My airtel broadband stopped working in February 2020. I had called customer care multiple times in the same month but the issue was not resolved. I asked for deactivation of the services on the call, but again nothing was implemented.

After that, the landline that was provided to me with the broadband stopped working and there was no way for me to reach customer care on phone. I sent an email to airtel customer care on March 21, 2020. I got no response, it has been more than 25 days. Moreover, I get a call on my mobile every now and then to pay the bill for the last two months, but when I ask them to discontinue their services, I get no help in the same.

    Dear madam/ sir
    On april 14 i was recharged to one airtel number. But the number i was recharged which is in not service. The recharge was done through google pay. I really don't know what to do. So please kindly reverse the recharged amount to another airtel prepaid one of my family have. That day already i send one complaint about my issue. Your people contact me throught email. But unfortunately that tine i missed the chance to reply immediately. I am really sorry for that. Please kindly give me another chance to resolve the issue.

      Didn't received any recharge while amount is deducted from my account.
      Rs. 1498 on airtel number - [protected]
      Done through my airtel app
      Payment through paytm app
      Transaction id[protected]
      Also the app showed that recharge failed and amount will be refunded in 8 hours. But didn't received any.
      I have emailed regarding this but didn't received any reply from bank.

      Stay Alert. I got a SPAM call from person asking OTP while having my mobile number linked to UPI. This website is a shit and helps fraud.

        My mobile number [protected]. I recharged via Airtel app. Amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not done. No history in Airtel app transaction. But amount sent. Please rectify my issue.

          I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with amount rs.149/- on 15 april 20 at 08.26 am through airtel app and amount paid through airtel upi. The amount has been deducted from my account but recharged has not happen till date.

            I have ported my sim from dolphin to airtel but even after so many days i am not able to recharge the airtel number. Everytime it shows recharge failed when i select the operator as airtel and my incoming and outgoing services are stopped. But when i select the operator as dolphin the recharge is successful but my dolphin sim shows no service when i insert it in the mobile.
            Please resolve this.

                I have recharged through airtel thanks giving app and payment was done through upi bhim. My money rs 399 was deducted from my account but app is not showing that transaction and my pack is expired. Airtel customer care is not getting connected and its the worst experience. I want my refund or recharge to be done as soon as possible because it is expired

                  I have made the payment for fibernet connection for rs. 942 on march 18, despite the assistance given by senior and other team, we are still struggling with the internet connection. The caf [protected] and the transaction id is[protected]. The airtel executive visited us on april 4 and placed the set up box with no connectivity and assured us that the connection will be up and working by april 6. Then again the executive visited us april 12 and assured that this be taken up soon. I am extremely fed up with the services and wanted them to either fix the issue or refund by money back.

                  Another fraud has been made through this complaint wherein Rahul Kumar Emp ID: 709145R called from phone no. [protected] and took INR 15000 from my account in the name of refunding my actual payment of Rs. 942. This is one of the worst experience i ever had.

                    I am Airtel prepaid user and they are charging Rs 598 for unlimited calls and 4G internet for 84days. I have given many complaints to service provider that i am not getting internet even though it is showing as 4G it will take 2 to 3 mins sometime not even load Google home page.

                      My father's airtel sim is not working for two days now. We have checked everything, reinserting sim, checking settings but nothing worked. We called customer care too but no one picked up the call.
                      His number is [protected]. Please check the problem with this number.

                      Can some one please help assess the problem with the sim?

                            I recharged my airtel number ([protected]) on (15/4/2020) through airtel app with rs 598.0. Then a message came saying that bill payment of rs 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id :[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours.
                            But later it says that payment failed : your recent transaction for airtel mobile number : [protected], amount rs 598.0 and txn id[protected] has failed but the amount of rs 598 deducted from my hdfc bank account. This is a fraud in lockdown. Please refund our money (Rs 598) otherwise recharge our number.

                              I was recharged worng airtel number and raised complaint to customer support team but till issue not resolved.It is wrost support team and never seen this type of service.

                                I have done recharge of rs. 399 on airtel mobile no. [protected].. dated- 8/4/2020.
                                amount has deducted from my account, but recharge didnt complete. even i got the messege regarding refund. it has been around 7 days but amount has not refunded yet in my account.

                                  My complaint is regarding slow speed of airtel 4g. I bout this sim 2 months ago and whenever I am at home I can hardly open up Google on my phone, let alone browsing YouTube regardless of the fact that I am getting full signal bar. I think they are conning people by saying its 4g whereas it do no even comparable to 2g.

                                        I was on international roaming pack of 3999.
                                        Intially i was told it will auto renew every month so i had selected this pack.
                                        But it did auto renew by charging per day of 649+ tax for 12 days around and already bill is generated...
                                        When they can auto renew pack they had to auto renew previous pack how can they renew any pack of there choice.. This is unfair and we shall pay this charges...
                                        Or they should have straight away stopped the sim... They can't take decision on our behalf by there choice and ask us to pay. Its total unfair policy.
                                        I seek for total waiver of this charges
                                        I shall pay only as per 3999 plan for 30 days.
