. This is not my personal problem they should have some policies to help customers. They are just money minded people. They are just for name to worldwide service.

                    Sir mene 7 march ko online payment ki thi quikr par vaha meri payment fail ho jati hai nd balance b cut ho jata hai airtel bank vale bol rahe k humari taraf se trasaction successfully ho gya but mera payment failed bata raha to kese succefully ho sakta hai mene quikr se b bat ki unka b koi sahi ans ni aaya mene quikr valo ko kaha b 7 march se 8 march tak k apna account statment share kar do vo b ni kiya me thak gya upar se lockdown me peso ki kami mene 15200rs ka trasaction kiya tha plz mera refund karva do...

                      My airtel number shows no service from 23rd march. I tried all possible solution like putting out sim and reinserting, switching on and off, also tried putting sim in another phone but all in vain, i called customer support and they gave me a solution to change sim card but at this hour of time thats not possible because of lockdown so need to wait till lockdown. But i am concerned about the tarrif plans which is going waste as unuable. Please resolve this issue.

                        I got problem with my broadband connection so i checked the app for diagnostic, didnt work.. I paid some which was showing pending.. However after doing i was still not connected... Im fed up with talking to customer care, i just couldnt reach the support team because of so many menu options.. Also spoke with the local employees who did the connection.. He is asked me to file a complaint.. On the customer care..:/ this is very disappointing because i think the solution is very simple here but the system is flawed.

                            Yesterday ₹2398 and ₹49 was deducted from my paytm wallet using airtel website. I have not done this transaction and i have never share any otp to anyone. Transaction done without any otp verification. I want my money back. Please help me to get my money.                                   I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from hyderabad (Telangana circle). I have started facing this issue since a three months now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number

                                  1. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number [protected].

                                  3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                                  Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number

                                  I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest

                                      I have subscribed to a airtel postpaid plan of rs 999/- on 22nd april 2020 (Upgraded from previous rs 699/- plan). On 23rd april 2020 (The very next day), it showed me a usage of more than 50 gb (In the airtel app). It is to be noted that my background apps do not consumed data as i always go for data usage mode. Hence, this analysis in airtel thank you app is completely unacceptable, misleading and impossible. This has happened to me previously too with my last plan of rs 699 hence data ended prematurely and i was forced to upgrade to rs 999/- as i ran out of option.in these hard times of lock-down, it is impossible to visit any local store. Moreover, internet connection is indispensable for my profession.

                                      The attached image shows the data usage for just one day! Kindly refer it for my mobile number too.

                                        I want to put to you notice that i have recharged an amount of rs 449 from the airtel app through bhim app. The money has been deducted from my account but recharge wasn't successful. I haven't received any message regarding this nor got the refund back. Please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.
