On mentioned myself sanjeevkumar from kalaburagi district Karnataka state my Airtel DTH I'd [protected] & mobile no [protected] at present my account is active but on screen appears your account is suspended & also appears ca error TV code-6 since one week, my account having balance ₹461.42 and my account balance is dedicating aslo, I have complainted to customer care through Airtel thank app and registered mobile also but nobody can responded me till with complaint reference no 2334415 and STB NO [protected] & VIEW CARD NO[protected] so please solve my technical problem as possible as wit

    Sir 12/4/20 am recharged my airtel number [protected] Rs 598 via airtel app. Transactions failed cash not come on my account.
    Today more call come and they tell me call from airtel but asking my atm card number OTP detail's. Todays airtel officer's count contact me

      I have recharged my mobile number ([protected]) through net banking for rs. 598 on 12th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected] transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

        Sir i have recharge my airtel number on 4th april 2020 of Rs 698, my amount deducted but my transaction was failed.despite of several calls i do not get help from airtel customer care. So please resolve my issue and refund my Rs 698.

          I tried to recharge my airtel number using airtel thanks app on Apr 13 2020 but the recharge failed, in addition, the balance was deducted from my account.
          I want refund now, i can't contact through 121 because the option is removed i guess.
          I tried to contact 121 and used all codes but i am unable to connect to a customer care executive.
          So please solve my issue

            I have requested a broadband connection for my home address on 3rd april, 2020 and they promised to install by 7 anyhow. Now after more than 10 days they are not activating it and also there is no way to get my money back.

            Please help me to get my money back so i can choose another vendor, there is no more trust left with airtel.

              I have recharged my mobile number through UPI transaction for Rs. 429 on 13th April 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference of Rs. 429. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  This is to inform you that recharge of rs.399/- is made vide details attached for mob no: [protected] on date 13/04/2020. Though after successful payment i didn't get any unlimited pack activation confirmation sms. And even i tried calling to all customers care number available on internet ([protected], 121 & 198) i didn't get any responses. May be it's because of lockdown emergency i think.
                  Kindly check with my payment details and plz activate my unlimited pack at the earliest.
                  Hoping your quick response and further needful action.

                      Currently i am using airtel 4g wifi device.

                      I want to change my current plan which is 599_100gb per month data card plan to monthly rental ₹1499 @ 500 gb.

                      Airtel thanks app does not show any plans to update.

                      Not able to reach the customer care via 121 or 12118. I am not able to reach customer care by any ways.

                      Can you please change the plans for me, for the 4g number the shared above.

                        On 11-Apr-2020 I made a payment of Rs.548 to airtel number [protected].
                        I used Airtel thanks app registered with my mobile number [protected]. I used Google Pay as a medium of payment.
                        This transaction didn't reflect on [protected] this number.
                        Please settle this payment as soon as possible.

                          I am shiva and my mobile number [protected].

                          I would like to inform that there is bad signal strength of airtel and had lodged complaint many times to the network provider and discussed with customer care but there is no proper response.
                          Till now facing same problem and i was facing with call drops also many times. I was using this network since 2010.

                          Kindly requesting to consumer forum for take proper action on this network provider.

                            I recharged my airtel number on the airtel thanks app... Bank transaction completed... Money is cut... The airtel app was showing access denied... But money from my bank account is cut... And i've got no recharge and also my number is inactive still... And the customer care isn't making the call connected to speak to the service member..
                            I would request the company to refund my money or recharge my number... This inconvenience in these epidemic situation isn't acceptable

                                    I had started to recharge my Airtel digital TV through Airtel payment bank on 09/04/2020 but the recharge is activated in tv but deducted from my a/c whereas my transaction ID is[protected] and recharge IID is[protected] and Bene VPA is airtelin.[protected]@axisbank and the status shows in pending. The Airtel digital TV ID is [protected].
                                    So, kindly request you to take necessary action and resolve as soon as possible. Thanks

                                      Hi. My father works in bihar police and he is currently deployed near nepal border. Few days back we were trying to call him and it was saying that 'incoming cann facility is not available on this number'. We thought his plan has expired so we recharged his number with unlimited pack. We were still not able to call him as it was saying same response.in evening my father called and said his phone cought nepal network. He already had one month validity left from last unlimited recharge. Could you please update the system to add new recharge as additional days. His number is [protected]
