I am Airtel prepaid user and they are charging Rs 598 for unlimited calls and 4G internet for 84days. I have given many complaints to service provider that i am not getting internet even though it is showing as 4G it will take 2 to 3 mins sometime not even load Google home page.

    My father's airtel sim is not working for two days now. We have checked everything, reinserting sim, checking settings but nothing worked. We called customer care too but no one picked up the call.
    His number is [protected]. Please check the problem with this number.

    Can some one please help assess the problem with the sim?
    We recently recharged the sim too.

      I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with amount rs.698/- on 10 april 20 at 10.22 am through airtel app and amount paid through google pay. The amount has been deducted from my account but recharged has not happen till date. I have to again recharge with 598 on 12-04-20 to resume services.
      Detail of recharge as below-

      Amount rs.698/- on 10-04-20 at 10.22 am

          I recharged my airtel number ([protected]) on (15/4/2020) through airtel app with rs 598.0. Then a message came saying that bill payment of rs 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id :[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours.
          But later it says that payment failed : your recent transaction for airtel mobile number : [protected], amount rs 598.0 and txn id[protected] has failed but the amount of rs 598 deducted from my hdfc bank account. This is a fraud in lockdown. Please refund our money (Rs 598) otherwise recharge our number.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I was recharged worng airtel number and raised complaint to customer support team but till issue not resolved.It is wrost support team and never seen this type of service.

              I have done recharge of rs. 399 on airtel mobile no. [protected].. dated- 8/4/2020.
              amount has deducted from my account, but recharge didnt complete. even i got the messege regarding refund. it has been around 7 days but amount has not refunded yet in my account.

                My complaint is regarding slow speed of airtel 4g. I bout this sim 2 months ago and whenever I am at home I can hardly open up Google on my phone, let alone browsing YouTube regardless of the fact that I am getting full signal bar. I think they are conning people by saying its 4g whereas it do no even comparable to 2g.

                      My number +91-[protected]

                      I was on international roaming pack of 3999.
                      Intially i was told it will auto renew every month so i had selected this pack.
                      But it did auto renew by charging per day of 649+ tax for 12 days around and already bill is generated...
                      When they can auto renew pack they had to auto renew previous pack how can they renew any pack of there choice.. This is unfair and we shall pay this charges...
                      Or they should have straight away stopped the sim... They can't take decision on our behalf by there choice and ask us to pay. Its total unfair policy.
                      I seek for total waiver of this charges
                      I shall pay only as per 3999 plan for 30 days.

                        My customer id for my Airtel dth service is [protected]. But the registered mobile number dosen't belong to me. It was the fault of the nearest Airtel service provider. Due to wrong registered mobile number i am unable to avail any type of Airtel dth services. My correct mobile number is [protected]. So, please update my this particular number([protected]) to my Airtel dth connection service. Please, do this needful to me because i am unable to avail any offers.

                          I applied for a new airtel xstram fibernet broadband connection. Got call from airtel team (Phone no [protected]) on 16 march 2020 around 11.55 am and i was told to do payment of rs. 2828 against the new connection and i was assured of the installation on the same day by 6.30 pm. I did full payment on the same day by around 2.30 pm. However i told the concerned team that please look for the feasibility of the connection in my area then i will make the payment. But the answer i got from airtel executive that 100% feasibility is there without doing any on-site validation in person. I kept calling continuously and no body used to respond at all. My call was ignored daily and installation work is still pending. Called again on 17th march, i was told same thing that it will be installed in 20 minutes then by 3pm then by 6 pm. I was lied continuously. Same thing happened on 18th, 19th, even still it is pending. Same day by field staff i was informed that there is no fibernet feasibility in your area. This is very disgusting. First of all no proper response, no proper time given, and it was almost 4 days installation had not been done. Phone is not picked by concerned staff.
                          Fed up with your service i have applied for full refund. Til now its almost 20 days over. I didn't get refund.

                                I am an existing airtel customer for more than 5 years.
                                I recharged my other airtel number using google pay app for amount of rs, 49:00
                                On april 13, 2020 at 12:33 pm
                                The amount had been debited from my bank account but recharge is not done.
                                I enquired on google pay. They said since transaction has been processed successfully.. The merchant (Airtel) has problem in processing recharge... So i am here..
                                I also attached pictures as proof showing that google pay transaction is successful.. 2 picture — amount had debited... Also in last picture the proof showing that concerted amount not yet recharged (Using your airtel 121 numberlast recharges)
                                I need my recharge of rs49:00

                                Doesn't resolved at all... actually I need to delete my complaint.but I can't so I mark it as resolved.. after I filed a complaint ..an unknown number calls me and asks for bank account details etc...I think I posted pictures which contains my number. I pls request airtel to delete my complaint visible to others...

                                  Dear madam/sir

                                  I have recharged a wrong number through a local retail store. Unfortunately due to fluctuation over the network. The no which has been recharged is not in service which is making me concerned about it in these tough lockdown situations. As there customer supports are not active seems like at the same time sms process is not working. Kindly please look in to that and reverse the recharge to the right number.                                       I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through airtel thanks app for rs. 298 with rs 50 discount coupon on 10th april 2020 and received an sms with upi transaction id [[protected]]. Bank transaction of rs. 248 was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
