I wanted to have Airtel broadband connection so I contacted Airtel executive and the executive came to my place to fill online form, after filling all the information i got a message form 121 for online payment however I made a payment of 4, 128 and the amount has been deducted from my account and payment was failed

    I make recharge my sim card with Rs. 48 for 3 GB internet service on 21.04.2020. My mobile no is [protected]. But unfortunately the recharge facility is not provide. But Rs. 48 has been cut from my account. Transaction reference no. is IHM5476047
    Please give me 3 GB internet to my mobile no or refund Rs. 48.

      On 17 the april 2020 made an online recharge of rs 49 each for my numbers [protected] and [protected] through upi payment

      I received the recharge initiated message but not confirmed till date and the money has been deducted.

      Am not able to reach their customer care also due to covid19.

      Please take action asap

        Since today afternoon, i am getting 'network busy' error while making calls and then it gets disconnected. Others trying to call me are getting error that my phone is switched off or out of network.

        Please help as i am unable to make or receive calls. Tried switch off, switch on, reboot. Tried manually selecting mobile network. I can see full network in the network bar, also getting data service but unable to make or receive call. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

          I Reema Kumari is very disappointed with this act of Airtel, my airtel tell sim card i.e No- "[protected]" was unregistered 2-3 ago without any prior notification, this has caused me too much lose.
          I had a talk with the customer care executive and he clearly told to contact the nearby airtel store which is not possible in this lockdown situation.
          If the SIM will not be activated it would cause me too much lose. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, I would be grateful to you for that.

            Hi Team,
            This is to inform you that I have requested for Airtel Xtreme Fiber Connection and got a call from one of your representative regarding confirmation and KYC. After successful document process and online payment (link provided by executive came for kyc) on April 11, 2020 I was told to wait for 24 hrs and engineer will call for installation. But till now I haven't received any response from your side.

            My montly internet plan - 1499 rupees
            Data plan - 500 gb/month
            Additional plan - 299/month (For 3333 gb per month)

            I started this plan on 19th of march 2020, but according to aitel i have consumed 500 gb data in 2 weeks, then i activated the unlinited data plan that is 3333gb per month, then, according to airtel i have cosumed 3333 gb in 2 weeks.
            Please take action against airtel

                I had done recharge through airtel app and payment was done through phonepe of amount 548 and it was credited to airtel and the message and details is with me but now its more than a week and recharge is not done and the worst thing is that airtel app is not showing any transaction history. The payment details is with me and what can i do now. Either a cashback or recharge is necessary.

                  puk code and date of birth

                  My airtel sim card is locked and its asking for puk code. So i called on the customer care number (121) but they were asking for the date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format but after inputting it, it says that the date of birth is wrong how is that possible, how come it shows wrong. Here is some issue with their system. I need help here because my sim card is locked and i am not able to connect to the executive due to the corona virus outbreak....

                  I have recharge my number
                  From airtel website but after deduction of
                  Recharge amount from my account it flashing msg.
                  To create an account with airtel and aking for imps and other detail which i don't have,
                  And i dont want to create an account you should ask
                  To create account before deduction of amount not after that!!!
                  You are just forcing people to create account with airtel which is not good!!!
                  Kindly give back my amount which is rs.219 transaction id is

                      I used new superhero feature to recharge my friend's mobile through My Airtel app that showed recharge failed buy money deducted from my account.

                      The worst thing is there is no log (history) of it.

                      The number registered with my mobile is [protected] and the number I recharged is [protected]

                        I accidently recharged airtel prepaid (Mumbai circle) number [protected] twice with same (149) plan. Please I want to undo the second recharge. Please thank you.

                          Hi team,

                          This is regarding my airtel sim [protected]. I have sent them emails and tried to reach them thought calls and email services i still did not get a response i dont want to pay bill for the service for the sim that i am not using. As i keep getting notification to pay the bill and this is fustrating me. They just send a automated email to authenticate the sim, the old sim i was using was for internet connection i dont have services for calls and messages so i am not getting otp to that number or the alternative number given either to authenticate as requested. I am not paying aything that i am not using.

                          Please have it resolved for me at the earliest.

                          I have pasted the below email that i has sent airtel earlier.

                          This is regarding my internet connection sim card which i had been using for a very long time the number is [protected], and i would like to cancel it.

                          I have recently got another dual airtel sims with good offer the number for the new sim is [protected] and [protected] at the time i called the airlet customer service i was not able to reach them because of the covid19 situation hence i checked on the airtel application there was no option to have it cancelled.

                          Please have the old number that is [protected] cancelled and i would not be able to pay the bill which is generated after i brought the new sim as i stopped using it. It is not anyone mistake to blame because i tried to reach on my end to customer care due to covid situation no one is available i am not able to reach none i tried couple of times. I did not know i would get a response for my email. I am thankful i could reach some one through email services please look in to this as soon as possible and i don't want to receive another bill payment message.

                          Revert to me at the earliest.

                          Please cancel only [protected] this number.

                              I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from pune (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a long time. Now during covid19 i don't have other options for recharge.

                              1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet.

                              2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number, it is working fine with other airtel number.

                              3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                              Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number.

                              I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                  Today i have done a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due to user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

                                  Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
