I recharged Rs.599 on April 9 to mobile number [protected], using my SBI mobile banking app. Amount got debited.
But the topup Failed. Can you please check and let me know .

When tried to login to Airtel account for number [protected], it always ends up with the error message, "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later." We will have to extract the bill by today. Could you please help as soon as possible...

airtel broadband refund problem

I ve paid for Airtel broadband connection on April 2nd but later they told like there is no feasibility in my area. Hence I requested for refund. But I didn't receive any response from them....

airtel sim access error

My airtel sim is showing access error
Sim showing network
But i am unable to call or message
Why this??
This is happening since two days
I am not receiving any messages or calls

I am unable to make calls
And messages
I tried reboot process but didn't work
I tried using sim card in another handset
Sim card showing disabled in other phone too
Please sort out...

money has been deducted but no recharge

Hi,

I recharged a airtel number [protected] for 1438. Money has been paid through google pay upi option. The payment was processed and money was deducted. But there is no recharge happened. Even in my transaction history on airtel app is not reflecting it.

Recharge Not Done, But Money Deducted From Bank.
I use Airtel App For Recharge,
Recharge amount - 598 rs
Recharge No - [protected]
And There is no Transactions History showing.
But my balance deduct from bank.
This Is SCAM....

I have recharged through airtel app using phonepe as payment option. The transaction is visible as successful in phonepe but doesnot reflect in Airtel app. Amount got deducted but the recharge was not done.

I have paid the amount of Rs.379 through HDFC Net Banking on 27/3/2020 to recharge the 84 days unlimited package fro the mobile No. [protected] but not charged, latter, after waiting for few days, we charged from the different way by PAYTM.

Actually i want to activate only 219/- plan, by mistakenly done double recharge.

data is very slow

My data is very slow and intermittent. Although i have ~190gb of data left in my plan. I tried checking on the airtel app and after checking the network connection, it says there's network outage in my area and the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. I've been getting the same message for the last 6 days. There is no option to call and talk to the customer care representative any more. This is really pathetic. Firstly, the net stops working....
