I used the new superhero feature to recharge a number though the my airtel app showed it as fail but mony was debited from my sbi account. Also this feature doesn't keep any transaction log. Though at 2nd try it was successful but i didn't got a refund of the 1st amount which was debited. The number registered with my airtel apo is [protected] and the number i was recharging is [protected].
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Yesterday i recharged my mobile number through airtel app of Rs 219 on which the company offers flat Rs 25 cashback . But after recharging no cashback was credited to my account. I feel.cheated because the company didn't give me cashback as shown on offers please solve my problem

      Had recharged of amount 399 from Airtel app to other number of Airtel. Recharge got failed and amount debited.
      Message given was amount will be credited back to account within 8 hours it’s been 20 hours still no amount credited and unable to reach to support

        I recharged my airtel number [protected] on (15/4/2020) with rs 598.0 through my airtel app using netbanking. A message came saying bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours and the money deducted from my hdfc bank account.

        Afterwards a message came saying payment failed: your recent transaction...

        Hi Team,

        I recharged Rs.558 for my airtel no [protected] on April 14, 2020. The transaction failed but the amount got deducted from my bank account. Please refund my amount ASAP.

          I recharged my sim for ₹448 via the airtel app using my debit card. During the process, i received confirmation message from the bank about the debit of ₹448. The transaction then failed showing recharge failed. But the money was deducted from my bank account

          Bill payment of rs. 448.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 99011xxxxx. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference.

          Syn - inr 448.00 dr to a/c xx4910 on[protected]:02:12 for ecom txn at ha2rupyu - bhartiairtellim avl bal: inr xxxxx. Xx. If you find the txn suspicious, sms block to [protected] to block your card temporarily or call our tollfree no.[protected]/[protected].

            I have tried recharge a airtel prepaid number in airtel payment bank account dated on (16/4/2020) to rs.249 pack. But amount has debited in my account without recharge. Recharge transaction failed, but amount is debited, transaction id (Protected) not refund till now. What i do? Please response and resolve the issue., i have tried to call many times, there is no any response for airtel customer care number, kindly do needful and refund immidiatley

              I have recharged my [protected] Airtel no. Yesterday with 349 plan. I got SMS and the amount also debited from my bank account. But the recharge is not done yet. Customer care service is not responding also. Please do something.

                Hello,

                I am writing here to you get aware with my concern about airtel. The day before yesterday (15/4/2019) i have recharged my mobile number with rupees 598 i. E combo pack. I have started reaching airtel the day itself, but still the solution is pending and no proper response from their side. I have tried reaching via call cutomer and also writing email to support team.in this pandemic situation i can't connect with my home and friends as i am working away from native. Usually i will call my family daily. But last two days can't able to contact my family due to my old plan expired and they repeatedly suggesting me to recharge through ivr, its ridiculous and furious.

                Please help me to get my amount back asap.

                  I never signed up for postpaid on prepaid number for airtel. I made an enquiry for airte postpaid connection and got a new postpaid connection. Now i'm getting postpaid payment notification for my prepaid number.
                  I checked on airtel thaks app and showing my prepaid connection as postpaid now.

                  I didnt signed up for this. And i tried to contact airtel customer care. Only ivr self help options available. Couldnt find any articles in faq in airtel website/application.

                  Dute to covid-19 lockdown i'm unable to visit any airtel store to enquire about this.
                  I want an action that to restore my prepaid connection.

                    I did my recharge of INR 558 on april 8 2020, amount was debited from my PNB but recharge was unsuccessful and today is april 16 2020 and i still didn't recieved any refund. transaction i'd was[protected].

                      Dear sir
                      I have recharged my mobile no [protected] for rs 379/-(399-20/app discount ) through airtel thanks app and amount has been deducted and got a message from customer care that Txn ID:[protected] but sim is not recharged yet, I have tried calling customer care since last 2 days but not getting any opstion to connect with u then at last I mailed to 121, ceo and some nodal officer mail id from my regiestered mail id with you even I regiestered my complain in consumer forum portal but did not get any response from your side . After waiting 2 days I am going to recharge my mobile once again for 449/- so plz now return the previous amount of 399/- bcz now the previous recharged would be waste if after 15 or 20 days u will solve that, 8 have faced much difficulties not having recharge for 2 days, was unable to call anywhere and now I want my money back any how from the previous recharge .
                      I am attaching screenshot of previous recharge for your better understanding .

                      Note- me and my family using airtel sim since last many years but this type of customer care response I didnt see anywhere else, I did everything to rectify my problem, calling, tweeting, mailing everything, plz do the needful it's our hard earned money .

                          Hello,

                          On 14th of april 2020, i had recharged for rs.598 (Valid for 84 days-1.5gb/day), through airtel thanks app. To this recharge a coupon of rs.40 was applied in the airtel thanks app. The money was deducted from my account, but i couldn't see the recharge reflecting in my account. I checked with the 'transaction history' in airtel thanks app several times, and couldn't find the transaction.

                          So kindly look into the issue at the earliest, as additional rs.45 will deducted from my balance.

                            I was holding airtel number [protected]. By entering wrong passwords the sim got blocked. I need a puk code to use this airtel sim card. I am enclosing my aadhar card & copy of sim card for your reference. Actually, i think the number is under my nephew's name (Mohammed habeebuddin sameer), write now he is not here he is in the united kingdom studying there for future studies. I request you to change my name or send me a puk number to unlock the phone at the earliest.

                            I hope you will do the needful at the earliest as my bank accounts are linked with this number.

                                My airtel broadband stopped working in February 2020. I had called customer care multiple times in the same month but the issue was not resolved. I asked for deactivation of the services on the call, but again nothing was implemented.

                                After that, the landline that was provided to me with the broadband stopped working and there was no way for me to reach customer care on phone. I sent an email to airtel customer care on March 21, 2020. I got no response, it has been more than 25 days. Moreover, I get a call on my mobile every now and then to pay the bill for the last two months, but when I ask them to discontinue their services, I get no help in the same.

                                  On april 14 i was recharged to one airtel number. But the number i was recharged which is in not service. The recharge was done through google pay. I really don't know what to do. So please kindly reverse the recharged amount to another airtel prepaid one of my family have. That day already i send one complaint about my issue. Your people contact me throught email. But unfortunately that tine i missed the chance to reply immediately. I am really sorry for that. Please kindly give me another chance to resolve the issue.

                                    Didn't received any recharge while amount is deducted from my account.
