नमस्कार सर, मुझे बहुत परेशानी होने के बाद में अब अन्त मै आपसे अनुरोध कर रहा हूं । कि हमारे एरिया मे आपका नेटवर्क नहीं आता है । तथा डाटा बिलकुल भी नहीं के बराबर है । एतः नेटवर्क के लिए एक से 1/2 किसी, दूर जाना पड़ता है । अतः अब हम आपकी सिमे को या तो दुसरी कम्पनी मे बदलना अनिवार्य होगा । और एक ही सीम नहीं । ये सीमे एक 1000/ 1500 के आसपास करेगे। क्या कि बावडी से लगभग 2002 से 2008 मे लगभग केवल एक ही दुकान चौहान मोबाइल एवं सैनी ईलेक्ट्रीकलस से आप की लगभग कितनी सैल की गई थी। जिससे आप आईडिया लगा सकते हैं ।कि कितनी सीमे एक साथ चेन्ज होगी ।
अतः अब आप ही आईडिया लगा सकते है । क्यो कि हर व्यक्ति कि एक ही समस्या है । नेटवर्क परेशानी ।
अतः अब आगे क्या कह सकते हैं । कम्पनी आप की है, हम अन्य लेगे । जबकि जिनकी नेटवर्क शिकायतें है । वे 10वर्ष पहले ली हुई है । ले किन अब आप से अन्तिम और पहली रिक्वेस् हैं । और पहले एक महिना मे पोर्ट होने का एहसास भी आपको है ।

      recharged wrong number

      Hi,
      I recharged wrong number. Can you please change it to right number. I attached the invoice below. And the reference number and order number. And i contacted wrong customer and she agreed to change it.

      I use my own plan for my airtel digital tv through their app. My airtel digital tv id is : [protected]. The approximate value of my own created plan remains around rs 250. On 15/02/2020 i ve charged my account with rs 500. After lockdown, in order to have smooth running of my account i recharged with rs 932 on 25/03/2020 through my amazan app. On 26/03/2020, i received a message from airtel that they ve deducted rs 1084 for some new pack, they have changed which i didn't notice. On 12/04/2020, i noticed that my balance is rs 19.42, it was shocking for me. Then i checked my plan and found that i was having a new plan. Then i checked details in my messages and found that message of 26/03/2020. I never changed my plan. I never gave permission to service provider to change it but as they found good balance on my account, they did it fraudulently. I have tried to contact customer care but in vain. So i changed my plan today for rs 240 so that my budget should not exceed. I request you kindly take notice of it and get my money back in my account and also punish the service provider appropriately.

        I recharged my airtel dth a/c no. [protected]. On 11 april 2020, i was recieving channels #111 and #116 on 11 april 2020 but they stopped providing it on 12 april. They are not picking any calls not responding to any kind of complaints either.
        I want a full refund or performance on their part.
        Please take strict action against them, this company has harassed a lot.

          My airtel money is locked. I forgot to change my pin within the stipulated hours. I thought i did so i have been inputing a pin and that's why it's locked. How do i unlock it

            I paid my airtel bill for my landline number[protected] through the airtel app with my debit card. It said that the transaction failed. But money was deducted from my account. Kindly help me out. I’m unsure if the transaction failed or not. My money was deducted. Should i be contacting my bank or airtel for my refund?

              I done recharge of rs.219 /- (I paid through net banking)

              Amt deducted from my icici bank account

              But i got recharge failed screen and recharge not done

                Hi, my name is Ankit Akanksha. I've done recharge of 379 rupees and amount got deducted and recharge was not done. I tried reaching customer service but there is no one to help and no response from there side. They are just using customer's money and they are making benefit of COVID 19 situation.

                    I have done a recharge on 9th April 2020 at 9:51pm on the my Airtel app of ₹558. The balance has been deducted from my bank account. But the recharge is not done, nor any message has come about it.

                          This is to inform you that i tried recharging my mother's mobile number ([protected]) through my airtel thanks app. (My mobile number is [protected]). I paid through google pay and the amount 383 rupees was deducted from my account. But the transaction page on the airtel app did not show any further details.
                          The recharge has not reached my mother account.
                          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

                            I had been loyal customer of airtel for the last 15+ years using the same number. Recently, on 06th april, 2020, i had lost my mobile, along with my sim.
                            I had called up airtel customer care to block the sim, which they did and asked them to advise me on getting a new sim to be activated with the existing number. Which they had categorically confirmed that could be done unless i visit the airtel store. Due to lockdown situation, the airtel stores are not functioning now. However, from a local retail store, i had got a blank sim, which i again requested the customer care to activate to my existing (Lost) postpaid number. Again, they said, i will not be able to do unless i visit the airtel store.in a situation, where the lockdown will continue for another 2 weeks, i will not be able to visit the airtel store. Despite making requests several times, i was not given an ideal resolution as this situation demands an “out of the way” solution, which clearly, they are not interested in making. The impact of this is that i will not be able to continue my official work and will threaten my professional life.
                            Currently, as a loyal customer, i feel let down and is on the verge of discarding this number.
                            I feel the sound of optimism which the customer care resources are exhibiting is just to pass on the negative news sweetly. They should be willing to make resolutions and in case unable to make should at least pass on to the appropriate authorities to help them in taking a decision.

                                I paid 3536 for airtel new broadband fiber connection. I got caf number [protected] only. I am not get connection till now. I cannot track my order with caf number. What is the purpose of this caf number. Airtel is thief. Airtel cheated me. They not refund my money and not give connection. Simply they take my money. Airtel is worst cheap cheater, lier.

                                Before paying money they called me several times. After that they won't pick my call. There is no customer care for broadband connection.

                                Airtel is really worst service in the world.

                                Hi, I paid airtel broad band new connection
                                on 08-04-20. Still I am not get connection. Before paying money, airtel executive Banu mobile number [protected]. She said we give connection in 48hours. But still iam not get connection. She not pick my call after I paid money.

                                Kindly file complaint on Airtel executive banu. And give connection immediately. I waiting for more than 1 week find the screen shot of my account current status.

                                  I have done a recharge of 598rupees through myairtel app on 10th april 2020 and it has been more than 24hrs but, still recharge is completed and the money has been deducted from my bank account. There is no support from customer care on this issue. It is really a very bad experience with airtel. It is a clear picture of fraudness. Please help me in getting my money back as the recharge was not successful.
