Hello Sir
I did a recharge of 558 on my airtel number. I got a message from regarding the debit but my recharge got failed. And there's no update on my airtel app regarding this.

    Dear mr. Gopal vittal, humble request. I am 76 years old (Retd chief engineer from tamilnadu water board) living in besant nagar with ailing 71 year old wife and daughter and grand daughter of 15 years. My grand daughter has online classes daily from
    School.
    My airtel broad band modem (Binatone) is not working. Airtel landline ph no.[protected]. Though power supply is there, in modem lights are not burning and hence not working. Adopter also to be changed. Plz send your technician & help me. I am frantically trying to contact your people but no one lifts the phone. My mob:[protected]. I got my tv set right by tatasky within one hour. When other services are functioning in emergency situations why not airtel. All your helplines don’t even respond to emergency calls. Deeply disappointed with airtel. Wish you all a happy tamil new year. Y/s pranesan, no.11, flat.2, kaveri vihar, 29th cross street, besant nagar chennai 90.

      On 14 april I did recharge on [protected] no with aitel app I choosed phone pe for payment option. I received phone pe confirmation of deduction of amount 249. But airtel app not showing charge history and not receive recharge.

        My mobile number is [protected]
        I have recharged my number with 558 plan which gives 3gb a day but past 2 days i am not able to use my data because of very slow speed i tried everything but speed is still slow please help when i was watching suddenly my speed fall to 50kbps i checked my data balance i was having 1.5 gb left but speed was very low since then it has been 2 days but speed is still very slow, i live in ballia uttarpradesh

          Hi team,

          This is soubhagya rana and i have applied for airtel broadband on 1st april 2020 and paid the rent for 3months in advance. I have been told that with in 48 hours the connection will be provide.

          However, the same has not been done so far i;e 15th april 2020. The worst thing is customer care and the agent who communicated for connection is not at all responding.

          Now i want my money back and i don't want to deal with such unprofessional and irresponsible people.

                Recharge not received
                I have recharged my airtel no [protected] using Airtel Thanks app of pack Rs 598 with discount of rs 50. Total money paid rs 548. Recharge is done on 12 april 2020.Money has been deducted from my account. And I haven't received any recharge yet. Either please recharge my number or refund my money

                  I am Airtel user since years. Currently I am working in Dubai since last 5 years. I don't use my Airtel SIM for 2-3 months but surprisingly when I put it on it's not working. I request Airtel to make my sim rework again, I cannot visit Airtel stores as I am not able to move India for couple of months.

                      I recharged my number with a data booster pack of rs98 at around 9 pm through paytm upi and it was successful. I even got a message from airtel showing a successfull recharge and a transection id which is[protected]. How ever i was unable to use the internet and when i checked the airtel thanks app it shows that i dont have any data left, when actually i should have 6 gb of data. The funny thing is that when i went through my transection history it says that i just recharged with rs 98 data booster but some how airtel denies to give me the data that i just paid for

                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I recharged my account and airtel says recharge was successful yet I am not able to call anyone or recieve any call. They have stopped my incoming as well . And the airtel app is most useless thing.
                      Why is sim inactivated even tho I have balance

                              I have mailed airtel customer care to deactivate my airtel broadband and tried to reach out to them via call but they are not responding. It's urgent because I have paid all the due bills. If they will not deactivate account this month then they will generate bills every month.

                              Airtel broadband connection is not getting disconnected Evan after mailing to airtel customer care [protected]@airtel.com

                              I have provided every detail in the mail still they are not responding.

                              Please help to deactivate account.

                                  I am regretted to say that airtel is making money during covid period by imposing hidden cost and forcing consumers to watch
                                  Useless vas channel. Dth users are not being allowed to chose or deactivate channels as per trai guidelines. From last one month
                                  I have been trying to remove channels. You people are activating channels on single message but donot even have any mechanism to allow
                                  Deactivate them by customers as per his choice.
                                  Airtel thanks app is not telecom service app it is basically a bank app and you are forcing loyal customer customer have bank account with

The transaction was successful and was done through UPI - airtelin.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Transaction was successful but recharge wasn't. Please revert this money to my bank.
