Hi
I wanted to recharge another airtel number from my airtel thanks app.
So i selected the contact number and the plan i wanted to go on with but as soon as i payed for the recharge, my own number got recharged.
I recharged for the 6gb pack for 98 rs.
So please can you clarify this and return the amount to my account.

      Dear sir,

      I would like to complain airtel for fraud.
      I bought airtel sim [protected] in somewhere 2005 to 2006 and i was done a recharge of 999 for lifetime validity and it was shown somewhere in 2025 to be expire.
      Also one important condition that the sim supposed to recharge of min amount at least in 6 month.
      Now its compulsory to recharge every month of min amount 35 or something.
      Why???
      The money which i paid in 2005-06 is not counted.

      I need it as proper resolution.
      Its kind of fraud for me like other customers.

      Please do the needful.

        From today morning itself incoming facility has been barred called many time
        Customer care couldn't connect with customer care executive
        I raise mail complaint also no reply asking authentication for update mail id
        How could i get otp sms if incoming is suspended? Could u have sense?
        Kindly clear my issue as soon as possible

          Sub: complaint regarding bad service by bharti airtel - ecaf_[protected]

          With reference to the above, i would like to bring to your notice about the absolutely horrible experience with airtel by me.

          In view of work from home went for booking airtel extreme fibernet broadband on thursday i. E. 16.04.2020. On the call, the girl said it would be done same day and she is sending technical person. One vishwas had come in an hour. He asked for payment with airtel link. Went ahead and paid as he said he is the sales person, technical team would come in the evening and install as well as activate the connection. No one came on thursday, friday or today. Whenever i call, he says they will come and now is not picking up my calls. I tried 121 to lodge a complaint and airtel's ivr smartly deactivated customer service, keeps rerouting requests without any clear options to take a complaint or give status.

          Horrific experience on how organized customer payments are slickly taken, kept in the account and service deferred by airtel. If clear communication was given on it can't be done on thursday, i wouldn't have paid the amounts.

          I have had absolutely terrible service with mobile networks too (Bad signals, complaints closed over years by airtel without resolution and i have been foolish enough to opt for airtel broadband again. I request your good selves to intervene and help me with
          A) getting a full refund for the payment received by airtel in view of service not delivered as per promise by airtel
          B) give me an interest of 14% if the same is delayed further by their end
          C) ensure better signal strength is received by me for my mobile networks, a service deficiency not rectified by airtel over years in spite of repeated complaints from my end.

          I trust you will action the same without delay as it is impacting me in view of covid19 lockdown.

            I unknowingly changed one number of my mobile number and Wrongly recharged to this ([protected]) number through airtel online recharge for Rs.379 with 6 gb data per day for 84 days. I kindly ask for refund or mobile recharge to my respective number.

              I recharged my mobile no. [protected] from my airtl thanks app using [protected]. The recharge has been failed but money deducted from my account.

              I have reached out to airtel support then they are saying that i should connect to bank directly and the comment is as below.

              Airtel payments bank comment: "the transaction id provided by you does not belong to airtel payments bank. We request you to reach out to the concerned bank directly."

              Bank of baroda comment: "sorry for the inconvenience! Your transaction is a successful merchant transaction on real time basis and routed to beneficiary bank’s merchant. We have not received any refund for the said transaction till date. If merchant transaction has failed then generally it takes minimum 5 days for the reversal of funds in customer’s account. We have also raised chargeback on merchant bank dated 17.04.2020. As per npci guideline merchant bank has 30 days to investigate this matter and accordingly they will either accept or reject the charge back.in case chargeback is accepted funds will be automatically reversed in remitter's account after chargeback period is over. If remitter has not received the funds then chargeback has been represented (Rejected) by beneficiary bank. For any queries feel free to reach us. We thank you for banking with us."

              But i didn't get any solution yet. Please help out me to resolve this.

              I am getting fraud calls from Airtel by yesterday. They tried to deduct my money fro. My account. Not getting any call regarding the above explained issue.

                I have done recharge on my prepaid account 49 rs on 17 april 2020 but the amount has cut from my account but not get came on mobile Recharge plz resolve my problem this is second time that i have got the problem on airtel

                  I added 48 rs to my airtel account money got deducted from my bank account but the airtel account shows zero money also the recharge for which i was adding money didn’t take place
                  Similar thing happened on 2 april I recharged 199 pack money got deducted but recharge didn’t occur

                          Recharge has been done for my airtel prepaid mumber on 15.4.20 for 499 but still can't find that reflecting in my account.. Either refund my amount or process the transaction. It is very difficult to reach out to customer care as none are connecting. When the essential services are working with very limited resources why can't such a big company have customers care executives who can handle customer grievances. Sick of it airtel. Three days and my recharge is still pending.

                                    I recharged on april 13th and since then my mobile is not able to recognise the sim, most probably sim is inactive. When mailed to customer care, automated mail came back to validate the account in which otp will be sent to the airtel number. My question here is how do i receive otp number on airtel when i have the issue with the same number. Request you to look into the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have recharged for 4G pack amounting to INR.648 through online UPI on 16th Apr'2020. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount
